About Signature at Pinnacle 106

Welcome to Signature 106, brought to you by PVRPV Puerto Vallarta Vacations. Located in the brand new, prestigious and luxurious Signature by Pinnacle development, it overlooks Los Muertos Beach and Los Muertos Pier, in the heart of the Romantic Zone, Old Town of Puerto Vallarta.

Situated just above Olas Altas Street, Signature by Pinnacle is only 2 minutes away from many amazing restaurants and bars, fabulous galleries, boutiques and memorable nightclubs.

The complex is gated with around-the-clock security. It offers a spectacular patio, infinity pool with swim-up bar. As well, there is a fully equipped gym which is available free of charge to all guests. There is also an on-site spa with manicure, pedicure and massage services available.

This Puerto Vallarta condo, Signature 106, is located above the infinity pool, facing west to the sea. It affords unobstructed views of Banderas Bay, including Los Arcos Rocks and fabulous Puerto Vallarta sunsets.

This luxurious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, air conditioned condominium includes a fully-equipped kitchen with a gas cook-top, microwave, dishwasher, a refrigerator with ice maker and chilled water, plus all common electric appliances, pots and pans, glassware, and kitchen utensils. The counter top is granite and comes with 2 bar stools. There is a washer and dryer, Dirt Devil vacuum, ironing board and iron next to the bathroom.

The outdoor patio has a dining area with BBQ and seating area. The patio is equipped with remote operated electric blinds to reduce the glare of the afternoon sun, but stills offers the breath-taking views and sunsets of Puerto Vallarta.

The bedroom includes a King size bed, a window to the terrace, closet and drawer space, a large safe, an iPod alarm clock, air conditioning, ceiling fan, linens and towels, including Beach towels.

The living room has a Sofa bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, LED TV with Satellite service, Blu-Ray player, and folding dividers for privacy.

Constructions Notice

Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming such a popular hot spot that we are now experiencing a more than average increase in Construction Sites in the Romantic Zone. There are more then 14 new construction sites happening around the zone, as of 2017, for the next 2 years. The construction normally happens Monday to Saturday between working hours, but there is no guarantee. The construction will cause noise and dust. Since there are so many different new buildings, it is hard to get away from it during the day. We encourage our guests to visit the different beaches and different parts in and around Puerto Vallarta during the day. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department.



ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS
Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 PM. will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 AM. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 PM.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In case your rental is less than this or require additional services the cost will be $25.00 USD per day
  • Damage Deposit: $ 35.00 — Damage deposit is now mandatory for all clients. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happens during your stay to a property of up to $500.00 US Dollars. For additional information please refer to our Vacation Service Reservation Policy and Agreement.

This unit needs some maintenance and updating. Patio fan rusted chains. Bedroom door handle. Living room furniture is worn out. Washer and dryer missing. Bed pillows horrible. No washcloths.

We used the gym and pool at the building however, while at the pool we had 2 friends with us and we were kicked out although the signs (at the entrance and by the pool) clearly states in English and Spanish - \"The pool is for the exclusive use of owners, renters and their guests.\" We were told that guests were not allowed to use the pool.

The only issue I had was that the washer and dryer were removed for repairs and I was told they would be reinstalled Wednesday or Thursday of the week I was there and they were not. I sent an email to follow up to see if they would be brought back in by Friday of that week and I did not receive a reply. The reason I stay in condo rentals versus hotels is that there is a washer and dryer available for me to do laundry while I am vacationing. That way I do not have to spend my first day back from vacation doing loads of laundry. It would be nice to receive some compensation for the inconvenience, such as a percent off of my next stay or transport to and from the airport. Thank you!

The representative was about 30 minutes late upon our arrival at Signature at Pinnacle on Thursday, July 6, 2017. We did not have maid service for Unit #106 during our entire stay. Only one control for the air conditioning unit for the living and bedroom area. We had to figure out how to work the control. It was not explained and we had to make arrangements for our transportation to the airport with the concierge at Pinnacle. One of the drawers was broken for the dresser which we reported and our representative did not show up for our check out. Our vacation could not have been better. Angel was on time for check in and check out. Very friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with the hot water and safe, I sent an email and received a response immediately and the problem was fixed very quickly. I have used other companies to rent in the past but nothing compares to the service and quality of PVRPV. I will definitely be using them again next time I come down to Puerto Vallarta!

This unit # 106 at Signature Pinacle is great EXCEPT the mattress on the bed is worn out and way too soft. I have booked this unit for 3 weeks in October and really, really, really hope it has been replaced with a new one by then.

Only other thing is the sofa is dirty. Thanks.

The unit is nice. I\'d rent it again. Decor is a little \"uneventful and uninspired\" but comfortable. Could definitely use the talent and eye of a gay man...just saying. Ventilation is minimal in the bathroom. Irritating. Guests shouldn\'t feel uncomfortable using the facilities when others are in the living area.

Everything was perfect with our stay! We have used PVRPV on numerous occasions and have always been very pleased. Thanks!

The only recommendation I would make regarding our unit this time is that there was no shampoo and the bathroom soaps were small and fragrant free. Other units seemed to include shampoo, condition, and nicer soaps. We were not bothered by it, it would just have made it even nicer.

Check in was late. On Saturday, a man wearing your company shirt did not even knock and used the code and keycard to get into the condo when I was here. No idea why. He had no explanation. I have my checkout set for 1:30pm and went out late last night as it is the ultimate night of my long weekend. 10:45-am two of your employees were knocking on the door and woke me up. I expected more from pvrpv. I do not understand what your employees are doing. Today\'s two did not even know what time I was set to check out. Lina was great to work with on the reservation I must add but the other things... no bueno

Our experience with PVRPV was great.
Jonathan was very helpful on our check in took time to show us the unit and answer our questions. He also was there on check out on time and called for a cab.

I did have an issues with the guy at the front desk/security guard. One day we were at the pool, I went to use the bathroom off the pool and he became very upset that I was going to use that bathroom. He blocked me from using it....I explained I was staying there. He did not want to hear it.
Also when we were leaving, he did not call us a cab right away, he made us wait until he made a phone call. One couple came after us, and he got them a cab first. This \"Arturo\" guy did not like us for some reason, there is an issue there.
I have never had an issue before, this was my third time staying at the Pinnacle.

Always happy with PVRPV. If i could recommand something it\'s the method of payment with th credit card that is complicated because it\'s an international payement. May be you should add an option with paypall or etransfer with your bank account.
You have a good team. We had some issues at the condo but everything was resolved as fast as possible. Thanks and see you soon.

I loved the unit and everything else but the only thing I would change is that maybe food could be served at the lounge so I don\'t necessarily have to leave to get something to eat. Otherwise everything else was perfect I will definitely stay there again when I come back!

This my second stay at the Pinnacle...again fantastic stay. Your staff was great! The unit was great!
I hope to be booking again shortly for next year. Any discounts for steady customers????
The only issue I had was the pool did not seem private, anyone at the bar could use the bar. One day there were no more spots around the pool since a lot of people came for happy hour and the pool. Most of the people that day were not staying at the Pinnacle.

It was a pleasant stay. Excellent treatment by staff PVRPV! We recommend this service to all of our friends.. The only bad thing was one of the soiled / stained sheets and the last day problems with the air conditioning. Thank you very much for all your kindness and professionalism. Please make it easier to use American credit cards or use PayPal. Concierge Jean Pierre was friendly and nice, but was 20 minutes late at arrival and 1 hour and 10 minutes early for his arranged check out time. If he was on time and had the air on in the unit that would have been perfect. Unit was super! Best views ever, softest bed I ever laid on in PVR, awesome views and the washer/dryer. Staff at building always greeted with a smile at front door. We were not made aware of maintenance/construction that would be going on that week. Major cement or tile cutting going on near unit. At check out the front desk mistakenly tried to bill me for a bar tab, but luckily was cleared up quickly. The maid service was fine. We were out most of the day and came back sometime after 4:30 so expected to come back to a clean room, but Angelica (?) was still there. She only had the bathroom left to clean. She asked if we wanted her to finish and I said yes please and she acted surprised. I\'m a property manager for 450 units in Seattle, so I only point out these things to help make your company a better one. Overall it was a great experience and would most likely rent from PVRPV again. Me and my guest were very low key guests and didn\'t use all there was to offer of your company, but perhaps next time we will. Thank you again for a great vacation :)

Check out day was hectic since concierge did not arrive at pre-determined time. Angel had to come instead to check us out.

Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 p.m., will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 a.m. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 p.m.
