PVRPV Puerto Vallarta Vacations presents this wonderful condo located in the preferred Loma Del Mar condominium complex, just steps to everything including the exquisite Los Muertos Beach, Zona Romantica - Old Town and the famous Malecon. All the charm and energy of sidewalk bars and cafes, restaurants, boutiques, art galleries and nightlife are around the corner yet the community stays still relaxing and quite.

This recently remodeled vacation property has been designed with warmth while remaining inviting and cozy. This two bedroom - small loft – one bathroom unit features modern kitchen fully accessorized with all the essential appliances such as cook top, oven, microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils and tableware, needed to prepare any kind of meal. The living room offers comfortable sofa which can convert into a sofa-bed where one person could sleep in the unit, flat screen TV with cable service, ceiling fans, Ipod docking station, DVD player and access to a small furnished balcony with garden and pool view where you can enjoy a delicious cocktail, a good book or use your electronic devices. The dining room seats up to 4 people.

The Master Bedroom includes Queen size bed, spacious closet to store your belongings, air conditioning, small flat screen with cable service, dressing table with mirror, window, linens and towels. The Guests Bedroom includes 2 single beds which convert into a King size bed if desired, closet, ceiling fan, small flat screen with cable TV, window, linens and towels. Each bedroom has an ipod docking clock radio There is a small loft located above the kitchen area, telephone, wireless internet, washer, dryer and a safe in each bedroom closet are also included in this rental property.

The condominium has an excellent full-sized pool to enjoy a quick swim. Lush tropical gardens, onsite administration and security are available in the complex.

You will no doubt have a phenomenal time in this vacation home ideal either for a family or friends. This condo is awaiting for you here in Paraside Puerto Vallarta.

Constructions Notice

Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming such a popular hot spot that we are now experiencing a more than average increase in Construction Sites in the Romantic Zone. There are more then 14 new construction sites happening around the zone, as of 2017, for the next 2 years. The construction normally happens Monday to Saturday between working hours, but there is no guarantee. The construction will cause noise and dust. Since there are so many different new buildings, it is hard to get away from it during the day. We encourage our guests to visit the different beaches and different parts in and around Puerto Vallarta during the day. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department.



ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS
Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 PM. will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 AM. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 PM.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In case your rental is less than this or require additional services the cost will be $25.00 USD per day
  • Damage Deposit: $ 35.00 — Damage deposit is now mandatory for all clients. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happens during your stay to a property of up to $500.00 US Dollars. For additional information please refer to our Vacation Service Reservation Policy and Agreement.

It\'s a very clean, nice place. Close to the beach and in the center of the Romantic Zone of Vallarta. Due to the heat and humidity of Vallarta, I expected A/C in all the apartment. At our arrival, I was told that only the 2 bedrooms had air conditioning. However, it did not work for 1 of the 2 bedrooms. It was working by the last night of our stay. Besides that inconvenience, everything else was good.

We had a noon checkout and the maid arrived at 10:30 to begin the turnover, doing laundry etc. I felt it was a bit awkward for her as well as us because we had to work around each other. No complaint with her, she was very nice but we felt she could have been scheduled to come in later. We have used you guys twice before and will use you again, we were very pleased with everything, you deliver as promised and that means a lot, a Big Thank You!!

Water in shower was very hard to turn on and off. Not enough hot water for two showers. Water pressure was low in shower but high in bathroom sink.

I find it easy to use the website and your people are friendly and provide good service. This unit needs air conditioning throughout. I could not use the website to pay with my credit card because the prompt said, \"site only supports internet explorer\". Those are pretty minor and simple to fix issues. Your staff is always a pleasure to deal with. Professional, courteous and polite.

The property, Loma Del Mar is a little older but a nice location. The unit - Casa De Ricardo was very nicely appointed. Couch was very comfortable, and amenities were nice. The free refill and service of delivery of the bottled water was a nice touch! The internet worked well and was much better strength than other properties I have used.

To improve, I would say the air conditioning is not adequate for the size of the unit. A portable unit for the main living area or another unit somehow installed in that room would be necessary for me to stay in the unit again.

The second item would be a comfortable bed. It was impossibly hard. I actually spent the entire vacation sleeping on the couch.

Lastly, the size of the hot water tank is too small. For showers, it runs cold before even the first person finishes. If more than one person stays here, they would indeed be arguing over who goes first!

But all considered a great vacation as usual from PVRPV !

Condominium Loma del Mar INTERIOR RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. - VISITORS: Owners are responsible for making sure that their visitors register with the office. (Art. 15) 1.- VISITANTES: Los dueños son responsables de asegurarse de que sus visitantes se registren en la oficina de administración. 2.- CALM AND ORDERLY MANNER: Loma del Mar is a PRIVATE RESIDENCE AND NOT a Vacation Club. (Art. 1) 2. - Los condóminos, familiares y visitantes usaran y dispondrán de sus unidades en forma ordenada y tranquila. Loma del Mar es residencial y no Es un club vacacional. 3. - PUBLIC DECENCY OR MORALS: in all areas these precepts should be respected by all. Mexican Law severely punishes drug use. (Art. 2) 3.- Se mantendrá buena conducta en todas las áreas para que no contradiga las normas de moral y decencia que deberán ser respetadas Por todos en México ¡el uso de drogas es un delito!) 4. - PARKING SPACE: Each unit has its assigned space, except the following studios A-2 & 10, B-1 & 10, C-1 & 11, D-2 & 11, and E-1. With supervision from Administration, please park in the space assigned to you. Illegally parked vehicles will be towed. “ADMIINISTRATION OR THE CONDOMINIO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE OR ROBBERY OF YOUR CAR (Art. 12) 4.- Cada condómino TIENE SU PROPIO ESTACIONAMIENTO (excepto los estudios que son A-2 y 10, B-1 y 10, C-1 y 11, D-2 y 11 y E-1.
