Please note Old Town/Zona Romantica is a relatively busy area within the city of Puerto Vallarta. You are in close proximity to city bus routes that offer daily service from 6 a.m. until 11 p.m., which provide easy access to downtown destinations and the surrounding areas. You are also in easy walking distance to a vibrant entertainment district in the evenings you may hear music from nearby bars and clubs, and the sounds of people enjoying these late night/early morning venues.

Puerto Vallarta is a safe, moderately large, bustling city with plenty of old world Mexican charm, with all the sights, sounds and flavors that come with that. Enjoy daily walks along the Malecon (boardwalk), visit the beach, fine galleries, amazing restaurants, outstanding stage shows and nightspots. You are just steps away from all the excitement.

Construction Notice

Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming a popular vacation hot spot and is currently experiencing rapid growth. As of late 2018 there has been a noticeable increase in construction areas within the Romantic Zone. Construction usually occurs Monday to Saturday during working hours, and may cause some noise and dust. Since there are numerous new construction sites, it is sometime difficult to get away from the additional activity during the day. We encourage our guests to take advantage of the various beaches and the other parts of Puerto Vallarta and surrounding areas. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department.


CHECK IN and CHECK OUTS

CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.

Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD (tax included) or equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment, which must be paid in cash, and collected by concierge.

Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone (same as Mexico City, GMT-6).

You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $25.00 *USD (tax included). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.
  • Damage insurance: Every client that makes a booking, is now required to pay an additional $35.00 *USD (tax included) which is for a non-refundable damage insurance. The $35.00 non-refundable damage insurance covers damages up to $500.00 *USD. For additional information please refer to our BOOKING CONFIRMATION POLICY.

The blinds in the second bedroom were not wide enough for complete privacy. The motion sensor for the hallway light was sensitive to wind so the light would shine through the gap often throughout the night.
Very dusty under the beds when I lost my shoe.
Las persianas en el segundo dormitorio no eran lo suficientemente anchas para una total privacidad. El sensor de movimiento para la luz del pasillo era sensible al viento, por lo que la luz brillaba a través del espacio a menudo durante toda la noche. We had to wait a few minutes for our PVRPV representative to show up, but once we called the main office, we were told he was already on the premises letting another client into a property. After the main office contacted him, he showed up just a minute or two after that, very promptly. He was very courteous and nice, showed us all we needed in the unit.

The Sky Bar at Pinnacle 220 is very nice, the bar staff and especially David (#1) was great. The gym was small but had enough to get us by. We used the stairs up and down to Olas Altas almost all the time, using the funicular only twice. It made us feel like we were making up for all the drinks we consumed.

The condo unit we rented (202) was pretty much as pictured, no problems except that the Radiosity (allows you to watch live TV) account had expired, so we only had Netflix. I also had to debug the Amazon Firestick as it stopped working the first day. It turned out it was the remote, the batteries were corroded. I bought new batteries and cleaned out the corrosion with a little vinegar and then it was ok. The Roku remote is getting the same way, but we didn't use it, so I left it alone. In this type of climate, I would recommend the staff check the remotes periodically.

Tuvimos que esperar unos minutos para que apareciera nuestro representante de PVRPV, pero una vez que llamamos a la oficina principal, nos dijeron que ya estaba en el lugar permitiendo que otro cliente entrara en una propiedad. Después de que la oficina principal lo contactó, apareció un minuto o dos después de eso, muy pronto. Fue muy cortés y amable, nos mostró todo lo que necesitábamos en la unidad. El Sky Bar en Pinnacle 220 es muy agradable, el personal del bar y especialmente David (# 1) fue excelente. El gimnasio era pequeño pero tenía suficiente para aguantarnos. Usamos las escaleras para subir y bajar a Olas Altas casi todo el tiempo, usando el funicular solo dos veces. Nos hizo sentir como si estuviéramos haciendo las bebidas que consumimos. La unidad de condominio que alquilamos (202) estaba más o menos como se muestra en la imagen, sin problemas, excepto que la cuenta de Radiosity (le permite ver televisión en vivo) había caducado, por lo que solo teníamos Netflix. También tuve que depurar el Amazon Firestick ya que dejó de funcionar el primer día. Resultó que era el mando a distancia, las baterías estaban corroídas. Compré baterías nuevas y limpié la corrosión con un poco de vinagre y luego estuvo bien. El control remoto de Roku se está haciendo de la misma manera, pero no lo usamos, así que lo dejé solo. En este tipo de clima, recomendaría que el personal verifique los controles remotos periódicamente.

Property Policy

This property has its own policies, please read carefull

Reglas del edificio
1. Hue?spedes deben usar un brazalete durante su estadi?a, este
garantiza el acceso al edifico y de la terraza (no aplica para los duen?os).
2. Sera? un costo adicional para llaves de a?reas comunes.
3. La capacidad ma?xima por noche para visitas o rentas por noche por unidad es:
Una habitacio?n = 2 hue?spedes
Dos habitaciones = 4 hue?spedes
Tres habitaciones = 6 hue?spedes
4. Visitantes son admitidos en las a?reas comunes hasta las 11pm y no esta?n autorizados en utilizar la alberca, a menos de que exista capacidad de registro en la unidad.
5. El horario de alberca es de 9 am a 10 pm y el uso es exclusivo para duen?os y rentistas.
6. Las fiestas en a?reas comunes son permitidas u?nicamente con una autorizacio?n por parte de la administracio?n. Administracio?n deben de estar contactado con 48 horas de anticipacio?n.
7. El edificio permite el tra?nsito de mascotas desde lobby hasta la unidad con correa, no en el a?rea de gimnasio y terraza. El ma?ximo de mascotas permitidas es de 2 por unidad con peso ma?ximo cada una de 11 kgs, solo se admiten perros y gatos. El duen?o de la mascota es responsable de limpiar cualquier incidente en las a?reas comunes, tambie?n por cualquier dan?o que la mascota represente a otros invitados, trabajadores o arti?culos del edificio.
8. Despue?s de las 10pm no se permiten ruidos excesivos o molestos a otros vecinos. En caso de quejas por ruido durante su estadi?a, la administracio?n dara? 3 (tres) notificaciones, si la situacio?n continua, el administrador tiene el poder de aplicar sanciones o limitar el acceso al edificio.
9. Con su estadi?a en la propiedad usted es responsable por mal uso, dan?o, negligencia, o robo de cualquier parte del edificio, mueble, componentes electro?nicos, paredes, puertas, ventanas etc. Esto aplica para usted y los invitados de su unidad. Cualquier dan?o sera? cobrado al responsable o titular la reservacio?n, duen?o o empresa que administre la unidad.
10. Usted puede ordenar comida y bebidas para ser entregadas a su unidad de cualquier establecimiento. Le recomendamos avisar a recepcio?n para que le permitan el acceso al edifico.
11. No nos hacemos responsables por objetos extraviados o dan?amos en a?reas comunes o vehi?culos dentro del edificio.
12. Todos los vehi?culos en el estacionamiento debes ser registrado en administracio?n.
13. Nos reservamos el derecho de admisio?n al edificio en caso de no cumplir las poli?ticas del convivio en el edificio.
Building rules
1. Guests should use a bracelet during their stay to allow access to
the building and pool area (Not applicable for owners).
2. There will be a cost for additional common area key cards
3. The maximum sleeping capacity for renters and visitors per unit is:
One bedroom = 2 guests
Two bedroom = 4 guests
Three bedroom = 6 guests
4. Visitors are allowed in the common areas until 11pm and they are not allowed to use the pool, unless there is capacity at the unit. 5. Pool is open from 9 am to 10 pm, usage is only for owners and renters.
6. Parties are allowed in the property at common areas, only with authorization from the administration office. Notification should be given to the administration 48 hours prior.
7. Pets are welcome to enter the building and transit from lobby to your unit with a leash. They are not allowed at the roof garden and gym. Maximum weight of pets is 11kg. It is responsibility of the pet ?s owner to clean up after their pet if an accident occurs at the common areas. Pet ?s owner will be responsible for any damages caused by the pet to guests, staff or items in the building. Only 2 (two) pets are allowed per unit. This includes dogs and cats. Any other animal is prohibited.
8. Loud noises from the units will not be allowed after 10 pm, pet noise should not bother guests or neighbors from other units, if so administration will notify and ask the guest to control the noise. If after 3 (three) notifications the situation continues, administration is then entitled to apply sanctions and refuse access.
9. By staying at the property, you have agreed to be responsible for careless use, negligence, theft or damage of any part of the building, appliances, furniture, electronic components, walls, doors, windows, etc. for yourself and all guest registries in the unit and visitors that may be allowed. Any damages will be charged to the Primary guest, owner or property agency in charge of the unit. 10. You can have food and drinks delivered form any establishment. Delivery people will have access; however, we advise you to inform Front Desk staff once an order is made, in order to allow access.
11. We are not responsible for objects left in common areas or damages to vehicles inside the property.
12. Every vehicle must be registered at administration for a parking space.
13. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone in case of this policies are not followed.


Inside security cameras

When cameras move inside, things get a little more complicated. Again, cameras are only allowed in areas where one does not have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Thus, store security cameras used to prevent shoplifting are generally okay. But, what happens when the camera is situated someplace where one expects privacy but that is also an ideal location for one to conceal store merchandise?

Similarly, other areas like rented rooms, hotel rooms, and locker rooms are generally off limits for security cameras. Again, the expectation in these places are for complete privacy, and one should feel comfortable undressing in these locations without having to worry about someone watching or broadcasting the footage.
