About The Park Unit 101

PVRPV Puerto Vallarta Vacations presents The Park 101, located in one of the newest and most sought after locations in Puerto Vallarta in old town Zona Romantica just steps away from the world s famous Los Muertos Beach.
The Park Condominiums which was built in 2014, has an incredible 7th floor rooftop terrace with 360 degree spectacular views of the Sierra Madre Mountains, the Bay of Banderas and City of Puerto Vallarta. The rooftop also provides ample shaded area, infinity pool, 2 Jacuzzis, gas grill BBQ, refrigerator with ice maker and small kitchen area to prepare your meals. If you prefer to just sit and relax, you can also enjoy the free Wi-Fi. The building also is equipped with a full gym area at no extra charge for the guests.
The Park Unit 101 vacation location of Puerto Vallarta is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,000 sq. ft. condo located on the 2nd floor of the building, the first floor being the entrance lobby area. The kitchen comes fully equipped kitchen with everything you have in your own gourmet kitchen including stainless steel appliances, consisting of a four burner gas stove top, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, Juicer, and coffee maker with granite counter top and bar seating for four. A washer and dryer are also available in the unit for your convenience as well as cable television, a local land line phone and Wi-Fi. The condo also has purified water.
Comfortable living room seating with pull out couch perfect for 1 adult, and the adjoining balcony is perfect for entertaining or watching a movie on the flat screen television which has cable; enjoying the view and sounds of the old town area, or enjoying the outdoor dining ambiance that this beautiful Puerto Vallarta vacation condo has to offer you.
The Master bedroom has a King size bed with flat screen television with cable, air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe and plenty of closet space located in your private en-suite bathroom.

Please note that the condo is located in an area of Puerto Vallarta that is busy. During the day, you will be hear buses going by, starting 6 a.m. until 11 p.m. , regular street noise, and during the evening, as you are located in an area of night clubs, you will hear noises from the bars, music, which are opened in some areas until 6 a.m. There are some clubs that are completely closed off, where you cannot hear the sound, however, some bars are not noise proof, and we wanted you to be aware.

The condo is located in the heart of Vibrant Old Town / Zona Romantica. Puerto Vallarta is a bustling city with Old World Mexican charm, and the sights, sounds and flavors that come with that. With ease of access to the beach and the finest galleries, restaurants and nightspotIs. You are just steps away from all the excitement. The condo is located on a city bus route providing ease of access to downtown and the surrounding areas.

Constructions Notice

Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming such a popular hot spot that we are now experiencing a more than average increase in Construction Sites in the Romantic Zone. There are more then 14 new construction sites happening around the zone, as of 2017, for the next 2 years. The construction normally happens Monday to Saturday between working hours, but there is no guarantee. The construction will cause noise and dust. Since there are so many different new buildings, it is hard to get away from it during the day. We encourage our guests to visit the different beaches and different parts in and around Puerto Vallarta during the day. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department.



ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS
Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 PM. will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 AM. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 PM.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In case your rental is less than this or require additional services the cost will be $25.00 USD per day
  • Damage insurance: $ 35.00 USD - Damage insurance non refundable is now mandatory for all clients. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happens during your stay to a property of up to $500.00 US Dollars. For additional information please refer to our Vacation Service Reservation Policy and Agreement.

We asked in advance for a late check out. It was declined in writing. When we wanted to check out at noon they said we had a late check out (??). very confusing especially when Lupita said it is standard that it is declined...
Also the guys for check in are ALWAYS too late again we had to wait for 20 min with no text message or email or phone call.
Overall you are very good in your service and we would never rent through another company. Edgar was also very helpful.
Pedimos de antemano una salida tardía. Se rechazó por escrito. Cuando quisimos salir al mediodía dijeron que teníamos una salida tardía (??). muy confuso, especialmente cuando Lupita dijo que es estándar que se rechace ... También los individuos para registrarse SIEMPRE son demasiado tarde otra vez, tuvimos que esperar 20 minutos sin mensaje de texto o correo electrónico o llamada telefónica. En general, usted es muy bueno en su servicio y nunca lo alquilaríamos a través de otra compañía. Edgar también fue muy útil.

This 30 day stay was incredible. We are looking for a rental condo in this area again for 90 Days in 2020 - end of January to the end of April.

Gerry and Jauquin were exceptional..
Problem with unit 101 is we could not use the balcony due to noise and dirt.....sadly we could not let air in for that reason also
Instructions for washer and dishwasher would be helpful.
Tv cable package was disappointing......abc, nbc,cbs were not available

The building concierge with glasses is rude. Ely was fantastic. PVRPV concierge was helpful, but a little more doing what I asked and less calling/emailing me would have taken it to the next level. The view from the balcony of the unit and the road noise are surprises, but overall the unit and building were great. The beds were phenomenal.

THE PARK
SOME RULES OF THE COMMON AREAS (suitable for adults only)


1. Number Of Occupants In The Unit Is Limited To Those Authorized
2. Any Person Who Is Not Listed In The Occupation Application Has Denied Access To This Building. And Likewise, Tenants Have No Friends And Visitors Allowed To Make Use Of Common Areas Of This Building.
3. While The Unit Is Rented Or With Guest, Use Of Facilities The Park Is Limited Only To The Tenants Registered In The Application Of Occupation.
4. Special Events For More Than 6 Visitors Are Required Prior Notice And Request To This Administration.
• There Will Be Charged As A Deposit By Event, Which Is Returned After The Event If There Is No Damage.
5. Owners, Tenants Or Guests Will Be Charge Of Any Damage
Caused In The Common Areas
6. The Parking Area In The Basement Can Only Be Occupied By
Owners Who Have Assigned Parking Spaces.
7. Guests Should Not Use The Unit To Alter The Peace And Quiet Of This Building Or Other Owners. Excessive Noise Is Not Tolerated Of 11:00 Pm To 8:00 Am.
8. The Park Is Not Responsible Of Any Loss, Damage Or Injury For Misuse Of Our Facilities.

Roof Terrace Rules

1. Pets Are Not Allowed On This Level.
2. This Level Is Open 10:00 Am To 11:00 Pm Monday To Sunday Excluding
The Gym Which Is Open 7:00 Am To 10:00 Pm Daily.
3. Nudity Or Exhibitionism Is Not Permitted.
4. Loud Offensive Language Is Not Permitted In Any Common Area Of This
Property.
5. Use The Shower Before Entering The Pool Or Jacuzzi.
6. Bathing Suits Are Required In The Pool And Jacuzzi. Other Clothing Is Not
Permitted In The Pool Or Jacuzzi.
7. Samples Of Affection Have To Be Controlled On The Common Areas Of This
Building And More When Children Are Present.
8. Food, Drinks And Glass Objects Are Not Permitted In The Pool Or Jacuzzi
Areas. Only On Lunch Tables Set On Terrace.
9. Loungers Are First Come, First Served And Cannot Be Reserved By Placing
Objects On Them.
10. Children Under 12 Years Must Be Accompanied And Supervised By An
Adult.
11. Do Not Track Water From The Pool Or Jacuzzi To The Elevator Or Hallways.
Make Sure You Are Completely Dry Before Entering The Elevator
12. Limit Usage Of The Jacuzzi To 60 Minutes Of Others Are Waiting To Use It.
13. Parties Or Gatherings Of More Than 6 People Require Approval From The
Administrator.
14. When You Use The Grill Area Please Clean For The Next Use.
15. Garbage Has To Be Placed In The Containers.

16. Owners/Residents Are Responsible For The Conduct Of Their
Guests Or Tenants.
17. Any Violation Of The Rules Could Result The Eviction Of Owners Or Renters
From This Level, Including The Risk Of An Administrative Fine.

Inside security cameras

When cameras move inside, things get a little more complicated. Again, cameras are only allowed in areas where one does not have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Thus, store security cameras used to prevent shoplifting are generally okay. But, what happens when the camera is situated someplace where one expects privacy but that is also an ideal location for one to conceal store merchandise?

Similarly, other areas like rented rooms, hotel rooms, and locker rooms are generally off limits for security cameras. Again, the expectation in these places are for complete privacy, and one should feel comfortable undressing in these locations without having to worry about someone watching or broadcasting the footage.
