Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta
Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.
Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy
- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.
- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.
- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.
- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.
The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

This is a not pets allowed unit, not exceptions.
Building rules
1. There will be a cost for additional common area key cards
2. The maximum sleeping capacity for renters and visitors per unit is:
One bedroom = 4 people
Two bedroom = 6 people
Three bedroom = 8 people
3. Visitors are allowed in the common areas until 11pm and they are not allowed to use the pool, unless there is capacity in the unit. 4. Pool is open from 9 am to 9 pm, usage is only for owners and renters.
5. Parties are allowed in the property at common areas, only with authorization from the administration office. Notice should be given to the administration 48 hours beforehand.
6. Pets are welcome to enter the building and transit from lobby to your unit with a leash. They are allowed in the bar area, but not in the pool area, nor in the gym. Maximum weight of pets is 11kg. It is responsibility of the pet ?s owner to clean up after their pet if an accident occurs at the common areas. Pet ?s owner will be responsible for any damages caused by the pet to guests, staff or items in the building. Only 2 (two) pets are allowed per unit. This includes dogs and cats. Any other animal is prohibited.
7. Loud noises from the units will not be allowed after 10 pm, pet noise should not bother guests or neighbors from other units, if so administration will notify and ask the guest to control the noise. If after 3 (three) notifications the situation continues, administration is then entitled to apply sanctions.
8. By staying at the property, you have agreed to be responsible for careless use, negligence, theft or damage of any part of the building, appliances, furniture, electronic components, walls, doors, windows, etc. for yourself and all guest registries in the unit and visitors that may be allowed. Any damages will be charged to the Primary guest, owner or property agency in charge of the unit. 9. You can have food and drinks delivered form any establishment. Delivery people will have access; however, we advise you to inform Front Desk staff once an order is made, in order to allow access. 10. We are not responsible for objects left in common areas or damages to vehicles inside the property.
11. Every vehicle must be registered at administration for a parking space.
12. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone in case of this policies are not followed.

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
Condo was beautiful, construction was a real negative but we realize that this is out of your control. We probably would not rent the unit again, as the location is not really our favorite - next time we would move further out of Old Town area and towards the Marina. We're old, lol.
El condominio era hermoso, la construcción fue realmente negativa, pero nos damos cuenta de que esto está fuera de su control. Probablemente no volveríamos a alquilar la unidad, ya que la ubicación no es realmente nuestra favorita; la próxima vez nos mudaríamos más lejos del área del casco antiguo y hacia el puerto deportivo. Somos viejos, jajaja.
Comments, Praise or Recommendations for the PVRPV Team:
Pablo was our onsite contact, and he was wonderful. We would recommend PVRPV based upon our experience with him, alone. We did have an issue with the ice freezer unit, and he arranged for service technician visit the next day. This was not a problem as we simply picked up a bag of ice at the local store, and the unit was repaired within 2 days when new parts were received. We were very pleased with the service provided
Pablo fue nuestro contacto en el sitio, y fue maravilloso. Recomendaríamos PVRPV basándonos en nuestra experiencia con él, solo. Tuvimos un problema con la unidad del congelador de hielo y él organizó la visita de un técnico de servicio al día siguiente. Esto no fue un problema, ya que simplemente recogimos una bolsa de hielo en la tienda local y la unidad se reparó en 2 días cuando se recibieron las piezas nuevas. Quedamos muy satisfechos con el servicio brindado
