PVRPV introduce you the complex Oceana Boutique Residences, being this a unique space with an extraordinary location in the heart of Puerto Vallartas old town. Located in Basilio Badillo and Pino Suarez, is surrounded by different amenities like restaurants, bars, theatres, galleries and jewelries. Just a few meters from the beach and a couple of blocks from the malecon.

Oceana Penthouse is at the six floor and offers 3 beds, 3 baths, kitchen, living room, gorgeous floor to ceiling windows that open up to a massive 11 foot wrap around terrace, outdoor gas grill, and stunning ocean views!

Oceana Boutique Residences is a flag-ship boutique project with only 30 premium individual homes.

The roof garden offers infinity pool, jacuzzi, long chairs area, bar area with TV, grill, lounge area, gym, restrooms, dressing rooms.

Please note Old Town/Zona Romantica is a relatively busy area within the city of Puerto Vallarta. You are in close proximity to city bus routes that offer daily service from 6 a.m. until 11 p.m., which provide easy access to downtown destinations and the surrounding areas. You are also in easy walking distance to a vibrant entertainment district in the evenings you may hear music from nearby bars and clubs, and the sounds of people enjoying these late night/early morning venues..

Puerto Vallarta is a safe, moderately large, bustling city with plenty of old world Mexican charm, with all the sights, sounds and flavors that come with that. Enjoy daily walks along the Malecon (boardwalk), visit the beach, fine galleries, amazing restaurants, outstanding stage shows and nightspots. You are just steps away from all the excitement..

Construction Notice

Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming a popular vacation hot spot and is currently experiencing rapid growth. As of late 2018 there has been a noticeable increase in construction areas within the Romantic Zone. Construction usually occurs Monday to Saturday during working hours, and may cause some noise and dust. Since there are numerous new construction sites, it is sometime difficult to get away from the additional activity during the day. We encourage our guests to take advantage of the various beaches and the other parts of Puerto Vallarta and surrounding areas. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department..


CHECK IN and CHECK OUT

CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.

Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $500.00 MXN tax included which must be paid in cash, and collected by concierge..

Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time zone (same as Mexico City, GMT-6).

You will be issued 1 set of keys per person for the property you are visiting.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In case your rental is less than this or require additional services the cost will be $500.00 MXN per day
  • Damage insurance: $ 693.35 MXN - Damage insurance non refundable is now mandatory for all clients. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happens during your stay to a property of up to $10,000.00 MXN. For additional information please refer to our Vacation Service Reservation Policy and Agreement.

Overall, my group had a great stay in Puerto Vallarta and enjoyed the beaches and town. The PVRPV concierge/staff were responsive to issues that occurred while we stayed in the Oceana condo/unit. The electricity and water stopped working and they were able to resolve these issues in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the pool on the 7th floor was being fixed and we could not use it, but PVRPV staff did provide passes to use the pool in the Pacifica building. Also, some construction or renovation was going on in the unit next to the one we stayed in. This construction noise was quite loud perhaps due to the thinness of the building's walls. Another consequence of the building’s thin walls and no soundproofing was that we heard a lot of noise from the street and loud music from Margarita Grill even when the sliding doors and windows were closed. Lastly, although the building staff was not completely unfriendly, they did not present themselves as very welcoming. However, my group was satisfied with the service we received from the PVRPV team.


En general, mi grupo tuvo una gran estadía en Puerto Vallarta y disfrutó de las playas y la ciudad. El conserje / personal de PVRPV respondió a los problemas que ocurrieron mientras nos hospedábamos en el apartamento / unidad de Oceana. La electricidad y el agua dejaron de funcionar y pudieron resolver estos problemas de manera oportuna. Desafortunadamente, la piscina en el séptimo piso estaba siendo reparada y no pudimos usarla, pero el personal de PVRPV proporcionó pases para usar la piscina en el edificio Pacifica. Además, se estaba llevando a cabo alguna construcción o renovación en la unidad al lado de la que nos alojamos. Este ruido de la construcción era bastante alto tal vez debido a la delgadez de las paredes del edificio. Otra consecuencia de las delgadas paredes del edificio y la falta de aislamiento acústico fue que escuchamos mucho ruido de la calle y música fuerte de Margarita Grill, incluso cuando las puertas corredizas y las ventanas estaban cerradas. Por último, aunque el personal del edificio no era completamente hostil, no se presentaron como muy acogedores. Sin embargo, mi grupo estaba satisfecho con el servicio que recibimos del equipo de PVRPV.

The housekeeper Mari Chuy has not a clue how to clean, or maintain a clean unit. Two ladies came in sans saved the day. Mari removed the soap from the shower , so when you get in and get wet the soap was gone.
The web site is a little difficult because when you put in a property it will not show the one you want.
It will not allow you to navigate unless you use percision and yes it is easier if you get the sales person to drop a link.
Also when retrieving clients please the service stand to where when you come out of the terminal they are easily spotted.
It is always a pleasure and look forward to my next 3 trips.

La ama de llaves Mari Chuy no tiene ni idea de cómo limpiar o mantener una unidad limpia. Dos damas entraron sin salvarse el día. Mari quitó el jabón de la ducha, así que cuando entras y te mojas, el jabón desapareció. El sitio web es un poco difícil porque al colocar una propiedad no mostrará la que usted desea. No le permitirá navegar a menos que use percision y sí, es más fácil si logra que la persona de ventas suelte un enlace. This property has its own policies, please read carefull

ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS
Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 PM. will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 AM. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 PM.

GENERAL RULES
1. The building is Pet Friendly (Cats & Dogs only). However, Pets are ONLY allowed inside individual
units and not in the common areas of the building such as: terrace, pool area or gym.

Inside security cameras

When cameras move inside, things get a little more complicated. Again, cameras are only allowed in areas where one does not have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Thus, store security cameras used to prevent shoplifting are generally okay. But, what happens when the camera is situated someplace where one expects privacy but that is also an ideal location for one to conceal store merchandise?

Similarly, other areas like rented rooms, hotel rooms, and locker rooms are generally off limits for security cameras. Again, the expectation in these places are for complete privacy, and one should feel comfortable undressing in these locations without having to worry about someone watching or broadcasting the footage.
