Please note that the condo is located in an area of Puerto Vallarta that is busy.? During the day, you will be hear buses going by, starting 6 a.m. until 11 p.m. , regular street noise, and during the evening, ?as you are located in an area of night clubs, you will hear noises from the bars, music, which are opened in some areas until 6 a.m. ?There are some clubs that are completely closed off, where you cannot hear the sound, however, some bars are not noise proof, and we wanted you to be aware.

The condo is located in the heart of Vibrant Old Town / Zona Romantica. Puerto Vallarta is a bustling city with Old World Mexican charm, and the sights, sounds and flavors that come with that. With ease of access to the beach and the finest galleries, restaurants and nightspotIs. You are just steps away from all the excitement. The condo is located on a city bus route providing ease of access to downtown and the surrounding areas.

Constructions Notice

Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming such a popular hot spot that we are now experiencing a more than average increase in Construction Sites in the Romantic Zone. There are more then 14 new construction sites happening around the zone, as of 2017, for the next 2 years. The construction normally happens Monday to Saturday between working hours, but there is no guarantee. The construction will cause noise and dust. Since there are so many different new buildings, it is hard to get away from it during the day. We encourage our guests to visit the different beaches and different parts in and around Puerto Vallarta during the day. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department.

ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS
Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 PM. will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 AM. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 PM.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In case your rental is less than this or require additional services the cost will be $25.00 USD per day
  • Damage insurance: $ 35.00 USD - Damage insurance non refundable is now mandatory for all clients. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happens during your stay to a property of up to $500.00 US Dollars. For additional information please refer to our Vacation Service Reservation Policy and Agreement.

Everything was really awesome. Only negative. Maid service at day 7 never occurred. So no cleaning over the 10 day booking.

We were very happy with PVRPV and its staff. We will recommend them to others and will use them ourselves if we again need a place to stay in PV.

We loved the condo in which we stayed and would highly recommend it. The building itself still has issues (the jacuzzi and one of the elevators were out of order all week; repairs to the flooring and interior waterfall were being made throughout our stay), but these were relatively minor issues.


Estamos muy contentos con PVRPV y su personal. Los recomendaremos a otros y los utilizaremos nosotros mismos si nuevamente necesitamos un lugar para permanecer en el PV. Nos encantó el condominio en el que nos alojamos y lo recomendaría altamente. El edificio en sí todavía tiene problemas (el jacuzzi y uno de los ascensores estuvieron fuera de servicio durante toda la semana; se realizaron reparaciones en el piso y en la cascada interior durante nuestra estadía), pero estos fueron problemas relativamente menores.

Absolutely PERFECT!
What an absolutely perfect vacation rental property!
Perfect location … prime unit in one of the newest and best properties in all of Vallerta.
Beautiful bay/sunset views from the LR and balcony. Very tastefully decorated with high end amenities, textiles, etc. and perfectly appointed with all imaginable comforts of home, including Google Home automation/voice command. Just say "Hey Google, …" and your wish is granted
Perfectly located steps from the best restaurants and night life and 3 blocks from the beach.
The owners really out did themselves to make this the perfect vacation get away and the local property manager's personal attention made check in and check out a breeze.
Highly recommend this property! Did I say it was PERFECT!
¡Absolutamente perfecto! ¡Qué propiedad de alquiler de vacaciones absolutamente perfecta! Ubicación perfecta: unidad principal en una de las propiedades más nuevas y mejores de toda Vallerta. Hermosas vistas de la bahía / puesta de sol desde el LR y balcón. Decoradas con muy buen gusto, con servicios de alta gama, textiles, etc. y perfectamente equipadas con todas las comodidades imaginables del hogar, incluido el comando de voz / domótica de Google. Simplemente diga "Oye, Google, " y tu deseo se concede a pasos de los mejores restaurantes y la vida nocturna, a 3 cuadras de la playa. Property Policy

This property has its own policies, please read carefull

POOL REGULATION ARTICLE FORTIETH. - In the use of the POOL, the following provisions must be observed, which may be modified by the Administration if necessary: 1. Do not play or run inside the area. ? 7. Respect and take care of the area and times. ? 8. Access to the children's gym area is not allowed. ? 9. Each one will be responsible for accidents or injuries due to the misuse of the equipment and economic consequences because of them. 10. To be able to use the gym, it is your responsibility to know and verify your health status, which will indicate if you are fit to practice it. 11. Inside security cameras

When cameras move inside, things get a little more complicated. Again, cameras are only allowed in areas where one does not have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Thus, store security cameras used to prevent shoplifting are generally okay. But, what happens when the camera is situated someplace where one expects privacy but that is also an ideal location for one to conceal store merchandise?

Similarly, other areas like rented rooms, hotel rooms, and locker rooms are generally off limits for security cameras. Again, the expectation in these places are for complete privacy, and one should feel comfortable undressing in these locations without having to worry about someone watching or broadcasting the footage.
