This beachfront condominium is on the "A" side of the building and on the fifth level where all the condos are facing the ocean with fabulous views of Banderas Bay, looking south all the way down the coast to the famous Los Arcos and north all the way to Punta de Mita, along with all of the necessary amenities.

One Beach Street Vallarta 500A is a charming vacation rental property that offers all of the comforts of home; a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster and microwave, along with cookware, utensils and table settings, and twice a week maid service.

Add to that air conditioning, cable TV, wireless Internet access in common areas and a safe inside the rental unit - and you have everything you need for a fun-filled vacation in beautiful Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Formerly known as Playa del Sol and Blue Seas Resort, the One Beach Street Vallarta condominium complex features a large heated pool, a luxury beach club with a restaurant, a fully-equipped gym, and 24 hr security.

The condo's private terrace is a great place to relax and enjoy the sunset, people watching, and ocean views, or you can take a short walk to all of bars, restaurants, art galleries, cafes, shopping and nightlife that the south side of Vallarta has to offer.

Constructions Notice

Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming such a popular hot spot that we are now experiencing a more than average increase in Construction Sites in the Romantic Zone. There are more then 14 new construction sites happening around the zone, as of 2017, for the next 2 years. The construction normally happens Monday to Saturday between working hours, but there is no guarantee. The construction will cause noise and dust. Since there are so many different new buildings, it is hard to get away from it during the day. We encourage our guests to visit the different beaches and different parts in and around Puerto Vallarta during the day. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department.



ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS
Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 PM. will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 AM. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 PM.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In case your rental is less than this or require additional services the cost will be $25.00 USD per day
  • Damage Deposit: $ 35.00 — Damage deposit is now mandatory for all clients. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happens during your stay to a property of up to $500.00 US Dollars. For additional information please refer to our Vacation Service Reservation Policy and Agreement.

The unit and location were great, just about perfect. The office location a bit weird and going through a he gritty garage to cheek in. The PVRPV required arrival info only allowed for plane arrival and since I was already there not a way to input that. I was in contact with Angel but it ended up no one meet which was no big deal, I checked myself in through the office. The only reason I would not stay here again is the wifi was rediculous. You had to be in the bathroom or courtyard to use it. In this age. Not acceptable. Thanks for the service, but would definitely strongly push for decent wifi.

It would be nice if there were a few key staple items in the condo. Coffee filters, sugar, water, shampoo, soap. When you rent a hotel room you at least get these items. Just an idea.

Loved the place and had a wonderful vacation. Will definately stay at the same property again. The only issues we had were that there was no salt and pepper to cook with (no big deal), there where no coffee filters (we bought paper towels to use), and no towles to do dishes with. On the fifth day of our stay the maid cleaned the unit, left us coffee filters and towels for the dishes. We also were unable to use the safe because there was a lock in it but there was no key to be found.

Overall, my partner and I loved the trip and the property. it\'s directly accross from the gay beach and the views were stunning. The property was n t he Four Seasons, but we didn\'t expect it to be, nor did we want it to be.

Generaly, we were both pleased with the staff and the unit as a whole. We will be back again in spite of the few hiccups we encountered.

The unit is badly in need of a soft goods update. The bed was OK, but the kitchen and living area are old and tired looking. The top of the fridge and the front of the oven are both stained with rust. The cook top is so old that you cannot see the settings on the burner dials. The only AC unit (in the bedroom) was extremely loud and leaked rusty water into the room. Two of my cotton shirts are ruined. The towels were terrible, thin and some had spots where the fabric was almost worn through. We had no maid service at all. And the TV was hooked up to a ..... wait for it .....VCR!!!!!!!! I doubt the owner has even been inside the unit in the last 5 years! The ceiling fan in the living room burned out on the 2nd day and had to be replaced. I asked to be transferred to a different unit at the desk but had no luck.

I booked through an acquaintance, rather than directly through PVRPV. I was trying to help a friend yet remain loyal to PVRPV, which has been the sole source of my vacation rentals, for about 5 years. My flight was late (I hate United Airlines) and therefore my Trvl Agt friend Christina provided my ground transportation, but informed me the PVRPV concierge was not going to meet us at the property as I was arrivng about 2hrs late. The desk agt didn\'t seem to have a record of my resv and put me in a unit (a lovely one) I had not rented. I got a call from the desk that evening telling me I had to pack back up and move. This could have been avoided had the concierge met me at the property.

Honestly, I have come to expect more from PVRPV and constantly recommend the company. I understand that \"things\" sometimes happen and it\'s just sort of a Murphy\'s Law kind of thing. But not having the concierge available, and the unit being in a substandard condition (the location is fabulous - but not worth the price) were things well within the control of the owner and your company.

I plan on returning for 2 or 3 weeks in the low season month of July. I certainly hope the controllable \"moving parts\" of my reservation don\'t suffer again. I brought a dear friend with me, promising him the best vacation ever....he fell in love with PV, but certainly not with unit 500A.

I strongly urge you to remove this unit from your inventory until the owner makes basic improvements. I still intend to book through PVRPV for my July trip, and hope that perhaps a slight discount (free transfers upon arrival and departure?) could be made. I certainly understand I cannot ask an owner of a different property to reduce their rate in compensation for problems encountered elsewhere.

Peace (and Merry Christmas!)...........PV is still paradise to me. I look forward to my next vacation.....I would like to come back to Casa Arbol Limon, where I had my first experience with PVRPV and LOVED absolutely everything about the stay.......... Jay

The maid service wasn\'t explained in detail to me. She only came in once during the whole week and there wasn\'t any dish washing soap to do the dishes in the unit.

Unit 500A was in good repair but furniture and TV were very dated. Washing machine did not work.

One Beach Street is in a very good location and provides good value.

Overnight staff at One Beach Street was very helpful to provide first aid assistance following a fall on the street outside the property. It is obvious that the staff had received first aid training.
