PVRPV presents Condo Playa Bonita 601 a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully furnished condominium on Los Muertos Beach, right on Old Town’s Romantic Zone with its cobble stone streets, sidewalk cafes, restaurants, shopping, and Vallarta’s famed night life.
The condo is located right on the beach between the Hotel Blue Chairs and the Blue Seas gay resorts. Within only a short ten minute walk to El Malecon, the downtown area of Puerto Vallarta, this condo is very well located for convenient access to all the wonderful sights and activities of PV. There are also two small stores and a larger supermarket close by for your daily needs.
The condo has a full length balcony overlooking the bay with seating, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, two bedrooms with king size beds, two full bathrooms with showers, AC, maid service twice a week, cable TV and a host of other features. The condo building is a secure building with a 24 hour staff that is dedicated to your safety.
The open floor plan and the extra wide balcony create a seamless connection between the condo, the sky, and the sea all while nicely located in the romantic heart of Old Vallarta.
***NOTE: The property is located directly on the beach and normal beach noise and activities are associated with properties on the beach. Unit is also next to a gay hotel with entertainment at night until no later than 11:30pm. All customers must wear the Playa Bonita arm bands which is part of the New Condo Regulations.

PROPERTY POLICIES
No smoking inside the condo. Please smoke only on the veranda. All customers must wear the Playa Bonita arm bands which is part of the New Condo Regulations. All guests will be given a copy of the full Rules & Regulations for Playa Bonita and are required to adhere to the Playa Bonita Policies in respect of other guest(s) and owners. Any violations of these rules can warrant eviction without any compensation. A copy of the full Playa Bonita policies can be emailed upon request ahead of arrival. Each guests will be required to wear an armband or be given a photo ID upon check in. No guests not registered or staying in the unit will be allowed to sit on the Playa Bonita beach or use the common area pool.
