Please note Old Town/Zona Romantica is a relatively busy area within the city of Puerto Vallarta. You are in close proximity to city bus routes that offer daily service from 6 a.m. until 11 p.m., which provide easy access to downtown destinations and the surrounding areas. You are also in easy walking distance to a vibrant entertainment district in the evenings you may hear music from nearby bars and clubs, and the sounds of people enjoying these late night/early morning venues..

Puerto Vallarta is a safe, moderately large, bustling city with plenty of old world Mexican charm, with all the sights, sounds and flavors that come with that. Enjoy daily walks along the Malecon (boardwalk), visit the beach, fine galleries, amazing restaurants, outstanding stage shows and nightspots. You are just steps away from all the excitement..

Construction Notice

Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming a popular vacation hot spot and is currently experiencing rapid growth. As of late 2018 there has been a noticeable increase in construction areas within the Romantic Zone. Construction usually occurs Monday to Saturday during working hours, and may cause some noise and dust. Since there are numerous new construction sites, it is sometime difficult to get away from the additional activity during the day. We encourage our guests to take advantage of the various beaches and the other parts of Puerto Vallarta and surrounding areas. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department..


CHECK IN and CHECK OUT

CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.

Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $500.00 MXN tax included which must be paid in cash, and collected by concierge..

Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time zone (same as Mexico City, GMT-6).

You will be issued 1 set of keys per person for the property you are visiting.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In case your rental is less than this or require additional services the cost will be $500.00 MXN per day
  • Damage insurance: $ 686.00 MXN - Damage insurance non refundable is now mandatory for all clients. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happens during your stay to a property of up to $10,000.00 MXN. Upon arriving no one was there to greet us, we waited for about 2 hours before booking another hotel nearby. We never got a refund for the first night or a followup to our email requesting it. He finally called us later that evening when we were at dinner to let us know his schedule had been changed and therefore he was late. Also the cable in the unit never worked, when access it said in spanish to contact support for payment on the main screen. We didn't opt for maid service the one day she came because we were still alspeep at 8 am. Also one of the keys broke from wear and tear, although it was revolved and they finally agreed not to charge us the whole experience left something to be desired. Overall I'm not sure I would recommend this service again, it was the first time booking and was recommended from friends but the service it just lacking and when arriving on the holidays it's impossible to get ahold of anyone in the office like in the case of our Christmas Day arrival.

Al llegar no había nadie para recibirnos, esperamos aproximadamente 2 horas antes de reservar otro hotel cercano. Nunca recibimos un reembolso por la primera noche o un seguimiento a nuestro correo electrónico que lo solicitó. Finalmente nos llamó más tarde esa noche cuando estábamos cenando para informarnos que su horario había sido cambiado y, por lo tanto, llegó tarde. Property Policy

This property has its own policies, please read carefull

Actions that disturb the peace, well-being and security of both the property and its permanent or temporary occupants are prohibited in the Condominium. All acts and attitudes contrary to the law, order and good customs are prohibited.

This includes the following in a more non-limiting way:

1 Any violation of the laws, norms and regulations included in the penal code of the State of Jalisco and the Municipality of Puerto Vallarta, and these violations may be reported to the authorities of the Administration and the Municipal, State or Federal Public Authority.

2 It is forbidden to use the unit as an office, clinic, school, academy, guest house, gym, dance hall, production workshop, etc. The units are for exclusive residential use and rent for periods of more than a week as a complete unit.

3 It is forbidden to sublet, accommodate or hire persons who practice prostitution, heterosexual or homosexual, in its various forms, including meetings or parties, or with any attempt at pornography. All this with the risk of being considered a crime with the aggravation of penalties if the participants are minors.

4 It is prohibited the sale of drugs or their consumption, pornography, piracy, scandals, meetings with armed persons, excessive volume of sound that disturbs condominium owners or neighbors, including sound devices, televisions, videos. This at all times and with the aggravation that is after 10:00 PM or before 8:00 AM

5 The display of posters of all kinds, including political, religious, rent or sale, etc., is prohibited.

6 It is forbidden to hang clothes or materials of any kind from the railings, windows and balconies.

7 It is forbidden to have parties or meetings with music in high volume or excessive noise from Monday to Thursday after 10:00 PM.

Always avoid scandal and excesses in general.

8 It prohibits sexual acts and incidents, both heterosexual and homosexual, visible to neighbors through exterior windows.

9 Laughter, crying, excessively loud talk, and the use of offensive language that affects condominium owners are prohibited.

10 The use of electrical appliances such as washers, vacuum cleaners, dryers is prohibited after 10:00 PM and before 08:00 AM.

11 It is forbidden to leave music equipment, fans, air conditioners, lights on while the unit is idle.

12 It is forbidden to smoke hallways, elevator, stairs or inside the unit, include the balcony.

13 The presence of guests is forbidden without the owner assuming responsibility for his department and for the actions and behavior of these, both in the cleanliness and in the order of the common areas.

14 In case of having pets the owner of the same will take charge of the behavior of the animal and to collect any type of solid or liquid waste.

Pets can not be kept in corridors, corridors, parking, these are only transit.

15 The elements of the common areas that have been moved from their place should be left clean and in order at the end of their use.

All used items must be removed from the common areas and the area must be completely clean.



Inside security cameras

When cameras move inside, things get a little more complicated. Again, cameras are only allowed in areas where one does not have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Thus, store security cameras used to prevent shoplifting are generally okay. But, what happens when the camera is situated someplace where one expects privacy but that is also an ideal location for one to conceal store merchandise?

Similarly, other areas like rented rooms, hotel rooms, and locker rooms are generally off limits for security cameras. Again, the expectation in these places are for complete privacy, and one should feel comfortable undressing in these locations without having to worry about someone watching or broadcasting the footage.
