The La Palapa Condominiums Building is in the Zona Romantica on Amapas Street with a perfect Los Muertos Beach location. The building is only feet from the Los Muertos pier where you can board excursion boats. In the block across the street are shops, a pharmacy, a convenience store, a nail salon, a choco banana, a change outlet, a laundromat, bars and restaurants, and a taxi stand. Nearby are numerous bars, restaurants, internet locations, doctors, dentists, travel agents, and stores.
Able-bodied persons can easily walk virtually anywhere from this rental location and taxis are cheap and plentiful with a taxi stand right across the street. The beach has palapas, umbrellas, and chairs with waiters from the La Palapa Restaurant. You could have a great vacation in Puerto Vallarta and never leave the premises.
NOTE: You may experience moderate noise due to renovations in some units in the building from May 15 until October 15. There is also noise coming from the restaurant.
