It is located in the Amapas area in Villas del Macuaz, an exclusive residential neighborhood with upper and lower sections, traditional Vallarta-style condominiums, where you can relax with an impressive view of the Bay. It is a complex with a wonderful pool and incredible panoramic views.
This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium is traditionally designed so you can enjoy Mexican decor, it has one King size bed and one Queen size bed, air conditioning, and WI-FI Internet. The property offers spacious sleeping, living and eating areas; you can enjoy an amazing view of Banderas Bay from the living room.
The condominium is on the third floor and the entrance is right in front of the pool, you can enjoy the comfort of the pool and lounge chairs just a few steps away, with a spectacular view.
This condo has a fully equipped kitchen, with full size refrigerator, stove, blender and coffee maker, etc.

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta
Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.
Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

PVRPV has a firm CANCELLATION POLICY for all guests. We make every effort to work with our clients when a cancellation occurs as we understand situations happen. Property Policy
- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.
- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.
- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.
- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.
The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

NO SMOKING
No smoking inside the property, the unit, on the terraces / balconies.
OCCUPANCY POLICY
Maximum occupancy of 4 people in the unit.
VISITOR POLICY
Only guests registered and confirmed in your booking are allowed to occupy the unit.
The number of persons stipulated on the guest’s Booking and the confirmation email is the maximum number of people allowed to stay at the vacation property. If more guests arrive to stay / occupy than stated on the Booking Confirmation, they may be denied occupancy. In the event they are permitted to check-in an extra charge may apply.
No overnight visitors are allowed.
Visitors cannot use the common areas.
PET POLICY
Sorry, no pets allowed in this unit.
NOISE RESTRICTIONS
NO HIGH VOLUME or NOISE AFTER 10:00 PM: Including Speakers, Music, Televisions, etc. inside of the unit.
POOL POLICIES
Use of the pool is at one's own risk.
Group activities/events are not allowed in the pool area. Proper attire is required.
Personal listening devices should not disturb others while at the pool area.
Use pool floats/toys of a reasonable size. Remove from pool when not in use.
Remove excessive suntan lotion before entering pool, use shower at the pool.
Use sun lounger(s) provided by your unit (each unit provides their own.)
The umbrella table and four chairs are for everyone's use, please share.
Any glass or other breakable containers are strictly prohibited at the pool area.
No food or beverage is allowed while in the pool.
Trash/personal belongings should be removed when leaving the pool area.
COMMON AREA POLICY
Please refer to the section "RULES AND REGULATIONS VILLAS DEL MACUAZ"
GUEST KEYS
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.
PLEASE NOTE: Should you lose a set of keys the cost is $50USD ($1,000 pesos) for each lost-unreturned or damaged key or set of keys. Please have this fee prepared to be collected by the concierge at the time of check-out. This Fee is NOT covered by the guest damage insurance.
RULES AND REGULATIONS VILLAS DEL MACUAZ
We hope you enjoy your stay at Villas del Macuaz. The courtesy guidelines of the complex help to ensure the enjoyment of all guests. Because the condominiums are often owner-occupied, a respect for the rules is mandatory. Non-compliance may result in termination of occupancy.
Occupancy Limits
Per HOA rules, overnight occupancy shall not exceed four (4) persons within any one condominium, regardless of an individual unit's terms of use. The limit applies to both non-owner and guest occupancies.
General Behavior and Courtesy
Decent and proper behavior and language is expected at all times.
At no time can any type of activity disturb others.
Quiet time is to be strictly observed from 10:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. throughout the common areas and within individual condominiums. Stereo/TV volume must not be heard outside of individual units.
Clothes, towels, and other items should not be visible on terraces or in windows or left on pool furniture overnight.
No pets are allowed. Feeding of wild animals on the Villas del Macuaz property is prohibited.
Safety/Security
Take precautions to avoid theft of personal property and condo contents. Keep doors locked.
Do not invite strangers into Villas del Macuaz for any reason. Keep entry gate to complex double locked at all times.
Pool Area

Javier was an excellent host, property was amazing. Ocean view, quiet, safe, and great location. Away from the crowds, but only 10 minute walk to be at the beach, a restaurant or bar.
Javier fue un anfitrión excelente, la propiedad era increíble. Vistas al mar, tranquila, segura y con una ubicación estupenda. Lejos de las multitudes, pero a solo 10 minutos a pie de la playa, un restaurante o un bar.
