Comfortable living room seating and the adjoining balcony is perfect for entertaining a Flat Screen Smart TV; enjoying the view of the para-sails floating over the beaches, or taking in the mountain views surrounding Old Town.

Other features include WiFi throughout the unit and a Vonage line allowing unlimited calls to the United States, Canada

The Park Condominiums built in 2014, has an incredible 7th floor rooftop terrace with 360 degree spectacular views of the mountains, ocean and city. It also provides ample shaded area, infinity pool, gas grill BBQ, fridge with ice maker and small kitchen area to prepare your meal. If you would prefer to sit and relax you can also enjoy the free Wi-Fi. The building also is equipped with a full gym area at no extra charge for the guests.

Constructions Notice

Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming such a popular hot spot that we are now experiencing a more than average increase in Construction Sites in the Romantic Zone. There are more then 14 new construction sites happening around the zone, as of 2017, for the next 2 years. The construction normally happens Monday to Saturday between working hours, but there is no guarantee. The construction will cause noise and dust. Since there are so many different new buildings, it is hard to get away from it during the day. We encourage our guests to visit the different beaches and different parts in and around Puerto Vallarta during the day. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department.

Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 PM. will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 AM. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 PM.

SOME RULES OF THE COMMON AREAS

1. Number Of Occupants In The Unit Is Limited To Those Authorized
2. Any Person Who Is Not Listed In The Occupation Application Has Denied Access To This Building. And Likewise, Tenants Have No Friends And Visitors Allowed To Make Use Of Common Areas Of This Building.
3. While The Unit Is Rented Or With Guest, Use Of Facilities The Park Is Limited Only To The Tenants Registered In The Application Of Occupation.
4. Special Events For More Than 6 Visitors Are Required Prior Notice And Request To This Administration.
• There Will Be Charged As A Deposit By Event, Which Is Returned After The Event If There Is No Damage.
5. Owners, Tenants Or Guests Will Be Charge Of Any Damage
Caused In The Common Areas
6. The Parking Area In The Basement Can Only Be Occupied By
Owners Who Have Assigned Parking Spaces.
7. Guests Should Not Use The Unit To Alter The Peace And Quiet Of This Building Or Other Owners. Excessive Noise Is Not Tolerated Of 11:00 Pm To 8:00 Am.
8. The Park Is Not Responsible Of Any Loss, Damage Or Injury For Misuse Of Our Facilities.
9 All Tenants, Visitors Or Occupants Of Units Are The
Responsibility Of The Owner Of The Unit Where Are Leaving.

1. Pets Are Not Allowed On This Level.
2. This Level Is Open 10:00 Am To 11:00 Pm Monday To Sunday Excluding
The Gym Which Is Open 7:00 Am To 10:00 Pm Daily.
3. Nudity Or Exhibitionism Is Not Permitted.
4. Loud Offensive Language Is Not Permitted In Any Common Area Of This
Property.
5. Use The Shower Before Entering The Pool Or Jacuzzi.
6. Bathing Suits Are Required In The Pool And Jacuzzi. Other Clothing Is Not
Permitted In The Pool Or Jacuzzi.
7. Samples Of Affection Have To Be Controlled On The Common Areas Of This
Building And More When Children Are Present.
8. Food, Drinks And Glass Objects Are Not Permitted In The Pool Or Jacuzzi
Areas. Only On Lunch Tables Set On Terrace.
9. Loungers Are First Come, First Served And Cannot Be Reserved By Placing
Objects On Them.
10. Children Under 12 Years Must Be Accompanied And Supervised By An
Adult.
11. Do Not Track Water From The Pool Or Jacuzzi To The Elevator Or Hallways.
Make Sure You Are Completely Dry Before Entering The Elevator
12. Limit Usage Of The Jacuzzi To 60 Minutes Of Others Are Waiting To Use It.
13. Parties Or Gatherings Of More Than 6 People Require Approval From The
Administrator.
14. When You Use The Grill Area Please Clean For The Next Use.
15. Garbage Has To Be Placed In The Containers.
