This home is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a modern kitchen and the bathrooms are fully accessorized with all the essentials.

This wonderful Puerto Vallarta vacation condo home is located in the preferred Sail View 803 building , just steps to everything including Los Muertos Beach, Old Town, Bay of Banderas and the famous Malecon. This vacation home has been designed with elegance while remaining quite warm and inviting. There are bar stools at the kitchen counter where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The condo also includes a dining table with four chairs, ceiling fans, cable TV and stereo in the living room, wireless internet, local phone line, air conditioning and weekly maid service.

This Puerto Vallarta Condo Rental includes a fully equipped kitchen with cook top, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dish washer and stacked washer & dryer.

The Main Bedroom features a king size bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and closet.

The Guest Bedroom features a queen size bed, air conditioning, TV, closet and attached bathroom

The homeowner has spared nothing to ensure your comfort and peace of mind during your spectacular vacation in Puerto Vallarta. This condo community has an excellent full-sized pool to enjoy a quick swim and a margarita with friends while admiring the breathtaking mountain view, it also boasts a cozy hammock area, fire-ring area and a jacuzzi. The bar area in the Roftoop will open formally Nov 23th with a service of drinks and snacks, with a schedule from 12 pm to 7 pm from Tuesday to Sunday.

The gym is located at the 3rd floor which is full equipped.

Please note Old Town/Zona Romantica is a relatively busy area within the city of Puerto Vallarta. You are in close proximity to city bus routes that offer daily service from 6 a.m. until 11 p.m., which provide easy access to downtown destinations and the surrounding areas. You are also in easy walking distance to a vibrant entertainment district in the evenings you may hear music from nearby bars and clubs, and the sounds of people enjoying these late night/early morning venues.

Puerto Vallarta is a safe, moderately large, bustling city with plenty of old world Mexican charm, with all the sights, sounds and flavors that come with that. Enjoy daily walks along the Malecon (boardwalk), visit the beach, fine galleries, amazing restaurants, outstanding stage shows and nightspots. You are just steps away from all the excitement.

Construction Notice

Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming a popular vacation hot spot and is currently experiencing rapid growth. As of late 2018 there has been a noticeable increase in construction areas within the Romantic Zone. Construction usually occurs Monday to Saturday during working hours, and may cause some noise and dust. Since there are numerous new construction sites, it is sometime difficult to get away from the additional activity during the day. We encourage our guests to take advantage of the various beaches and the other parts of Puerto Vallarta and surrounding areas. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department.


CHECK IN and CHECK OUTS

CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.

Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD (tax included) or equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment, which must be paid in cash, and collected by concierge.

Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone (same as Mexico City, GMT-6).

You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $25.00 *USD (tax included). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.
  • Damage insurance: Every client that makes a booking, is now required to pay an additional $35.00 *USD (tax included) which is for a non-refundable damage insurance. The $35.00 non-refundable damage insurance covers damages up to $500.00 *USD. For additional information please refer to our BOOKING CONFIRMATION POLICY.
    *USD or equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the pesos on the date of your payment.

Edgar was very helpful in assisting me in finding a place on short notice. As always I have found your company to be reliable and would always use you again in the future. We had a few small problems upon check in and they were dealt with promptly. I did have a question that still has not been answered. I do not understand why PVRPV does not code their credit card charges as lodging. Most Americans travel on credit card points. In this case of an expensive condo rental I am getting only one matching point instead of three. Chase Bank tells me it it because your company does not code it correctly. I wish you could resolve this.

I also have some feedback on the unit we stayed in. It was very nice, super well equipped (maybe the best ever). My only complaint about 105 Sailview is that the elevators are very slow, the building is hard to navigate (stairs and elevators) and most of all there is NO SHADE on the roof top. I suggest they install a fabric Sail over part of the pool to provide some relief from the sun. I heard this same complaint from many others. All in all it was a great stay and as usual PVRPV was wonderful to deal with.

Tuvimos algunos pequeños problemas al hacer el check in y los solucionaron con prontitud. Tenía una pregunta que aún no ha sido respondida. No entiendo por qué PVRPV no codifica los cargos de su tarjeta de crédito como alojamiento. La mayoría de los estadounidenses viajan con tarjetas de crédito. En este caso de alquiler de condominio costoso, obtengo solo un punto coincidente en lugar de tres. Chase Bank me lo dice porque su empresa no lo codifica correctamente. Ojalá pudieras resolver esto.

También tengo algunos comentarios sobre la unidad en la que nos alojamos. Era muy agradable, super bien equipada (quizás la mejor de todas). Mi única queja sobre 105 Sailview es que los ascensores son muy lentos, el edificio es difícil de navegar (escaleras y ascensores) y, sobre todo, NO HAY SOMBRA en la azotea. Sugiero que instalen una vela de tela sobre parte de la piscina para aliviar un poco del sol. Escuché esta misma queja de muchos otros. En general, fue una estancia estupenda y, como de costumbre, fue maravilloso tratar con PVRPV.

Property Policy

This property has its own policies, please read carefull

GENERAL CONDOMINIUM RULES

MINIMUM RENTAL AGE:
Renters must be at least 21 years of age.

PETS:
Renters cannot bring or allow Pets onto the premises.

GUESTS:
Additional guests must be pre-authorized by Owner/Owner�s Representative and are limited to 2 Guests per Private Unit at any time. Renters are not permitted to have overnight Guests.
Guests MUST be accompanied by a renter at all times in the common areas.
Drunk or disorderly renters/guest may be denied access and/or removed from the premises and will be denied access to all Common Areas.
It is forbidden to store, market, or in any way distribute narcotics, and / or any prohibited substance or use any narcotics restricted by the laws and regulations existing in the United Mexican States. (This includes Marijuana).

SMOKING & VAPING:
NO smoking or vaping in private units unless
approved by the owner.
Smokers will cease smoking on private balco- nies and terraces if requested by another resident.
Smoking or vaping is restricted in Common Areas to those areas marked as designated smoking areas.

FLAMMABLE MATERIALS:
It is forbidden to store inside Condominiums flammable or dangerous materials that may represent a risk to the security of the Condominium.

MUSIC LEVELS:
No high-volume sound devices that disturbs others. Headphones are required in all Common Areas.

PATIOS:
It is prohibited to use the terraces or balconies and the railings to dry clothes, towels, sheets, swimsuits or any other type of garment or material.
Do not clean or wash the Private Patios/Terra- ces without taking the necessary precautions to stop runoff of liquids including watering of plants and the use of liquids that may damage the fa�ade of the Condominium or other Units.
No grills, cascading lights, Christmas lights, LED�s, Etc. outside of Private Units.

HALLWAYS:
Do not place objects outside of the Condomi- nium that invade Common Property or use Common Property for exclusive use.

GARBAGE:
Garbage receptacles are available on all levels and in stairwells.
It is strictly forbidden to throw any type of fluid or material from Balconies, Terraces or Rooftop. Do not throw garbage outside of your Unit or let it accumulate inside.
The daily schedule for picking up the garbage is from 8 a.m. at 9 a.m., from 5 p.m. At 6 pm. and from 10 p.m. at 11 pm.

PARKING:
It is permitted to park in the Parking Garage in an Owner�s designated parking space with pre-authorization from Owner to Administration. No parking is allowed in front of the main entrance to the building or in Visitor Parking.

COMMON AREA RULES

POOL:
No more than 2 guests are allowed per Condominium at any time.
Minors MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times in and around the pool area.
Persons who wear diapers or are not toilet trained are forbidden to use the pool.
Persons who suffer infections on the skin, eyes, ears, or any other contagious disease, or with severe burns, cuts, open wounds, patches or any type of bandages cannot use the pool.
Swimwear is mandatory.
Users must shower before entering the pool.
The consumption of intoxicating beverages will be under the responsibility of the Condominium owners that ingest them, the consumption of them should be in moderation, always respecting the rights of third parties, always acting in accordance with morality and good customs.
Sound devices are prohibited. Only headphones are permitted.
It is forbidden to remove the sundecks, cabanas and rest chairs located around the Pool to other areas of the rooftop.
Glass objects in and around the pool are not permitted.

FOR SAFETY, HEALTH AND AESTHETIC REASONS THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS ARE PROHIBITED:

Violent games.
Running around the pool.
Diving is not permitted.
Enter with t-shirts, pants or clothing not suitable for the use of the pool.
Introduce pets to the pool or pool area.
Put furniture in the pool.
Smoking is not permitted in the Pool area.
Enter the pool while intoxicated.
Play or abuse the furniture in this area.
Throw garbage, stones, dirt or materials that damage the operation of filtering equipment.
Introduce inflatable objects to the pool that adversely affect the enjoyment of the pool by others.

JACUZZI:
The maximum capacity for this area is five persons.
Must be at least 18 years of age to use Jacuzzi. Children are not permitted in or around the Jacuzzi.
It is for the exclusive use of Owners and Renters ONLY allowing that Renters concede to Owners for use. No guests are permitted.
May be used for a maximum of 30 minutes.
Users must take a shower before entering.
Glass objects in or around the jacuzzi are not permit- ted.
It is forbidden to enter with jewelry or metal objects.
The Jacuzzi or site cannot be used to shave, wax or manicure of any kind.
Swimwear is mandatory.
The same Safety, Health & Aesthetic Rules as the pool will apply.

FIREPIT & LOUNGE AREA:
No loud music which shall cause inconvenience to other occupants and third parties who are making use of the area will be allowed.

GYM:
Must be 15 years of age or older to access the gym.
It is for the exclusive use of Owners and Renters ONLY.
No smoking, food or open containers are permit- ted.
Only headphones can be used in the gym.
Only sports clothes and shoes (tennis shoes, socks, pants or shorts) are allowed.
No alcoholic beverages, drugs or controlled-use medications.
No team sports or making excessive noise.
No Transferring weights or equipment from the gym outside of the designated area.
Users should use a towel to prevent sweating on the equipment and be responsible for cleaning equipment after use.
Exercise equipment must be returned to its assigned place.
Renters should report to the Administration any equipment that is not working, has loose cables/ screws, etc.

BUILDING HOURS

FRONT DESK/CONCIERGE:
Front desk has a Concierge 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Notify Owner/Concierge immediately incase of a lost Building Access Keycard.

SECURITY:
Security is available 24 hours a day in the
building.
In case of an after-hours emergency, please notify the Concierge in the Main Lobby entrance on the 5th floor.

Monday thru Sunday: 8:00am � 10:00pm

Inside security cameras

When cameras move inside, things get a little more complicated. Again, cameras are only allowed in areas where one does not have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Thus, store security cameras used to prevent shoplifting are generally okay. But, what happens when the camera is situated someplace where one expects privacy but that is also an ideal location for one to conceal store merchandise?

Similarly, other areas like rented rooms, hotel rooms, and locker rooms are generally off limits for security cameras. Again, the expectation in these places are for complete privacy, and one should feel comfortable undressing in these locations without having to worry about someone watching or broadcasting the footage.

Building or Complex specific regulations for COVID19

Due to unforeseen circumstances, when or if deemed necessary to maintain healthy and safety protocols for COVID19, the building administration may introduce new guidelines for renters or common areas within the complex. Although PVRPV and team will make every effort to advise our guests of changes, we may not always be made aware of last minute changes or government guideline changes for a specific building. We cannot be liable or held responsible for these changes.

Cleaning & Maintenance

New sanitization processes and protocols have been implemented in an effort to combat COVID19. Our supplies and cleaning products are industry standards and do not pose any environmental concerns for the occupants of the unit or space.

In an effort, to maintain safe social distances for you and our team members, we will ask you to vacate your rental unit while they perform their cleaning duties. Should a major maintenance issue arise that will require our maintenance team to be in your space for a lengthy period of time, you maybe asked to leave while they complete their task. Please keep in mind, we will always do our best to accommodate a specific time or date you wish to have your rental unit cleaned, but may not be able to guarantee it. Our customer service team is here to help you facilitate any special requests you may have for cleaning or maintenance scheduling.

Cancellation Policy

At this time we do not have a specific COVID19 cancellation policy for future reservations. Our Booking Confirmation Policy would apply to all future bookings. For more details: Click here.

Puerto Vallarta is receiving guests. Some countries may offer travel advisories regarding future travel but no travel ban has been implemented. Should government changes be introduced, a policy will be implemented for those guests impacted by changes.

Date Change - Rescheduling Fees Waived

Should you make a future booking or have a future booking and at the time you are schedule to travel you are unable to travel due to COVID19 we will work with guests and property owners to allow a date changes. Currently all reservation / booking date change fees are being waived for guests with travel impacted by COVID19. ALL date changes are subject to availability and per night rate increases. The number of nights of the original booking will be the number of nights granted for a date change, additional nights will be subject to the nightly rate.

COVID19 Testing & Traveling

Canadian Government & the United States CDC require proof of testing prior to boarding an aircraft destined for Canada or the USA. Rest assured, there are many clinics and possibilities for testing.
