Please note that the condo is located in an area of Puerto Vallarta that is busy.  During the day, you will be hear buses going by, starting 6 a.m.  until 11 p.m. , regular street noise, and during the evening,  as you are located in an area of night clubs, you will hear noises from the bars, music, which are opened in some areas until 6 a.m.  There are some clubs that are completely closed off, where you cannot hear the sound, however, some bars are not noise proof, and we wanted you to be aware.   

The condo is located in the heart of Vibrant Old Town / Zona Romantica. Puerto Vallarta is a bustling city with Old World Mexican charm, and the sights, sounds and flavors that come with that. With ease of access to the beach and the finest galleries, restaurants and nightspotIs. You are just steps away from all the excitement. The condo is located on a city bus route providing ease of access to downtown and the surrounding areas.


Constructions Notice

Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming such a popular hot spot that we are now experiencing a more than average increase in Construction Sites in the Romantic Zone. There are more then 14 new construction sites happening around the zone, as of 2017, for the next 2 years. The construction normally happens Monday to Saturday between working hours, but there is no guarantee. The construction will cause noise and dust. Since there are so many different new buildings, it is hard to get away from it during the day. We encourage our guests to visit the different beaches and different parts in and around Puerto Vallarta during the day. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department.



ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS
Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 PM. will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 AM. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 PM.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In case your rental is less than this or require additional services the cost will be $25.00 USD per day
  • Damage Deposit: $ 35.00 USD - Damage deposit is now mandatory for all clients. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happens during your stay to a property of up to $500.00 US Dollars. For additional information please refer to our Vacation Service Reservation Policy and Agreement.

I\'m a bit confused about the maid service hearing all the comments about proper tipping I became a bit paranoid every time she came we gave 200 pesos we asked for a schedule to make sure that we left tip\'s but they were unable to provide one when I asked about tipping at the end I was informed that it\'s not always the same person is there a system in place also one of our maids was really good the other not so much the first maid really took pride in the way she left everything and made sure all sand was removed even under the beds the new offices were very nice congrats.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the Molino De Agua. 704 was an ok unit, but their our other units that are noticeably better. We reserved a better unit for Dec 2016. 704 had a slight odor to it which the staff member from PVRPV agreed. No vonnage phone was disappointing as was the size of the television in the living room.Everything else was great, the staff at PVRPV was outstanding. Mich went out of his way to find us information on spinning classes, bike rides etc. The concierge who set up our chef needs to be thanked also. Our chef was outstanding. As far as the staff at the Molino De Agua. They are phenomenal. They are friendly and courteous and go out out of their way to make you feel welcome. That is why we keep coming back

Unit in Molina 704 has some mechanical issue\'s that we gladly showed Angel and we know for our next visit in January will be resolved the surprising part to me was the always friendly and helpful security staff had some new additions and was lambasted by one of them because my key card was not working he told me I would have to go to administration to get this ongoing issue resolved I told him thanks for opening gate but we were going to breakfast ,also maid showed up only once during our stay of 7 days we thought that was also odd compared to all the other times

RE: Suit number 704.This unit was very dirty the oven was dirty the pulls on the cabinets were sticky, I did not what to cook in that kitchen. The cable T.V. sucked it was rain and cloudy and we wanted to say in an watch ! Two small towels in the master math ? You should not be charging the same rate for this unit as you did for 703......Felt ripped off and left early.

The unit was great, PVRPV staff amazing! One of our best trips to PV so far. We\'ll be using PVRPV from now on, and recommend to friends!

Note: There was an issue with the smaller non-ensuite bedroom in our unit - MDA #704. Upon arrival it looked as if the sheets were soiled. Easy fix since we had extra sheets.

This was our second stay at this property (Molina de Agua) and we enjoyed it immensely. Everyone was exceptional in their provision of services and their friendliness. the down side for us is the dropping Canadian dollar, and unfortunately, that will reflect our decision for next year.. :(
thanks to concierge - Angel and our housekeeper Theresa who took excellent care of us. Also, the tour company that picked us up and took us back to the airport had exceptional staff and services.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful and well maintained and the staff both at Molina de Agua and your office were great. We had a small problem with check-in. The person who came to meet us was a few minutes late and didn\'t give us the key cards and additional keys. We had to call back when the MDA staff told us we needed them to get in the gates. Overall a small problem and I only mention it so you remember the next time. We have already booked another unit through you for our next visit to PV.

“Beautiful condo with perfect location and amazing views”
Beautiful and spacious condo in a lovely, secure setting. The view from the terrace is amazing - the ocean, the Malecon, the river, the pool and beautiful grounds, and the nightly fireworks from the pirate ship! Within walking distance to everything - a small supermarket, tons of great restaurants, the lovely Guadalupe Church, and the Saturday Market in Lazaro Cardenas Park. The staff at Molino de Agua was courteous and friendly, as were the property managers. We also had the best and hardest-working maid I've ever encountered. We had a wonderful time!

I\'ve used PVRPV on-line several times and have been pleased with the service. The property and staff at the property were were excellent. However, after having stayed in the Zona Romantica several times I now have to question whether I\'ll stay there again. We paid top dollar for Molina de Agua and were VERY disappointed with the exceedingly loud disco music that played until 0530 in the morning. With all the doors/windows closed we could hear the music to the point of not being able to sleep. In fact, our children slept in the living room because the music was so loud they couldn\'t sleep which defeated the purpose of a second master bedroom. We complained to the property management and to your office. The issue of loud club music needs to be solved.

Just like last year, the unit and staff were great. We would love to come again next year, BUT we had a major issue with the late-night noise. Even with the wave-machine turned up by the bed, it was impossible to sleep through the party / bar music that lasted until 6am every single night. This is our ONLY complaint, but it\'s a major one -- it might cause us to rethink not just the condo but PV entirely for next year\'s vacation.

My unit last year was 100% better, and lots more to offer at the same cost. I tried to rent these units again this year but was told all booked or whatever for this time frame. I would never rent this unit again. I would rent the front units again. All in all the complex is great! PVRPV have always been the best and treated me well over the years.

We had to call the PVRPV office to get the key to the unit and the maid was still cleaning the unit when we arrived. Other than that, however, everything was wonderful during our visit. Javier and Angel are terrific! They took such great care of us. The unit was beautiful and perfect for our visit. We plan to come back next year and will reserve the same unit again!

We were in a situation where we needed immediate personalized specific help on a short notice basis and we were given it! We had undivided attention from Tim & James. They were committed to helping us until we found suitable lodging. My family is extremely grateful. The cable service to the TV was not working, the coffee pot was leaking, and the safe would not lock. All of those issues were solved within a reasonable time period. The maid, Magdelana was excellent - friendly & efficient. The condo and the grounds were beautiful!!! We had a great time! We have great memories! We are very, very grateful!!!!

Dear Visitors,
Welcome to our beautiful Residencias Molino de Agua. We wish you a wonderful stay and we sincerely hope that you get to enjoy our beautiful complex, the facilities here and may you leave with wonderful memories of Puerto Vallarta. Please remember that Molino de Agua is a residential complex and not a hotel. The majority of your neighbors are homeowners and we request you respect their privacy and tranquility.
In accordance with our established procedures, we want to make you aware of the By-Laws and Rules those occupants of the condominium will have to comply with during your stay. Failure to do so may result in immediate eviction, financial assessments or if necessary legal action may be taken, in accordance with the laws of Mexico and the State of Jalisco. The necessary action would be taken at the sole discretion of the Administration Staff or Security of Residencias Molino de Agua without any recourse against the owner of the condominium or the Administration of the complex.
Safety & Security
1. Non-owner occupants must be identified and authorized by the Owner or his personal representative prior to arrival. All persons (maximum of 8) must register with Security, the responsible party providing proof of age (minimum 25 years), address, phone number and signing that he has read and accepts the obligation for all to respect and obey the Rules and Regulation of Molino de Agua.
2. Molino Security staff is forbidden from leaving their posts to escort non-owner occupants to their unit and are not responsible for providing guest services.
3. All occupants must have their own electronic security card to open tower security doors after 7 PM. Non-Owner occupants who lose their unit or tower security door key must obtain a replacement from the owner and/or his representative. The administration office and Security are not allowed to distribute keys at any time.
4. For security reasons entry by all persons onto the premises between 12 AM and 6 AM must be through the front gate. Guests of non-owner occupants entering between 12 AM and 6 AM must register and leave identification with Security which will be returned upon exiting the property.
5. Non-owner occupants are not allowed to have pets.
6. Parking for non-owner occupants on the premises must be in the designated space of the unit they are occupying if unoccupied.
7. Setting glasses and all other items, which might fall off terrace railing or throwing smoking material and other items from the terrace is hazardous to the occupants below and strictly prohibited.
8. Under no circumstances can occupants take away the uniform aesthetics of the building by leaning cushions against or hanging anything on terrace railings, including towels, clothing, lights, banner/flags or any other item.
9. In accordance with the Bylaws, noise from within a unit, including voices and music, must be kept to a minimum at all times and especially after 11 PM.
Pool Rules
1. Use of the pool is at ones own risk, no lifeguard or attendant is on duty. An adult must accompany children age 12 and younger at all times.
2. Moral behavior and respect for others at Molino De Agua is expected at all times.
3. Proper swim attire is required, nudity is never allowed. Babies must be in swim diapers and are not allowed to be nude in the pool.
4. Non-owner occupants must have authorization from the Administration and be present at the pool when having guests.
5. Lounges, chairs and umbrellas cannot be reserved; they are for use on a first come first served basis.
6. Glass and breakable objects are not allowed in the pool or on the surrounding terrace.
7. Eating is not permitted in the pool except seated at the palapa bar area.
8. Smoking is not permitted in the pool or on the surrounding terrace.
9. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the surrounding terrace.
10. Behavior and excessive noise around the pool and all common areas that lessen the enjoyment of others in the area or disturbs the occupants of units nearby is not permitted. Earphones must be used with electronic music devices. In particular, use of the pool between the hours of 11 PM and 9 AM must be done quietly.
11. Running, diving, horseplay and use of water guns, Frisbees and hard balls is not permitted.
12. Inflatable rafts and toys must not interfere with the use of the pool by others.
13. Chairs are not permitted to be moved into the pool.
14. Washing sand from your feet before entering the pool is required; shoes cannot be worn in the pool including the shallow areas except for clean water sports shoes.
15. Personal items and garbage must be removed when leaving the pool area.
16. Exclusive use of the pool, surrounding terrace and/or garden for private parties is prohibited without prior approval of the Administration.
17. ANY EMERGENCY AT THE POOL MUST BE REPORTED TO SECURITY IMMEDIATELY.
