Our experience with PVRPV was awesome and all the staff were exceptional. We locked ourselves out and Angel was onsite quickly with a smile at 1 am !! The condo itself was clean and the bed super comfy. Equipment and supplies were light (i.e. no sugar or coffee filters) in the unit but the rooftop patio made up for it! We loved the location (walk everywhere) and the fact you got filtered water from the tap and the fridge. Lots of the owners were there and were great to chat with :) Thank you for a great experience!

We had a great time in PV and really enjoyed our stay in unit 511. Booking with PVRPV makes taking a trip to PV very easy to do.

Overall we enjoyed our stay in 511-V399, last year we complained about a foul smell under sink we also mentioned that the kitchen tap was loose. Nothing has been done....this year, the smell is still there, the kitchen tap is close to falling off. We are paying top dollars, we should expect a well maintained unit. The maid took everything out under the sink and washed the floor. That does not help the smell . We believe it is sewer gas. Because of asthma, I am unable to open those doors.
We leave the garbage container out as well as the replacement bags. I plan to write Tim Longpre a letter to outline our disappointment with lack of maintenance. I will also discuss the issue of constant bullying by some of the owners. We have booked the same unit for March 2017. However, if the smell under the kitchen is not resolved and if the kitchen tap is not repaired we will demand a different unit or our money back. I am hoping that PVRPV will see to it that the maintenance issues will be remedied, another issue I want to mention. The first day of our scheduled maid service, there was an oversight and the maid did not show up. I informed Angel Cocula and two maids showed up that evening. They did a terrific cleaning job. However, because of time constraint, they took the bedding and our Lacoste Beach Towel to launder off site.
We presumed that once laundered, the bedding and towel would be returned. That never happened. The unit now has only one set of sheets. Thank you , Guy Hamel: Dan Kosheluk

We were generally satisfied with Unit 511 at V399. We want to mention that we were not able to make the oven work it kept going out. Unable to use it. We had to replace the batteries in the safe; in the AC remote in the bedroom; in the TV remote.
We also put in our own battery in the clock in the kitchen; We wanted to watch movies using the VCR, it is not connected (requires a power bar). The batteries in the remote were corroding, we removed them and cleaned the terminals. These are not major problems, just irritants. We feel that staff should be more diligent in making sure that all batteries are fresh.
As you know, we are returning next February .29th. Thank you....Guy Hamel and Dan Kosheluk

There were apparently Condo Building rules and regulations that we never saw. this led to some comments from other condo owners!

Our only comment would be the lack of wifi in the condo - it was very difficult to get a good signal which we would not expect from a condo of this standard.
