About The Park Unit 101

PVRPV Puerto Vallarta Vacations proudly presents The Park 101, with the perfect location in the heart of the Romantic Zone, this condo listed in our PVRPV inventory offers to the clients all the attraction and the facilities to be in old town of Puerto Vallarta, just steps away from all of it, Bars, top restaurants, nightlife, the beach, various art galleries and really close to the iconic Malecon Boardwalk. 

The Park 101 condo is part of a modern condo complex, with no hills or steps to climb to, is just one block from wonderful beaches and the Malecon/Boardwalk and steps from the Olas Altas seasonal Farmers Market.  The complex has an incredible 7th floor rooftop Sky Terrace with 360- degree spectacular views of the Sierra Mountains, Banderas Bay/ocean and the city. The Terrace features a heated saltwater lap infinity pool, sunning loungers, gas grill for outdoor barbecues, small kitchen with fridge and ice maker, shaded area with couches and tables with seating to enjoy your meal or just relax and enjoy free Wi-Fi. The building also is equipped with a full gym area at no extra charge for the guests. The Park is a secured building with front desk personnel to assist you during your stay. The entire building has purified, UV filtered water for fresh drinking water. 

The Park Unit 101 is a 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom unit located on the first floor of The Park Complex, it provides a genuine sound and feel for Puerto Vallarta's Old Town area. However if you are not a fan of the sounds of the city the double pane sliding glass doors and windows will give you the peace and quiet you desire. This property can accommodate four guests comfortably. Any one renting this condo will enjoy the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with gas stovetop, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker, blender, juicer, toaster.

The condo features a King Sized Mattress in the master bedroom, en-suite bathroom with shower, closet, A/C, ceiling fan, Flat Screen TV with cable, alarm clock,
Wi-Fi ,and a white noise machine.  The second bedroom includes a King Sized Mattress, en-suite bathroom with shower, closet, A/C, ceiling fan, Flat Screen TV with cable, alarm clock, Wi-Fi, a white noise machine, and safe. 
The Park 101 condo has a comfortable living room seating, a pull-out bed and an adjoining balcony with dining table.

A washer and dryer are also available in the unit for your convenience. Maid service is provided weekly. 

Concierge services can be arranged such as airport transfer, excursions, in-house chef, spa services and extra cleanings for additional fees through PVRPV.

Constructions Notice

Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming such a popular hot spot that we are now experiencing a more than average increase in Construction Sites in the Romantic Zone. There are more then 14 new construction sites happening around the zone, as of 2017, for the next 2 years. The construction normally happens Monday to Saturday between working hours, but there is no guarantee. The construction will cause noise and dust. Since there are so many different new buildings, it is hard to get away from it during the day. We encourage our guests to visit the different beaches and different parts in and around Puerto Vallarta during the day. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department.



ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS
Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 PM. will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 AM. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 PM.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In case your rental is less than this or require additional services the cost will be $25.00 USD per day
  • Damage Deposit: $ 35.00 — Damage deposit is now mandatory for all clients. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happens during your stay to a property of up to $500.00 US Dollars. For additional information please refer to our Vacation Service Reservation Policy and Agreement.

Furniture was not comfortable in unit, no hairdryers or kettle.decor was bland, not warm and inviting. Building was in a great location and staff very friendly. The particular apartment was very noisy from the street so we could not use the balcony, another unit may be better for us another time.

The building concierge with glasses is rude. Ely was fantastic. PVRPV concierge was helpful, but a little more doing what I asked and less calling/emailing me would have taken it to the next level. The view from the balcony of the unit and the road noise are surprises, but overall the unit and building were great. The beds were phenomenal.

THE PARK
SOME RULES OF THE COMMON AREAS (suitable for adults only)


1. Number Of Occupants In The Unit Is Limited To Those Authorized
2. Any Person Who Is Not Listed In The Occupation Application Has Denied Access To This Building. And Likewise, Tenants Have No Friends And Visitors Allowed To Make Use Of Common Areas Of This Building.
3. While The Unit Is Rented Or With Guest, Use Of Facilities The Park Is Limited Only To The Tenants Registered In The Application Of Occupation.
4. Special Events For More Than 6 Visitors Are Required Prior Notice And Request To This Administration.
• There Will Be Charged As A Deposit By Event, Which Is Returned After The Event If There Is No Damage.
5. Owners, Tenants Or Guests Will Be Charge Of Any Damage
Caused In The Common Areas
6. The Parking Area In The Basement Can Only Be Occupied By
Owners Who Have Assigned Parking Spaces.
7. Guests Should Not Use The Unit To Alter The Peace And Quiet Of This Building Or Other Owners. Excessive Noise Is Not Tolerated Of 11:00 Pm To 8:00 Am.
8. The Park Is Not Responsible Of Any Loss, Damage Or Injury For Misuse Of Our Facilities.

Roof Terrace Rules

1. Pets Are Not Allowed On This Level.
2. This Level Is Open 10:00 Am To 11:00 Pm Monday To Sunday Excluding
The Gym Which Is Open 7:00 Am To 10:00 Pm Daily.
3. Nudity Or Exhibitionism Is Not Permitted.
4. Loud Offensive Language Is Not Permitted In Any Common Area Of This
Property.
5. Use The Shower Before Entering The Pool Or Jacuzzi.
6. Bathing Suits Are Required In The Pool And Jacuzzi. Other Clothing Is Not
Permitted In The Pool Or Jacuzzi.
7. Samples Of Affection Have To Be Controlled On The Common Areas Of This
Building And More When Children Are Present.
8. Food, Drinks And Glass Objects Are Not Permitted In The Pool Or Jacuzzi
Areas. Only On Lunch Tables Set On Terrace.
9. Loungers Are First Come, First Served And Cannot Be Reserved By Placing
Objects On Them.
10. Children Under 12 Years Must Be Accompanied And Supervised By An
Adult.
11. Do Not Track Water From The Pool Or Jacuzzi To The Elevator Or Hallways.
Make Sure You Are Completely Dry Before Entering The Elevator
12. Limit Usage Of The Jacuzzi To 60 Minutes Of Others Are Waiting To Use It.
13. Parties Or Gatherings Of More Than 6 People Require Approval From The
Administrator.
14. When You Use The Grill Area Please Clean For The Next Use.
