Step out onto the terrace from the living room or master bedroom, which contains an outdoor table that seats 6. It s a great place to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean while enjoying that morning cup of coffee or sipping on a margarita as the sun sets.

This bright three bedroom/three bath condo is furnished for comfort with a Smart flat screen TV in the living room. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, air conditioner and invites you to step out to ocean front terrace. The second guest bedroom features a king size bed, air-condtioner and private bathroom. The third guest bedroom features two twin beds air-conditioner and spacious closet. Both rooms enjoy city and mountain views.

There are windows galore in this charming, traditional Mexican Styled condo, providing great views from almost anywhere within Casa de Trio. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and beautiful Mexican inspired plates and glassware. With an island dining area in the kitchen and a leather equipale dining set off the living room, Casa de Trio is the perfect set up for when you would rather eat in and not dine out at one of the many restaurants within walking distance from your front door. Ceiling fans and air conditioners will keep you comfortable.

Our beautiful beach-side swimming pool and pool area is flanked by two restaurants for pool side dining. Of course, you can stroll down the beach to any one of the many beach restaurants. The gate from the pool leads directly out to the private beach with palapas and the Bay of Banderas. Beach chairs and towels are available from the unit. The property is gated and there is always a staff person at the front desk to greet you. This is a very secure building.

The cobble stoned streets offer great shopping nearby. A grocery store and pharmacy are within a block. No need to rent a car. You will love the people and the excitement of what is known as the Romantic Zone. It s Old Town in Vallarta.

Please note that the condo is located in an area of Puerto Vallarta that is busy. During the day, you will be hear buses going by, starting 6 a.m until 11 p.m. , regular street noise, and during the evening, as you are located in an area of night clubs, you will hear noises from the bars, music, which are opened in some areas until 6 a.m. There are some clubs that are completely closed off, where you cannot hear the sound, however, some bars are not noise proof, and we wanted you to be aware.

The condo is located in the heart of Vibrant Old Town / Zona Romantica. Puerto Vallarta is a bustling city with Old World Mexican charm, and the sights, sounds and flavors that come with that. With ease of access to the beach and the finest galleries, restaurants and nightspotIs. You are just steps away from all the excitement. The condo is located on a city bus route providing ease of access to downtown and the surrounding areas.

Constructions Notice

Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming such a popular hot spot that we are now experiencing a more than average increase in Construction Sites in the Romantic Zone. There are more then 14 new construction sites happening around the zone, as of 2017, for the next 2 years. The construction normally happens Monday to Saturday between working hours, but there is no guarantee. The construction will cause noise and dust. Since there are so many different new buildings, it is hard to get away from it during the day. We encourage our guests to visit the different beaches and different parts in and around Puerto Vallarta during the day. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department.


ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS
Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 PM. will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 AM. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 PM.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In case your rental is less than this or require additional services the cost will be $25.00 USD per day
  • Damage insurance: $ 35.00 USD - Damage insurance non refundable is now mandatory for all clients. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happens during your stay to a property of up to $500.00 US Dollars. For additional information please refer to our Vacation Service Reservation Policy and Agreement.

The window blind fell on December 23rd and was reported to PVRPV on that same day, we are leaving today on the 28th. And the blind is still on opperating, this bedroom has an extremely bright street light outside and makes it impossible to sleep without a functioning blind. The owner should install lined drapes in this room to block the street noise and light. We did not have maid service the entire week and were paying premium prices, this should have been coordinated properly for Christmas .

Property Policy

This property has its own policies, please read carefull

Adults to rent must be 25 years of age or older.

BUILDING RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. The Condominios is a residence, not a hotel. You will not find bellhops, concierge, or a secretarial service here!
So please do not expect that from the staff who work here.
What you will find here are many of the amenities of home, cared for by knowledgeable, friendly people, whose primary job is to tend to the security and upkeep of the physical place.
2. So please respect this rule, all guests must understand that no visitors are allowed after 10:00 pm. Many of us come here to rest from the rigors of the world and some of us even like to take naps. Please respect a low noise policy during the day. No loud music or other noises are allowed after 8:30 pm. If you must party loudly, please take it elsewhere. And be carefull with the doors, they tend to slam. We want you to have a good time, but not at the expense of our peace and tranquility.
3. Do not hang towells or other items over the railings. We think you will agree we have a beautiful building and we like it that way.
4. Rules for the pool: a. The pool is closed at 10:00 pm nightly. The gate to the beach must be closed at all times for our security. It is locked at 10:00 pm nightly. b. Wash sand of your feet at the shower by the gate entrance before entering the building or taking a swim. It is very difficult to clean sand from the bottom of the pool. c. Towell yourself dry before entering the building, especially the elevator. None of us want to split and slide on water fro your wet bathing suit. d. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult. e. Plastics are to be used at poolside. f. Personal flotation devices for water safety are advised, especially for young children. Large floats or boogie boards which make it difficult for others to swim around you are not allowed. g. Suntan lotion stains the pool furniture. Please lay down beach towell before you sit down. h. Pool furniture is to remain at pool side. It may not be moved to the beach or to your condominium or into the pool. i. Furniture is for your enjoyment on a first come first served basis. Advanced ticket sales or reserved seating is not available.
5. Tipping of made is recommended and should be given dirrectly to the maid. 6. Laundry Service is not provided for beach towels, this is the responsibility of the individual owner or guest. 7. Warning! Floor tiles is very slippery when wet! Please use extreme caution both within the building and around the pool.
