PVRPV proudly presents Terrazas Amapas Unit 5. There are two secure entrances to the building, one on Calle Hortensias and a second from Calle Gardenias where there is a dedicated off-road adjacent parking space.

Once inside, you will enjoy the generous space spanning the entire 5th floor with stunning views and with the privacy that comes from a hillside condo located in Puerto Vallarta’s Zona Romantica. The elevator opens directly onto the floor of the unit, where you will immediately relax as the flowing space directs you to gorgeous views of Banderas Bay from the floor-to-ceiling glass panel walls/doors in every room. The prime location allows walking or taxi access to downtown and its numerous boutiques, galleries, restaurants, night clubs and beaches.

There are air conditioning and ceiling fans with separate controls for each room and a private laundry room with washer/dryer, ironing board and cleaning supplies. In addition to the two ensuite bathrooms there is a full bathroom in the main hallway.

Please note there are 30 steps up to the elevator at the Hortensias entrance and there is a spiral, wood staircase with 32 steps going down from the parking space to the door of Unit 5. This unit is not accessible if you are unable to use stairs.

Outdoor Space
Step out onto the expansive terrace and feel the ocean breeze as you gaze at the full expanse of the Bay, with mountains, old town, the hotel zone and Nuevo Vallarta in view. Curl up on the outdoor couch with a good book, take a dip in the private plunge pool, enjoy sunset cocktails, and dine outdoors with the city lights twinkling below and evening fireworks along Banderas Bay.

Kitchen & Dining Room
Cook in the well-appointed open-concept kitchen with a modern electric glass cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, toaster oven, microwave, cutlery, glassware and everything you need to make a meal complete. Enjoy meals at the adjacent dining table or move to the outdoor table for lunch or dinner al fresco. Additionally, there is a nicely appointed space with desk that can serve as a semi-private working office.

Living Room
Stretch out on the sofa in the living room with a book, to watch the bay views or visit with others in the kitchen or dining room. This tastefully decorated room is free from the distraction of a TV.

Principal Bedroom
The generously sized principal bedroom offers a king-size bed with floor-to-ceiling windows looking onto Banderas Bay. A large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and large walk-in closet and dressing room is an extraordinary addition to this vacation home. In the walk-in closet you will find more than enough room for clothing as well as a safe that will hold your laptop and other valuables. Enjoy an evening in bed watching the 50" SmartTV. This principal bedroom is true luxury.

Guest Bedroom
The guest bedroom offers a king size bed with sliding doors to the terrace and views. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with shower. This bedroom is large for a guest room. Relax, taking in the views or watching your favourite program on the 32" TV. This oasis is a great place for remote work or connection to social media, with a desk in this bedroom.

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta

Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.

Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy


- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

-Building and neighborhood quiet. No large parties (Building quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM)
-No smoking inside the property.
-No loud amplified music, and none at all during quiet hours.
