The condo is split leveled unit with one bedroom (Queen size bed), one bathroom and one living room with fully equipped kitchen for four persons max. The sofa bed in the living room opens into a queen sized bed. There is a full kitchen with refrigerator both conventional and microwave ovens,blender,toaster, coffee maker,cookware, utensils. Cable television,VCR, air conditioning, safety deposit boxe, and 24hr-security. There is a stacked washer/ dryer. Phone service goes through a switch board and requires a credit card for long distance calls. Maid service is provided prior to check in and then twice weekly. Beach/Pool towels are provided as are lounges, chairs, palapas, and umbrellas. There is one garaged parking space per unit and finally we have a gym.
