This gorgeous Newly renovated large 1,809 square foot unit offers, marble floors throughout, fully equipped kitchen, open airy floorplan with great light. Each room has its own new A/C, ceiling fans and smart TVs with Netflix. The dining room includes a large table with seating for 8. Adjacent you will find the living spaces; both the living and dining room as well as the terrace, blend seamlessly for indoor and outdoor entertaining experience. Construction Notice

Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming a popular vacation hot spot and is currently experiencing rapid growth. As of late 2018 there has been an noticeable increase in construction areas within Puerto Vallarta..

Construction usually occurs Monday to Saturday during working hours, and will cause some noise and dust, but there are no guarantees. Since there are numerous new construction sites, it is sometime difficult to get away from the activity and noise during the day. We encourage our guests to take advantage of the various adventures Puerto Vallarta has to offer. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department..

CHECK IN and CHECK OUT

CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.

Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $500.00 MXN tax included which must be paid in cash, and collected by concierge..

Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time zone (same as Mexico City, GMT-6).

You will be issued 1 set of keys per person for the property you are visiting.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In case your rental is less than this or require additional services the cost will be $500.00 MXN per day
  • Damage insurance: $ 681.80 MXN - Damage insurance non refundable is now mandatory for all clients. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happens during your stay to a property of up to $10,000.00 MXN. I never negotiated website because I knew exactly which input we were renting. We had an issue with the safe - perhaps low battery(?) - and staff fixed it.

Up-scale big beautiful condo. Amazing views, the sunsets are incredible! It had everything you could want. We didn't cook much, but it has a very well equipped kitchen. The unit was very clean and the housekeeper is nice. You would be very comfortable here for an extended stay. We can't wait to come back here again for a longer stay, next time. We thoroughly ejoyed ourselves at this lovely condo, great place!!! Pvrpv is great, my only complaints are they didn't setup a time with us to meet at the property. I had to call them. Granted the reservation was made last minute. I made arrangements with them to meet, and they where 45 minutes late. Not a big deal. Thank you for everything!

Gran condominio hermoso a gran escala. Vistas increíbles, las puestas de sol son increíbles! Tenía todo lo que pudieras querer. No cocinamos mucho, pero tiene una cocina muy bien equipada. La unidad estaba muy limpia y el ama de llaves es agradable. Usted sería muy cómodo aquí para una estancia prolongada. No podemos esperar a volver aquí de nuevo para una estancia más larga, la próxima vez. Disfrutamos mucho de nosotros mismos en este encantador condominio, excelente lugar! Pvrpv es genial, mis únicas quejas son que no establecieron un horario con nosotros para reunirnos en la propiedad. Tuve que llamarlos. Concedido la reserva se hizo en el último minuto. Hice arreglos con ellos para reunirme, y llegaron 45 minutos tarde. No es un gran trato. ¡Gracias por todo!

The property was very nice but need things such as more coffee cups only 3 and more plates had to wash everything each time us used it , could never use dishwasher because not enough dishes and cups. A few more frying pans would be help full. The property is very nice but very loud with chickens and dogs barking all night and day . The view is amazing and everything else was great thank you

La propiedad era muy bonita pero necesitaba cosas como más tazas de café, solo 3 y más platos tenían que lavar todo cada vez que lo usábamos, nunca se podía usar el lavavajillas porque no había suficientes platos y tazas. Unas cuantas más sartenes serían de ayuda completa. La propiedad es muy agradable pero muy ruidosa con gallinas y perros ladrando toda la noche y el día. La vista es increíble y todo lo demás fue genial gracias

Property Policy

This property has its own policies, please read carefull

Actions that disturb the peace, well-being and security of both the property and its permanent or temporary occupants are prohibited in the Condominium.
All acts and attitudes contrary to the law, order and good customs are prohibited. This includes the following in a more non-limiting way:
1 Any violation of the laws, norms and regulations included in the penal code of the State of Jalisco and the Municipality of Puerto Vallarta, and these violations may be reported to the authorities of the Administration and the Municipal, State or Federal Public Authority.
2 It is forbidden to use the unit as an office, clinic, school, academy, guest house, gym, dance hall, production workshop, etc. The units are for exclusive residential use and rent for periods of more than a week as a complete unit.
3 It is forbidden to sublet, accommodate or hire persons who practice prostitution, heterosexual or homosexual, in its various forms, including meetings or parties, or with any attempt at pornography. All this with the risk of being considered a crime with the aggravation of penalties if the participants are minors.
4 It is prohibited the sale of drugs or their consumption, pornography, piracy, scandals, meetings with armed persons, excessive volume of sound that disturbs condominium owners or neighbors, including sound devices, televisions, videos. This at all times and with the aggravation that is after 10:00 PM or before 8:00 AM
5 The display of posters of all kinds, including political, religious, rent or sale, etc., is prohibited.
6 It is forbidden to use curtains with exterior colors. The face of the curtains that face the exterior of the units should be white.
7 It is forbidden to hang clothes or materials of any kind from the railings, windows and balconies.
8 The use of high-heeled shoes or shoes that make noise on the floor and that may disturb the neighbors of lower floors is prohibited.
9 It is forbidden to have parties or meetings with music in high volume or excessive noise from Monday to Thursday after 10:00 PM. The events must be scheduled during the weekends and announced in the billboard of events that will be arranged in the elevator. 10 It prohibits sexual acts and incidents, both heterosexual and homosexual, visible to neighbors through exterior windows.
11 Laughter, crying, excessively loud talk, and the use of offensive language that affects condominium owners are prohibited.
12 The use of electrical appliances such as washers, vacuum cleaners, dryers is prohibited after 10:00 PM and before 08:00 AM.
13 It is forbidden to leave music equipment, fans, air conditioners, lights on while the unit is idle.

Standards in Common Areas

1 Any kind of nudity, exhibitionism and attitudes that imply erotic acts in common areas, outdoor areas, terraces, corridors, elevators, common bathrooms, swimming pool, garden area and outdoor viewing areas of the units are prohibited. Whoever infringes this norm will be consigned to the Public Authorities.
2 Prohibits the sale or consumption of drugs and excessive alcohol in common areas, outdoor areas, terraces, corridors, elevators, common bathrooms, swimming pool, garden area and parking lots.
3 It is forbidden to smoke hallways, elevators, bathrooms in the common area.
4 The use of common areas is prohibited from 12:00 at night until 07:00 AM
5 The presence of guests is forbidden without the owner assuming responsibility for his department and for the actions and behavior of these, both in the cleanliness and in the order of the common areas.
6 It is forbidden to use the terraces of the apartments to accommodate visitors, such as a warehouse, warehouse or place items that affect the aesthetics and / or the value of the Condominium units.
7 In case of having pets the owner of the same will take charge of the behavior of the animal and to collect any type of solid or liquid waste. No pets are allowed for visitors, temporary tenants and they are not allowed in the common areas of the pool. Pets can not be kept in corridors, corridors, parking, these are only transit.

14 All users of the common area must dry before leaving the place and circulate through elevators and corridors.
Children under 12 must always be accompanied by an adult.


Inside security cameras

When cameras move inside, things get a little more complicated. Again, cameras are only allowed in areas where one does not have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Thus, store security cameras used to prevent shoplifting are generally okay. But, what happens when the camera is situated someplace where one expects privacy but that is also an ideal location for one to conceal store merchandise?

Similarly, other areas like rented rooms, hotel rooms, and locker rooms are generally off limits for security cameras. Again, the expectation in these places are for complete privacy, and one should feel comfortable undressing in these locations without having to worry about someone watching or broadcasting the footage.
