The stay was overall good and I continue to recommend your company to friends and will use your company again myself. However, this time there were a few things that caused some inconveniences. First, because I arrived later than my friends, there was some confusion when i arrived at the building with the person at the desk which was a little frustrating as he seemed unsure of what to do so we went up to the unit to see if my friends were there when all he needed to do was give me a key and if there was anything else needed from me he could get that sometime during my stay. The construction in the building was pretty noisey this time. I know there is a disclaimer on the website about possible construction noise, but it would be helpful if renters were made aware prior to Arrival of the proximity of the construction is going to impact their stay/comfort if for nothing else so the renter knows what to expect. It was disappointing that there was a schedule to have pest control in the building on Saturday morning. As it turned out, it didn\'t really impact us as I was awaked at the time and because my friends were asleep, they did not come into the unit in the morning. This is another example of something the renter should have been made aware of by the company vs having to read about it in the elevator. Finally, the last two days both bathrooms were running out of toilet paper. Of all things to run low on, this is not acceptable. The maid was outstanding other than ensuring there was enough extra rolls to Last until the end of our stay. This is another event where the gentleman at the front was not all that helpful. The other gentleman working there just told him to get the toll from the bathroom near the desk which seemed to annoy the first gentleman. There really should be contingencies in place for when a unit runs out of toilet paper or any other convenience supplied by the unit. This is a lot now that I have put it all in writing, but it will not necessarily impact my stay in the future. However, it is a bit different than my first stay when i had no complaints whatsoever. PVRPV management: Thanks for taking the time to complete the survey for your stay at Casa Jade. We will share your comments with the staff involved in your vacation and the owner and their property manager. Unfortunately, this building does not ever communicate their plans with us. This is something I have asked for, for over 11 years. Again I will make the owner aware that these other things should be taken care of. We look forward in seeing you again soon in Puerto Vallarta
We have stayed several times at Casa Jade and are always very pleased. This is our 3rd year booking with PVRPV and feel very well taken care of.... We look forward to booking with your great company again.Deanna. May 13th, 2016

Everything was great. We stayed in La Palapa #401. The condo was as beautiful as the view. Roger was very helpful and provided us with lots of useful info. The condo was very reasonably priced and PVRPV has a huge selection from which to choose. Anyone who wants to visit Puerto Vallarta will find what they are looking for on the PVRPV Web site.Nacho Larracoechea. Boise, ID
