PVRPV proudly introduce you Torre Malibu, located just a few steps from los muertos Beach! You can access from Mismaloya highway or from amapas street (25 steps to the elevator entering from this street). 10 minutes walking will take you to the different amenities that Vallarta has for you, bars, restaurants, art galleries and night clubs.

Malibu unit 504, is a one bedroom unit (king bed and one queen pullout bed), two bathrooms, AC equipped. Using the elevator you can go down to the pool and relax drinking some beers. Design it to use the space perfectly you will have everything you may need to spend the perfect vacation. Wi fi connectivity where you can look your favorite series with your personal Netflix or looking your favorite channels thru the streaming tv service on the unit or enjoy the best sunsets from the balcony.

Please note Old Town/Zona Romantica is a relatively busy area within the city of Puerto Vallarta. You are in close proximity to city bus routes that offer daily service from 6 a.m. until 11 p.m., which provide easy access to downtown destinations and the surrounding areas. You are also in easy walking distance to a vibrant entertainment district in the evenings you may hear music from nearby bars and clubs, and the sounds of people enjoying these late night/early morning venues.

Puerto Vallarta is a safe, moderately large, bustling city with plenty of old world Mexican charm, with all the sights, sounds and flavors that come with that. Enjoy daily walks along the Malecon (boardwalk), visit the beach, fine galleries, amazing restaurants, outstanding stage shows and nightspots. You are just steps away from all the excitement.

Construction Notice

Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming a popular vacation hot spot and is currently experiencing rapid growth. As of late 2018 there has been a noticeable increase in construction areas within the Romantic Zone. Construction usually occurs Monday to Saturday during working hours, and may cause some noise and dust. Since there are numerous new construction sites, it is sometime difficult to get away from the additional activity during the day. We encourage our guests to take advantage of the various beaches and the other parts of Puerto Vallarta and surrounding areas. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department.


CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.

Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD (tax included) or equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment, which must be paid in cash, and collected by concierge.

Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone (same as Mexico City, GMT-6).

You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $25.00 *USD (tax included). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.
  • Damage insurance: Every client that makes a booking, is now required to pay an additional $35.00 *USD (tax included) which is for a non-refundable damage insurance. The $35.00 non-refundable damage insurance covers damages up to $500.00 *USD. For additional information please refer to our BOOKING CONFIRMATION POLICY.

We have rented in PV through PVRPV several times now and this past experience was quite different. You have always looked after us when we made requests for whatever. This year it seemed like the PVRPV staff did not communicate with one another. It took Pablo and Angel 3 days to figure out that PVRPV was not the property manager for Malibu 504. We kept asking for supplies and Pablo kept saying he would have to send our requests to the owner. Finally Juan Alberto shown up at our door and everything went smoothly until time of departure. We had arranged via Juan Alberto & Angel for a late departure and it was all arranged. We got 3 e-mails from your staff saying that we could not check out later than the standard timeframe. After the first e-mail I responded that our check out time had been approved already and to speak to Angel. Then the second e-mail came and again I responded asking Angel be spoken to as we had already been approved for a late check out. Finally after the third e-mail I lost my "cool" and responded to not contact us again before speaking to Angel. Finally Angel called to apologize for the mix up and again reassured us that we could have a late check out.

We know that PVRPV is growing but please keep in mind that BIGGER is not necessarily BETTER. You should remained focused on customer service & satisfaction.


Hemos alquilado en PV a través de PVRPV varias veces y esta experiencia pasada fue bastante diferente. Siempre nos has cuidado cuando hicimos solicitudes para lo que sea. Este año parecía que el personal de PVRPV no se comunicaba entre sí. A Pablo y Angel les tomó 3 días darse cuenta de que PVRPV no era el administrador de la propiedad de Malibu 504. Seguimos pidiendo suministros y Pablo seguía diciendo que tendría que enviar nuestras solicitudes al propietario. Finalmente, Juan Alberto apareció en nuestra puerta y todo transcurrió sin problemas hasta la hora de salida. Habíamos acordado a través de Juan Alberto y Ángel una salida tardía y todo estaba arreglado. Recibimos 3 correos electrónicos de su personal que decían que no podíamos retirar más tarde del plazo estándar. Después del primer correo electrónico, respondí que nuestro horario de salida ya había sido aprobado y hablar con Angel. Luego llegó el segundo correo electrónico y de nuevo respondí pidiendo que hablaran con Angel, ya que ya habíamos sido aprobados para una salida tardía. Finalmente, después del tercer correo electrónico, perdí mi "genialidad" y respondí que no volvería a contactarnos antes de hablar con Angel. Finalmente, Angel llamó para disculparse por la confusión y nuevamente nos aseguró que podríamos tener una salida tardía. Sabemos que PVRPV está creciendo, pero tenga en cuenta que MÁS GRANDE no es necesariamente MEJOR. Debe permanecer enfocado en el servicio al cliente y la satisfacción. Gracias

Building staff made it very clear to me that they were not renting the unit for the owner and therefore, were not obligated to help me in fact almost would not let me use their phone to call you! Concierge was not there in time I waited 20 minutes. Window in bedroom very poor quality you can hear everything outside of it .. people talking road noise etc !

I have had the best experiences with PVRPV and will definitely como tune to use your services in the future!
Here is my only observation on Malibu they was different from every other property I have stayed in: there we no supplies. No extra toilet paper or paper towels, no dish soap, not even a bar of soap in the bathroom. No laundry detergent. Nothing to clean with.
Would I rent this place again? Yes, I would.
This is just an observation because every other property that I have rented from PVRPV have all had a little staple of products in the unit.
Again, I am very happy with my experience and I think you all are the best! I will see you on my next trip.

¡He tenido las mejores experiencias con PVRPV y definitivamente sintonizaré para utilizar sus servicios en el futuro! Aquí está mi única observación en Malibú: eran diferentes de todas las demás propiedades en las que me he alojado: allí no tenemos suministros. Property Policy

This property has its own policies, please read carefull

Welcome to Boana - Torre Malibu. We wish you the most pleasant stay in Vallarta.

- Check-in: 3 p.m.
- Check-out: 11 a.m., with a tolerance of 60 minutes after check out time.
- In terms of security to our guests, any visitor must be registered at the office (pool area) before entering a room and will be under the guest�s responsibility. Maximum visitors allowed in room: 2 (1 per guest).
- When your friend leaves, please take him personally to the exit, so our people know he�s a friend of yours, not a stranger.
- Air conditioned, light bulbs and water faucets should be turned off every time you leave the room.
- As a manner of respect to other guests, parties in rooms are not allowed after 10 pm.
- Since each unit belongs to a different owner, everything (furniture, decorative items, appliances, etc) must remain there. Please do not remove or transfer anything from one room to another).
- No clothes or towels are allowed hanging at balconies.
- No pets allowed.
- Towels stay in rooms. They are not for the beach.
- Consumption of drugs is against the law.
- If you break anything, do not worry, just replace it.
- Cleaning the rooms is every two days. Additional cleanings should be paid by guests. $100 pesos each to be paid at the office.
- Personal laundry. Information at the office.
- Please deposit your garbage in the plastic trash containers by the stairs.
- Tips for the maids are not included (recommended $20-50 pesos/day/pp).
- Dishwashing is not included in the cleaning. If you need this service, and the maid is available, an extra tip is required. ($20-50 pesos).
- Due to the structure of the hotel and pool area, noise carries to all units; in respect to others, please control noise around pool and entrance areas.
- We are not responsible of any personal or valuable things left in the room by the guests. There is a safe box available in your condo.
- We have a liability insurance.

Inside security cameras

When cameras move inside, things get a little more complicated. Again, cameras are only allowed in areas where one does not have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Thus, store security cameras used to prevent shoplifting are generally okay. But, what happens when the camera is situated someplace where one expects privacy but that is also an ideal location for one to conceal store merchandise?

Similarly, other areas like rented rooms, hotel rooms, and locker rooms are generally off limits for security cameras. Again, the expectation in these places are for complete privacy, and one should feel comfortable undressing in these locations without having to worry about someone watching or broadcasting the footage.

Building or Complex specific regulations for COVID19

Due to unforeseen circumstances, when or if deemed necessary to maintain healthy and safety protocols for COVID19, the building administration may introduce new guidelines for renters or common areas within the complex. Although PVRPV and team will make every effort to advise our guests of changes, we may not always be made aware of last minute changes or government guideline changes for a specific building. We cannot be liable or held responsible for these changes.

Cleaning & Maintenance

New sanitization processes and protocols have been implemented in an effort to combat COVID19. Our supplies and cleaning products are industry standards and do not pose any environmental concerns for the occupants of the unit or space.

In an effort, to maintain safe social distances for you and our team members, we will ask you to vacate your rental unit while they perform their cleaning duties. Should a major maintenance issue arise that will require our maintenance team to be in your space for a lengthy period of time, you maybe asked to leave while they complete their task. Please keep in mind, we will always do our best to accommodate a specific time or date you wish to have your rental unit cleaned, but may not be able to guarantee it. Our customer service team is here to help you facilitate any special requests you may have for cleaning or maintenance scheduling.

Cancellation Policy

At this time we do not have a specific COVID19 cancellation policy for future reservations. Our Booking Confirmation Policy would apply to all future bookings. For more details: Click here.

Puerto Vallarta is receiving guests. Some countries may offer travel advisories regarding future travel but no travel ban has been implemented. Should government changes be introduced, a policy will be implemented for those guests impacted by changes.

Date Change - Rescheduling Fees Waived

Should you make a future booking or have a future booking and at the time you are schedule to travel you are unable to travel due to COVID19 we will work with guests and property owners to allow a date changes. Currently all reservation / booking date change fees are being waived for guests with travel impacted by COVID19. ALL date changes are subject to availability and per night rate increases. The number of nights of the original booking will be the number of nights granted for a date change, additional nights will be subject to the nightly rate.

COVID19 Testing & Traveling

Canadian Government & the United States CDC require proof of testing prior to boarding an aircraft destined for Canada or the USA. Rest assured, there are many clinics and possibilities for testing.
