Plazamar , Located on the beach where the corners of Olas Altas and Lazaro Cardenas Streets meet, offers the finest privately-owned condos available in Puerto Vallarta. The building has 24/7 management and security.
Ours is a tastefully decorated one-bedroom condo with living room, fully-equipped kitchen and balcony offering mountain and ocean views. The bedroom sleeps two adults with additional sleeping accommodation in the living room on comfortable built-in sofas for two more people (note that one sofa is a shorter loveseat size). It is ideal for a family with two children and includes a high chair and portable crib for families with infants. The balcony and roof at Plazamar both offer breathtaking views of the ocean and the town. There is a private heated pool on the roof with a bar, a laundry room, cleaning service (included) and cable TV. It is close to all shopping, dining and entertainment spots in the old section of town. Downtown Puerto Vallarta is only a five minute walk.
