The gym is also available for guests! Paramount Bay gym facilities to guests is opened from 7am to 9pm.

Master Bedroom features a King Size bed, air conditioning, flat screen television with satellite, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with tub and shower and a sliding patio window to the terrace, safe, walk-in closet.
The second bedroom features a King Size bed that can be converted to two single beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, flat screen television with satellite and bathroom with shower.

Constructions Notice

Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming such a popular hot spot that we are now experiencing a more than average increase in Construction Sites in the Romantic Zone. There are more then 14 new construction sites happening around the zone, as of 2017, for the next 2 years. The construction normally happens Monday to Saturday between working hours, but there is no guarantee. The construction will cause noise and dust. Since there are so many different new buildings, it is hard to get away from it during the day. We encourage our guests to visit the different beaches and different parts in and around Puerto Vallarta during the day. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department.



ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS
Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 PM. will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 AM. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 PM.

  • Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In case your rental is less than this or require additional services the cost will be $25.00 USD per day
  • Damage Deposit: $ 35.00 — Damage deposit is now mandatory for all clients. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happens during your stay to a property of up to $500.00 US Dollars. The pool heater at Paramount Bay broke a few weeks before our arrival. The pool was so cold that we could only get in it for a few minutes at a time. This was a disappointment to us as we have really enjoyed the pool in past stays. It would have been nice to have known about this in advance. Perhaps we could have moved to a comparable property with a heated pool. I would go back to Paramount Bay and this unit, but only if the pool is heated.

The entire vacation was excellent. Only one small issue, was on departure I appreciated the extended checkout..however, the concierge was not on time. The group had to leave in order to make the flight. Fortunately one of the guests in our unit was staying longer at hotel, so was able to wait for the concierge.

Spacious and very well-appointed unit (802a), with outstanding views of Old PV, the beach and the bay. Security staff on site 24/7 and quick to learn my name and the unit I was in (no personal security concerns). Concierge staff friendly and quick to accommodate changing plans. Beach, many restaurants and bars only a 10 minute walk, or five minute cab ride away. Overall, was an exceptional experience.

Was really disappointed to see that that pool bar did not have service, you could not play music in the pool area. We only visited the pool once because there were too many rules.

Angel was great. He really did a good job of keeping us informed and assisting us.

The check-in process did not meet our expectations. The concierge was not in the lobby when we arrived, and the shuttle driver had to track him down. He did not know which elevator we needed to take to the 8th floor. Luckily, we knew, since we have stayed at Paramount Bay before. It seemed that he had never been to this condo before. Our orientation of the condo did not go well. We ended up being the ones who figured out how to work the TV, safes, and the Bose system. The concierge first told us there was no Vonage phone, then he called and found out there was. Throughout the process, he was very courteous. Our impression was that he simply had not been trained on the features of this property.

During our stay, communication continued to be an issue. A few days after arriving, we received an e-mail asking when someone could come by and pick up the payment for the extra maid service. We had already paid the concierge, as agreed, upon check-in. We realized that he had not given us a receipt, so we were stressed that we would have to pay again.

Regarding maid service, there was confusion about what days/times she would be there. On the Friday before our departure, we were given a notice that there would be no maid service the following Monday, due to a national holiday. This didn\'t concern us at the time, because that was our check-out day. We were very surprised when the maid knocked on our door at 10:00 am on that Monday. It was inconvenient to try to take our showers and pack our belongings at the same time that the maid was there.

Checkout day continued to grow more stressful. Security called to inform us that the elevators were going to be down for service, and we were on the 8th floor, with six large suitcases. We had to walk down the stairs to tell the airport shuttle that he needed to wait for about 30 minutes until the elevator would be working. Fortunately, he was very patient. The concierge arrived in the midst of this. He was very helpful with getting the luggage loaded into the elevator, as soon as it was working again. In the confusion, one of us left his passport and glasses on the kitchen counter. As we were almost to the lobby, the wonderful maid, Josefina, came running to catch us, passport and glasses in hand. If it were not for her, we would surely have gotten all the way to the airport before realizing the passport was missing. Please thank her again for going above and beyond. We are extremely grateful to her!

In closing, we only rated the condo a 3 for amenities for a few reasons. It did not have a CD player. Also, the kitchen utensils were lacking. The two frying pans were small, and were not \"non-stick,\" which made cooking and clean-up difficult. Neither was large enough for cooking bacon. There were also no tongs. We went out and bought a non-stick griddle and some tongs, which we left at the condo for future guests. Two years ago, we stayed in unit 702A, and we agreed that it was much better-equipped.

Some of the other companies we have used in the past have provided a welcome basket with some fruit, cheese and crackers, bottle of wine, few beer etc., which is a nice touch after a long trip.
Lack of some kitchen basics, (spices, oil etc) to help you cook over a couple of weeks.
Angel was a pleasure to deal with. He went out of his way to help with some business paperwork which was needed to be handled asap. Great to our kids who went on an excursion. We would recommend your company.

Concierge was late arriving to meet us at the property. It was Sunday and we didn\'t have a phone number for him on the weekend. There were a few tense moments outside the unit until he showed up.
Your website works fine. Only one suggestion: when paying online, I eventually got to a screen that was all in Spanish. I think it was the final screen of the transaction. Since I don\'t speak much Spanish, I had to guess what to do, and luckily made the right choice. Perhaps you could ask the bank to have both Spanish and English on all screens.

Excellent service, on time and very helpful. Minor suggestions are that the concierge could have made shown us the Vonage phone system, and ensured the safe worked in the master bedroom (these are minor suggestions). We would definitely stay in this condo again, and will definitely use PVRPV the next time we come to Puerto Vallarta.

Since we're now "regulars" who stay at Paramount Bay 802-A, let me offer what I hope will be constructive comments about our last stay: 1-- The PVRPV staff (Angel and Jesus in particular) are outstanding as always. Our dryer stopped working Friday, and Angel had it fixed by Sunday. It would have been fixed by Saturday had it not been for a delay on Paramount Bay's part. The TV was not working the first day; Angel had it fixed by the next day. 2-- Security personnel at P.B. are also superb. They go out of their way to be friendly, and to be diligent at their job at the same time. 3 -- The shower in the master bath is still not working properly. Temperature is not consistent; sometimes there is hardly any hot water. (This is different from the last time, when temperature would jump from ice cold to extremely hot. So something was changed; but it was not fixed.) 4 -- The a/c in the living room is set too cold. The a/c in the master bedroom is not set cold enough. Why not let guests set their own temperature? I hope these comments can be used to make #802-A an even better place to stay. Thanks again for everything. Scott

A few comments would be:

It would have been very helpful to have a "tips" guide there to tell us about various restaurants, groceries, beaches and locations. Also a map of the complex to know where the gym was for example. I will say the security guards on site were very helpful.

The WIFI password on the info sheet that was given to us on arrival had the wrong log in and password - I was able to locate the right one but only because I am familiar as to what to look for.

Instructions on how to use the televisions in the bedrooms - we could only figure out how to use the main one in the living room and that was by sheer luck.

The showers seemed to be inconsistent in regards to the temperature. It would be cool and get warmer and then back to cool through out the shower.

Overall we had a great time and would use PVRPV again.

For the past several stays in 802, the shower's water temperature has been completely erratic (sorry we didn't report this before). It goes from scorching hot to ice cold (hardly ever in between), and it doesn't matter what position the temperature handle is in. As it occurs every time you shower, it does need to be corrected.

Other than that, everything was great. As always, your office handles every aspect of our stay perfectly, from Jesus at reservations to Angel as concierge. We'll continue to use your services, and recommend them highly!

Everything worked very smoothly -- from the airport pick-up, shopping stops and concierge (Angel was great) meeting us at condo. And, we loved the condo and how it was supplied. Working with PVRPV was great and we\'d use you again. Only two slight criticisms: Reservations sometimes took a day or two to respond (but not always, sometimes the response was very quick). But on one occasion, I had to write back to follow-up. And on another, I received no answer to a question whatsoever. Second, it would be much more convenient (for many, I\'m sure) if you took AMEX.

The unit I rented at Paramount Bay was amazing! The unit was exactly as described in the pictures, and all the amenities were available and described properly. All communications with the staff via email were answered promplty and accurately. All staff from the sales department to concierge, accounting and maidservcie were amazing and very friendly. I would definitely reccomend this property to anyone looking for a great view at a great value. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my stay in PV and specifically my experience with PVRPV, if you get a chance, book here for sure!!!

Property Policy

This property has its own policies, please read carefull

Parking spaces are for use by owners, their guest and renters. Vehicles must be parked in the assigned space. Parking spaces cannot be rented or loaned to non-residents of Paramount. The number of vehicles allowed cannot exceed the number of parking spaces assigned to the owner. The board must approve any other use.
Security staff are not allowed to leave their posts to escort non-owner occupants to their unit and are not responsible for providing guest services.
Please insure that your Property Manager/representative is aware of their responsibilities; The PM is to provide Paramount Administration with a guest authorization showing:
1. Names of guest
2. Date of arrival
3. Day of departure
4. Signed documentation that guest has received
Paramount Rules & Regulations. Property Manager/representative is responsible for checking in/checking out and letting the guest know that if there are any problems/issues with the unit they must call the Property Manager/representative.
Owners that have overnight guests staying with them must provide Administration/Security with name, arrival & departure dates and vehicle description if any and indicate parking space authorization.
Paramount Administration and Security will not hold or provide keys for owners or renters. The property manager is responsible for providing the key to the renter at or before check-in and for collecting the key at checkout.
Residents must meet delivery people in the lobby, receive the delivery there or escort the delivery person to their unit and back to the lobby.
Gym Rules:
The gym is to be used only by owners, renters and guests of owners (residents) that are staying in the owners unit. If you have guests staying with you they can use the gym, if you have a guest visiting for the day, the guest cannot use the gym.
Gym hours from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Use of the gym is at your own risk.
No one under age 16 allowed unless accompanied by an adult.
Always keep the doors closed to prevent condensation from the AC.
Bring a towel to use during workout.
Use a towel on seat back when working out.
Wipe down the equipment with spray disinfectant after use.
Return the weights to racks after use.
Do not slam or drop weights. Keep free weights away from windows.
30 min limit on machines when people are waiting.
Return the TV remote control to security and turn off TV and AC after finish.
Report equipment problem to Security or Administration.
Pool Rules:
The pool is to be used by owners/residents and their overnight guests, if you have a guest for the day the owner/resident must be present at the pool with the day guest.
Pool hours are 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.
Daily.
No glass or breakable objects allowed in or near the pool
Food is prohibited inside the pool.
No furniture is permitted to be placed in the Pool at any time (lounge chairs, etc.)
Furniture and chaise lounge chairs are first-come, first-serve. Please do not chairs by placing towels or other personal items on chairs. Please return Pool furniture and chaise lounge chairs to where you found them.
Swimming attire must be worn at all times when using the pool. Street clothing is not allowed.
For safety reasons, inflatable mattresses, boats, tires, etc. are not allowed
Please shower before entering the pool.
No diving, running or horseplay in or around the Pool area is allowed.
Only headphones are permitted at the pool to listen to music.
Please dispose of all trash in the appropriate receptacle.
Any damaged items will be repaired or replaced at Guest expense.
An Adult must accompany children under 12 at all times.
Children in diapers are not allowed in the pool at anytime.
No one is ever permitted to sit on or jump from the Pool bar counter at any time.
Garbage
Garbage collection is Monday to Sunday at 11:00pm.
Garbage must be leaved outside of your unit next to the stairways.
Please do not put liquids in your trash bags-the liquid spills from the bags and causes stains and attracts unwanted critters.
Please take the garbage out at night after 8:00 PM till 11:00 PM so it can be collected. There is no garbage collection during the day; if you need to dispose of garbage during the day please take it to the containers on E2.

ANY BREACH TO THE CONDOMINIUM'S REGULATIONS, ITS ARTICLES OF ORGANIZATION OR THE LAW SHALL BE CAUSE OF IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION AND THE ADMINISTRATOR SHALL BE ABLE TO ASK FOR THE VACATION OF THE PRIVATE UNIT AT HAND AND THE CONDOMINIUM BY THE OFFENDERS.

ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS

Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 p.m., will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 a.m. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 p.m.
