Please note Old Town/Zona Romantica is a relatively busy area within the city of Puerto Vallarta. You are in close proximity to city bus routes that offer daily service from 6 a.m. until 11 p.m., which provide easy access to downtown destinations and the surrounding areas. You are also in easy walking distance to a vibrant entertainment district in the evenings you may hear music from nearby bars and clubs, and the sounds of people enjoying these late night/early morning venues.

Puerto Vallarta is a safe, moderately large, bustling city with plenty of old world Mexican charm, with all the sights, sounds and flavors that come with that. Enjoy daily walks along the Malecon (boardwalk), visit the beach, fine galleries, amazing restaurants, outstanding stage shows and nightspots. You are just steps away from all the excitement.

Construction Notice

Puerto Vallarta has quickly become a popular vacation hot spot and is experiencing a rapid growth to keep up with the demand for rental properties and real estate opportunities. As of late 2018, there has been a noticeable increase in construction areas within the Romantic Zone. Construction usually occurs Monday to Saturday during work hours, and may cause some noise and dust. Construction may include renovations to existing units within a complex, new construction sites and road maintenance – work. Since there are numerous new and existing construction sites or renovations, it is sometimes difficult to get away from the additional noise within your unit during the day.

We encourage our guests to take advantage of the various beaches and the other parts of Puerto Vallarta and surrounding areas. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department.


CHECK IN and CHECK OUTS

CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.

Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD (tax included) or equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment, which must be paid in cash, and collected by concierge.

Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone (same as Mexico City, GMT-6).

You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $25.00 *USD (tax included). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.
  • Damage insurance: Every client that makes a booking, is now required to pay an additional $35.00 *USD (tax included) which is for a non-refundable damage insurance. The $35.00 non-refundable damage insurance covers damages up to $500.00 *USD. For additional information please refer to our BOOKING CONFIRMATION POLICY.
    *USD or equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the pesos on the date of your payment.

voici les points qui conclu ma frustration et le manque de respect qu ils ont pour nous
-Ils rentrent dans les condos que vous louer sans préavis, a notre insu une fois par semaine pour faire des inspections pour savoir si tout est en ordre.
- La femme de ménage casse le pot a café et n avise pas pvrpv il nous a fallu nous rendre jusqu au bureau de pvrpv
-Le condo Cielito Lindo Unité 102 loué pour 2900.00 US pour un mois il étais pas super propre ils a des taches au plafond de dégas eau du condo supérieur, le ventilateur de la salle de bain tres sale, le sofa est dans un état pitoyable.
- Cielito Lindo Unité 102 — Condo situé au dessus d un commerce qui fait des peitures, odeur de la peinture en aérosol insupportable, ils obstruent le passage de la rue jusqu a assenseur, le plancher plein de peinture et eau, ils font du bruit jusqu a minuit en clouant dans les murs de béton, fume et consomme du canabis que l odeur se rendre dans le passage du condo,mal insonoriser pour le bruit de la circulation tres achanlandé (fermeture d un pont).
- Point positif 30 jours de soleil, bien situé.

here are the points that conclude my frustration and the lack of respect they have for us
-They enter the condos you rent without notice, without our knowledge once a week to do inspections to see if everything is in order.
- The cleaning lady breaks the coffee pot and does not notify pvrpv, we had to go to the pvrpv office
-The condo Cielito Lindo Unit 102 rented for 2900.00 US for one month it was not super clean they have water stains on the ceiling of the upper condo, the bathroom fan very dirty, the sofa is in a pitiful state.
- Cielito Lindo Unit 102 — Condo located above a business that paints, smell of spray paint unbearable, they obstruct the passage from the street to the elevator, the floor full of paint and water, they make noise until at midnight by nailing into the concrete walls, smokes and consumes cannabis that the smell gets into the passage of the condo, badly soundproofed for the noise of very busy traffic (closing of a bridge).
- Positive point 30 days of sunshine, good location.

aqui estan los puntos que concluyen mi frustracion y la falta de respeto que nos tienen
-Ingresan a los condominios que alquila sin previo aviso, sin nuestro conocimiento una vez por semana para hacer inspecciones para ver si todo está en orden.
- La señora de la limpieza rompe la cafetera y no avisa a pvrpv, tuvimos que ir a la oficina de pvrpv para que nos conteste porque no responde nuestro mensaje enviado por whatsapp.
-El condominio Cielito Lindo Unidad 102 alquilado por 2900.00 US por un mes no estaba súper limpio tienen manchas de agua en el techo del condominio superior, el ventilador del baño muy sucio, el sofá está en un estado lamentable.
- Cielito Lindo Unidad 102 — Condominio ubicado arriba de un negocio que pinta, olor a pintura en aerosol insoportable, obstruyen el paso de la calle al elevador, el piso lleno de pintura y agua, hacen ruido hasta la medianoche clavando en el concreto paredes, fuma y consume cannabis que el olor se mete en el pasaje del condominio, mal insonorizado para el ruido del tráfico muy intenso (cierre de un puente).
- Punto positivo 30 días de sol, buena ubicación.

Upon arriving no one was there to greet us, we waited for about 2 hours before booking another hotel nearby. We never got a refund for the first night or a followup to our email requesting it. He finally called us later that evening when we were at dinner to let us know his schedule had been changed and therefore he was late. Also the cable in the unit never worked, when access it said in spanish to contact support for payment on the main screen. We didn't opt for maid service the one day she came because we were still alspeep at 8 am. Also one of the keys broke from wear and tear, although it was revolved and they finally agreed not to charge us the whole experience left something to be desired. Overall I'm not sure I would recommend this service again, it was the first time booking and was recommended from friends but the service it just lacking and when arriving on the holidays it's impossible to get ahold of anyone in the office like in the case of our Christmas Day arrival.

Al llegar no había nadie para recibirnos, esperamos aproximadamente 2 horas antes de reservar otro hotel cercano. Nunca recibimos un reembolso por la primera noche o un seguimiento a nuestro correo electrónico que lo solicitó. Finalmente nos llamó más tarde esa noche cuando estábamos cenando para informarnos que su horario había sido cambiado y, por lo tanto, llegó tarde. Property Policy

This property has its own policies, please read carefull

Actions that disturb the peace, well-being and security of both the property and its permanent or temporary occupants are prohibited in the Condominium. All acts and attitudes contrary to the law, order and good customs are prohibited.

This includes the following in a more non-limiting way:

1 Any violation of the laws, norms and regulations included in the penal code of the State of Jalisco and the Municipality of Puerto Vallarta, and these violations may be reported to the authorities of the Administration and the Municipal, State or Federal Public Authority.

2 It is forbidden to use the unit as an office, clinic, school, academy, guest house, gym, dance hall, production workshop, etc. The units are for exclusive residential use and rent for periods of more than a week as a complete unit.

3 It is forbidden to sublet, accommodate or hire persons who practice prostitution, heterosexual or homosexual, in its various forms, including meetings or parties, or with any attempt at pornography. All this with the risk of being considered a crime with the aggravation of penalties if the participants are minors.

4 It is prohibited the sale of drugs or their consumption, pornography, piracy, scandals, meetings with armed persons, excessive volume of sound that disturbs condominium owners or neighbors, including sound devices, televisions, videos. This at all times and with the aggravation that is after 10:00 PM or before 8:00 AM

5 The display of posters of all kinds, including political, religious, rent or sale, etc., is prohibited.

6 It is forbidden to hang clothes or materials of any kind from the railings, windows and balconies.

7 It is forbidden to have parties or meetings with music in high volume or excessive noise from Monday to Thursday after 10:00 PM.

Always avoid scandal and excesses in general.

8 It prohibits sexual acts and incidents, both heterosexual and homosexual, visible to neighbors through exterior windows.

9 Laughter, crying, excessively loud talk, and the use of offensive language that affects condominium owners are prohibited.

10 The use of electrical appliances such as washers, vacuum cleaners, dryers is prohibited after 10:00 PM and before 08:00 AM.

11 It is forbidden to leave music equipment, fans, air conditioners, lights on while the unit is idle.

12 It is forbidden to smoke hallways, elevator, stairs or inside the unit, include the balcony.

13 The presence of guests is forbidden without the owner assuming responsibility for his department and for the actions and behavior of these, both in the cleanliness and in the order of the common areas.

14 In case of having pets the owner of the same will take charge of the behavior of the animal and to collect any type of solid or liquid waste.

Pets can not be kept in corridors, corridors, parking, these are only transit.

15 The elements of the common areas that have been moved from their place should be left clean and in order at the end of their use.

All used items must be removed from the common areas and the area must be completely clean.



Inside security cameras

Some properties utilize cameras to improve security for owners, guests and staff. These cameras are generally located in areas where one would not normally have a reasonable expectation of privacy. This might include common hallways, pool and other entertainment spaces, and common laundry rooms to name some examples..

Security cameras inside vacation rentals are discouraged and considered off-limits for areas such as bedrooms, bathrooms and other areas that would be considered private.

Any cameras that are present are installed either by the building administration or unit owner and are not the property of PVRPV.

Building or Complex specific regulations for COVID19

Due to unforeseen circumstances, when or if deemed necessary to maintain healthy and safety protocols for COVID19, the building administration may introduce new guidelines for renters or common areas within the complex. Although PVRPV and team will make every effort to advise our guests of changes, we may not always be made aware of last minute changes or government guideline changes for a specific building. We cannot be liable or held responsible for these changes.

Cleaning & Maintenance

New sanitization processes and protocols have been implemented in an effort to combat COVID19. Our supplies and cleaning products are industry standards and do not pose any environmental concerns for the occupants of the unit or space.

In an effort, to maintain safe social distances for you and our team members, we will ask you to vacate your rental unit while they perform their cleaning duties. Should a major maintenance issue arise that will require our maintenance team to be in your space for a lengthy period of time, you maybe asked to leave while they complete their task. Please keep in mind, we will always do our best to accommodate a specific time or date you wish to have your rental unit cleaned, but may not be able to guarantee it. Our customer service team is here to help you facilitate any special requests you may have for cleaning or maintenance scheduling.

Cancellation Policy

At this time we do not have a specific COVID19 cancellation policy for future reservations. Our Booking Confirmation Policy would apply to all future bookings. For more details: Click here.

Puerto Vallarta is receiving guests. Some countries may offer travel advisories regarding future travel but no travel ban has been implemented. Should government changes be introduced, a policy will be implemented for those guests impacted by changes.

Date Change - Rescheduling Fees Waived

Should you make a future booking or have a future booking and at the time you are schedule to travel you are unable to travel due to COVID19 we will work with guests and property owners to allow a date changes. Currently all reservation / booking date change fees are being waived for guests with travel impacted by COVID19. ALL date changes are subject to availability and per night rate increases. The number of nights of the original booking will be the number of nights granted for a date change, additional nights will be subject to the nightly rate.

COVID19 Testing & Traveling

Canadian Government & the United States CDC require proof of testing prior to boarding an aircraft destined for Canada or the USA. Rest assured, there are many clinics and possibilities for testing.
