Centrika Vallarta Unit 203 is a beautifully appointed 1 bedroom condo in this brand new condominium complex. The common areas include ground floor pool, jacuzzi, BBQ and plenty of outdoor dining and relaxation space. This condo is brand new and very fresh in a residential community that has lots to offer.
Please note that the pool will be closed for repair work from February 6 to February 17, 2023.
Living Room/Kitchen
The Living room is open concept to the kitchen which opens to the balcony. A queen size pull out bed is convenient for additional guests. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a wall oven, microwave, french door fridge with ice maker and water dispenser, 4 burner gas stove as well as a single basin undercounter sink. This kitchen is appointed very well for a condo of this size. There is a three seat dining counter which extends from the kitchen.
Bedroom
The bedroom with king size bed is located off of the living room and features a large wall wardrobe closet and ensuite bathroom with large glass shower. The bedroom also opens to the balcony with amazing city views.
Guest Bathroom
This condo also has a second full bathroom with glass walk-in shower which is great for visitors or if there are guests using the sofa bed in the living room.
Puerto Vallarta is a city that has many exciting neighbourhoods. Most often vacations in Puerto Vallarta are thought to be only taken in Zona Romantica, Amapas, Conchas or the Hotel Zone - the "popular" areas. There is a growing vacation rental market of new condo buildings throughout many of Puerto Vallarta's other neighbourhoods and this is one of them. Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta
Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.
Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy
- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.
- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.
- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.
- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.
The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

GENERAL
It is strictly forbidden for the condominium owners to introduce in their home room orchestras or musical ensembles; sound devices that used may not be used with a larger volume.
All registered guests will be given and must wear at all times a bracelet for the use of the common areas, mainly the pool and terrace. If the bracelet is lost, the cost of lost bracelet will be $500.00 pesos. Replacement due to wear will be no cost to exchange for the damaged one. Anyone not wearing the bracelet whil in the pool or common areas will be asked to leave and if not respected, public force will be used. The use of the bracelet is mandatory for children and adults.
The use or enjoyment of the private areas and the Common areas within the Condominium are subject to the following restrictions, but not limited to.
1) Throw or keep garbage in green areas or common areas or any other site that is not designated for it by the Administration of the Condominium.
2) Campfires are prohibited within the condominium, whether in common areas or privative.
3) Do not throw into the drains substances that are prohibited by regulations municipal.
4) Do not use parking spaces that do not belong to you or that do not have been specifically designated for a particular use by the management.
5) Do not park campers, mobile homes, trailers, boats, boats or in general any kind of mobile unit in the parking lot in the form permanent or periodic, Do not park cars of relatives, friends, business or employees inside the parking lot.
6) Vehicles must be stored in the area corresponding to each condominium
7) Not to introduce into the Condominium substances, products or instruments that put healthy coexistence at risk and that are prohibited by law.
SWIMMING POOL
1) The general schedule of the pool is from 08:00 to 22:00. From Tuesday to Sunday, on Monday it will be closed for maintenance until 3:00 p.m.
2) Parties in the pool area are totally prohibited.
3) Mandatory use of swimsuit in the pool. (No shorts, no pants, no t-shirts, no t-shirts and no diapers).
4) There are no lifeguards, so the use of the pool is under your control. responsibility and risk.
5) Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult in all times.
6) Do not introduce furniture, food, glass containers or drinks alcoholic or of any kind in or on the edge of the pool.
7) Pets are not allowed inside the pool facilities at any time.
8) Give priority to minors.
9) It is mandatory to take a shower before entering the pool.
10) Do not move the furniture from its place.
11) Maintain good conduct and refrain from breaches of morals.
12) No swimming during thunderstorms.
13) No bicycles, skateboards, roller blades and the like within the area.
14) The administration is not responsible for forgotten articles, nor for injuries or accidents in the pool area.
15) Smokers are required to deposit their ashes and butts in the containers intended for it.
16) For the protection of furniture in common areas, it should be used only white towels for the pool area.
PETS
There shall be no animal that causes inconvenience or damage to any class to the other owners and to the goods of common use.
There must be no more than TWO pets per private unit. They must be small and domestic, that do not represent danger and that they do not disturb the inhabitants of the condominium and that they can cohabit within the private unit
Pets must be registered with the building administration.
Pets must walk on a leash accompanied by their owner and they must pick up the excrement in a bag closed and dispose of in the rubbish bin.
Pets may not be animals that, due to their race, have tendencies mainly aggressive and among others (Rottweiler, Pitbull, Mastiff or Doberman), as well as species in extinction or prohibited by law, as well as exotic birds that by their care or sounds are irritating to other neighbors.
The owners of the pets must avoid at all costs that these roam around the condominium doing their business in common areas or neighboring properties.
Any pet that is found without an owner will be collected by elements of security and will be delivered to the animal collection center, running the owner with the costs of this service. The collected pets are not delivered under any circumstances to the owners in the condominium, these must be recovered in the collection center only.
Pets should always be housed in private areas and they must always be in order and clean, avoiding inconvenience to neighbors. noise, odors and others.
It will not be allowed under any circumstance to have inside the units private, neither on the rooftops, nor in any other common area, animals dangerous that may endanger the physical integrity or the life of the residents or visitors to the condominium.
GARBAGE
Deposit the garbage in the area designated by the Administration, for no circumstance may be hung or deposited in corridors or door of entry.
