At the oceanfront, you will find the common area on the ground floor and just steps away there are two huge oceanfront pools and a Jacuzzi where you can hear the relaxing sound of the ocean crashing up against the rocks and the beautiful quiet secluded beach below. The common area also has a sitting area with a fire pit and is completed by a huge state of the art gym, steam room, and showers.
The beautiful private rooftop terrace common area provides the tranquility and serenity with the most amazing views. You will be able to enjoy amazing oceanfront sunsets while enjoying the wonderful infinity pool or hot tub where you will feel like you are one with the ocean. The rooftop bar is the life of the building during the day; here you can enjoy meeting new friends or hanging out with your old ones. The BEACH HOUSE is located on the 11th floor and features 4 huge bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. It is a grand space that completely opens up with retracting sliding doors to provide the most breathtaking ocean views around. This unobstructed corner end unit not only has panoramic views from the huge outside deck but also from the kitchen, dining room, living room, and master bedroom. The outside lounging terrace is appointed with ultra-modern, yet comfortable, sofa and chairs and a lovely outside breakfast table for you to enjoy gorgeous views of the bay during sunsets and the glimmering skyline accented by nightly fireworks of Puerto Vallarta. The entire space is appointed with travertine floors and offers a fabulous super modern open gourmet kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a quick meal or host a fantastic indoor/outdoor dinner party or BBQ. The barstools also provide the perfect seating area for a wine tasting or cocktails on the kitchen island with friends. The spacious beautiful Parota wood and granite dining room table takes center stage and provides formal seating for eight. This art-filled space was designed and furnished by one of the best interior designers in Mexico for Andrew Christian's discerning taste.
The master bedroom boasts floor to ceiling retracting doors and incredible views of the ocean from the comfortable king-size bed. It also features a spacious and elegant bathroom with a dual vanity and dual showers along with a modern bathtub. The master bath can be accessed through the bedroom and through the huge en suite walk-in closet. Just outside of the master bedroom are two ocean-view hammocks located on the wrap-around deck.
The second and third bedroom feature king-size beds and the fourth bedroom features two single beds. All bedrooms are appointed beautifully and are exceptionally large along with offering ensuite travertine bathrooms and built-in closets.
This unit has quite hidden American-style air conditioning throughout along with WIFI and smart flat-screen televisions in the living room, master bedroom, and front bedroom.

CHECK IN and CHECK OUTS
CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.
Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD (tax included) or equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment, which must be paid in cash, and collected by concierge.
Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone (same as Mexico City, GMT-6).
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation.
- Cleaning Services: Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $25.00 *USD (tax included). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.
- Damage insurance: Every client that makes a booking, is now required to pay an additional $35.00 *USD (tax included) which is for a non-refundable damage insurance. The $35.00 non-refundable damage insurance covers damages up to $500.00 *USD. For additional information please refer to our BOOKING CONFIRMATION POLICY.

A $5,000 peso credit-card deposit (which acts as a credit for the bars and restaurants) is required by the building administration when checking in. All unused credit will be refunded upon checkout.
At Sayan Beach we make every effort to provide you with a quiet place yo enjoy your vacation. For this reason, we ask our guests to respect and accept the following code of conduct.
1.- No execssive noise
Its not permitted to make any noise that may be excessively harmful to other guests or neigbors, speacially after 11:00 pm
2. Nudity or sexual acts are not allowed in common a?reas
Hours 8:00 a.m-11:00 pm
Guests are not allowed to stay int he pool area after the Schedule time Any act of indecent bahabior s forbidden ( sex and nudity )
No big inflatable toys on the pool
Bo not bring glass in the pool area
Pets are not allowed inside the pool.
Always use appropriate attire while at the pool area.
If wet, nobody can sit on any of the furniture in the bar area
Only for exclusive use only in the pool aera. Towels should not be taken to the units 5.- Non- Violance
Acts of violence against any person, including staff or between residentes of the same tental unit, will not be tolerated, and as a results the guest will be removed from the Sayan Beacn residence without teimbursement for the remaining days.
6.- No damagge to the porperty/ unit rented:
Any from malicious or intentional damage to the unit or property should be report and pay directly to the authorities in this building.
7.- No drugs/ alcohol:
The use of ilegal drugs is s stricty prohibited as are inappopriate bahavior cause by the effect of the thereof. This include the inability to act in your five senses in the drunk state in the public a?reas within the property implying that it could put your persons safety at risk in the event.
8.- No access to the building will be allowed to people that are not renting ( no visitors ) violating this code of conduct will be a candidate for expulsio?n from the property without any refund for paid days.
9.- Do not enter elevators wet.
10.- Please refrain from hanging the laundry, towels etc over the balconies.
11.- Tips have be in cash
12.- Please do not take towels from the gym. Place in Basket before leaving.
13.- Do not throw large bags in the garbage shoot
We are so happy that tyou are enjoying your time here, but as yoy know this is a residental vacatioanl building at the same time.
We really appreciate your respect to other residents who are not on vacations.
If you area playing music after 11 pm, please turn down the volumen, as well as is if you are talking in the terrace, we invite to moderate the volumen too, or continue talking inside oy your place.

SAYAN BEACH BAR AND RESTAURANT
"Sayan Beach" offers bar and restaurant service on the ground floor as well as on the rooftop. The bar and restaurant do not take cash.
As you charge for food and bar, we would need you to clearly print your name, date & signature for all food and bar purchases, keep these receipts and then add them together for payment at the end of your stay.
These house rules are probably not any different from your own home *** They also incorporate Sayan Beach condominium policy *** The restrictions are for safety and security *** QUIET HOURS - Sayan Beach is a community. As such please respect "quiet hours." For example, no loud music between 10:00 pm and 9:00 am. Also, please remember you are in Mexico and local customs may be different than your own.
SMOKE FREE - No smoking including balcony.
Please be advised that if smoking takes place - an extra special cleaning fee will be applied and will vary depending on how comprehensive the cleaning. SOFA - Please, wear a shirt when sitting on sofa. Also please no wet clothes on the furniture or chairs. Reason: Hygiene. Also perspiration (sweating) is very acidic and will leave a stain on the material. If sleeping on sofa, please put a sheet found in the closet drawers.
FURNITURE - If you leave wet cloths to dry on stained wood furniture it may stain your cloths.
NOTABLE RESTRICTIONS - ** No external visitors. The number of guests stipulated on the reservation confirmation is the maximum number of guests allowed to stay at the unit. If more guests arrive than stated on the reservation confirmation, they may be denied occupancy. Guests are allowed to have friends and the friends are allowed in all common areas but must be accompanied at all times. Guests occupying unit will be responsible for any damages caused by them or their friends to the property or its assets during their stay. Guests shall not remove any items from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item. No pets will be allowed without written permission prior to arrival. The use and enjoyment of the unit in order to exercise illegal activities including the use of drugs is strictly prohibited. Outrageous noise which may affect the neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local rules. In case of failure to obey the rules and policies the guests will be obligated to vacate the property without the right of any refund of the amount of vacation service payment. Thank you! All guests must be individually listed at check-in to be allowed onto the property. Any visitors must be escorted by the registered guest at all times while on the property.
There is a front and beach gate but all check-in's should be from the front entrance on Calle Santa Barbara 466. Listed guests have access to 2 Oceanfront Pools and spa, 1 Rooftop Pool and spa, Restaurant 8AM - 10PM with room service. Rooftop bar 11AM-10PM, Gym, Steam Room, Massage Room.

Inside security cameras
When cameras move inside, things get a little more complicated. Again, cameras are only allowed in areas where one does not have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Thus, store security cameras used to prevent shoplifting are generally okay. But, what happens when the camera is situated someplace where one expects privacy but that is also an ideal location for one to conceal store merchandise?
Similarly, other areas like rented rooms, hotel rooms, and locker rooms are generally off limits for security cameras. Again, the expectation in these places are for complete privacy, and one should feel comfortable undressing in these locations without having to worry about someone watching or broadcasting the footage.
Building or Complex specific regulations for COVID19
Due to unforeseen circumstances, when or if deemed necessary to maintain healthy and safety protocols for COVID19, the building administration may introduce new guidelines for renters or common areas within the complex. Although PVRPV and team will make every effort to advise our guests of changes, we may not always be made aware of last minute changes or government guideline changes for a specific building. We cannot be liable or held responsible for these changes.
Cleaning & Maintenance
New sanitization processes and protocols have been implemented in an effort to combat COVID19. Our supplies and cleaning products are industry standards and do not pose any environmental concerns for the occupants of the unit or space.
In an effort, to maintain safe social distances for you and our team members, we will ask you to vacate your rental unit while they perform their cleaning duties. Should a major maintenance issue arise that will require our maintenance team to be in your space for a lengthy period of time, you maybe asked to leave while they complete their task. Please keep in mind, we will always do our best to accommodate a specific time or date you wish to have your rental unit cleaned, but may not be able to guarantee it. Our customer service team is here to help you facilitate any special requests you may have for cleaning or maintenance scheduling.

Puerto Vallarta is receiving guests. Some countries may offer travel advisories regarding future travel but no travel ban has been implemented. Should government changes be introduced, a policy will be implemented for those guests impacted by changes.
Date Change - Rescheduling Fees Waived
Should you make a future booking or have a future booking and at the time you are schedule to travel you are unable to travel due to COVID19 we will work with guests and property owners to allow a date changes. Currently all reservation / booking date change fees are being waived for guests with travel impacted by COVID19. ALL date changes are subject to availability and per night rate increases. The number of nights of the original booking will be the number of nights granted for a date change, additional nights will be subject to the nightly rate.
COVID19 Testing & Traveling
Canadian Government & the United States CDC require proof of testing prior to boarding an aircraft destined for Canada or the USA. Rest assured, there are many clinics and possibilities for testing.
