Happy Monday! As some of you may be aware we have launched a brand new PVRPV.com. On September 2nd 2022, as mentioned in our Property Partners Important Notice, if you are having difficulty logging into your Property Owners Portal Dashboard, you will need to clear your cache or browsing history. All reported issues or difficulties have been rectified by doing this step. Without doing this step your computer may try to use information attached to the old site and cause a difficulty of seeing ALL the menus available to property owners including the menu to create an owner’s reservation.
As one owner wrote to us to say “It is not easy create a new site with these features.”. When you launch a site with 3 parts, Guest Site, Owners Site and Administration site that are all linked in one, it not an easy task. We are happy to report other than a few spelling mistakes and some alignment everything is working IF YOU CLEAR YOUR CACHE.
Please see the steps below to clear your cache:
GOOGLE CHROME:
1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. At the top right, click More .
3. Click More tools Clear browsing data.
4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
5. Next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
6. Click Clear data.
APPLE SAFARI:
1. Click on the Safari drop-down menu and select Preferences.
2. Click the Advanced tab. Select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox and close the Preferences window.
3. Select the Develop drop-down menu. Click Empty Cache.
4. Note: You may want to also clear your browser history.
APPLE IPHONE:
1. To clear your history and cookies, go to Settings > Safari, and tap Clear History and Website Data. ...
2. To clear your cookies and keep your history, go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data, then tap Remove All Website Data.
