Please note that the condo is located in an area of Puerto Vallarta that is busy. During the day, you will be hear buses going by, starting 6 a.m. until 11 p.m. regular street noise, and during the evening, as you are located in an area of night clubs, you will hear noises from the bars, music, which are opened in some areas until 6 a.m. There are some clubs that are completely closed off, where you cannot hear the sound, however, some bars are not noise proof, and we wanted you to be aware.

The condo is located in the heart of Vibrant Old Town / Zona Romantica. Puerto Vallarta is a bustling city with Old World Mexican charm, and the sights, sounds and flavors that come with that. With ease of access to the beach and the finest galleries, restaurants and nightspotIs. You are just steps away from all the excitement. The condo is located on a city bus route providing ease of access to downtown and the surrounding areas.

Constructions Notice

Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming such a popular hot spot that we are now experiencing a more than average increase in Construction Sites in the Romantic Zone. There are more then 14 new construction sites happening around the zone, as of 2017, for the next 2 years. The construction normally happens Monday to Saturday between working hours, but there is no guarantee. The construction will cause noise and dust. Since there are so many different new buildings, it is hard to get away from it during the day. We encourage our guests to visit the different beaches and different parts in and around Puerto Vallarta during the day. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department.






Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In case your rental is less than this or require additional services the cost will be $25.00 USD per day
  • Damage insurance: $ 35.00 USD - Damage insurance non refundable is now mandatory for all clients. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happens during your stay to a property of up to $500.00 US Dollars. For additional information please refer to our Vacation Service Reservation Policy and Agreement.

Condo was not cleaned for check in, we were allowed to drop our cases and go to pool. Cleaning staff were excellent as well as security at front door. The unit and building were amazing and would definitely stay again. Great experience.

Property Policy

This property has its own policies, please read carefull

1. No smoking and/or burning of candles are allowed inside the property, ALL cigarette butts should be placed in a respectable containers, NOT on the ground.
2. No overnight visitor(s) are permitted, unless they are listed on the rental agreement. Non listed, overnight guests will be charged $100/night/person, as clearly stated in the listing.
3. Guests are expected to leave the space in reasonable condition. Excessive messes and/or damages will be charged accordingly.
(a) Put all furnishings, kitchen supplies, etc. back in their rightful place upon your departure. (b) Use white towels as intended. There are dark towels provided for dirtier jobs.
(c) All trash bags should be tied, and placed in the trash shoots located by the elevator.
(d) Dishes should be placed in the dishwasher on clean cycle, or washed and dried , and put away.
(e) Any heavily soiled linens can be washed immediately in the provided washer and dryer located in the unit.
4. Respect our neighbors, as well as the other guests on the property.
(a) Abstain from any and all unreasonable noises and/or playing of loud music.
(b) Events and parties are not allowed. This property is located in residential neighborhood, and loud noise, especially outside, is discouraged, and strictly prohibited after 10pm. When coming/going at late hours of the night, please be mindful of noise to the neighbors and other guests when returning back to the property.
(c) Consumption of Illegal substances, excessive alcohol and/or activities are strictly prohibited.
5. Appliances should be used only for their intended purpose.
6. Pets are NOT allowed in or on this property.

-Housekeeping: Provided once per week, and at the end of your visit. service.
-Check out Policy: Please check out promptly by 11am the day of your departure, unless other arrangements have been made with host. The cleaning person arrives promptly at 11am.

**By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property.
Property owner/ host, co- host, property managers and/or groundskeepers have the right and responsibility to remind guest(s) of the above rules, should there be concerns or violations. In the event that any legal action becomes necessary against any guest(s), the party at fault will be responsible for all law suits and associated fees. We have the right to terminate any rental early, without refund, based on the regulations above, and in our rental listing.
