CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.

Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $500.00 MXN tax included which must be paid in cash, and collected by concierge..

This property has its own policies, please read carefull

As a guest, you will be provided at the moment of your arrival a bracelet that you must wear the entire stay. Please be aware that in case of loss, the replacement charge will be $250 pesos per bracelet.

The CONDOMINIUMS and VISITORS in the COMMON AREAS OF COMMON USE, must maintain at all times a socially appropriate behavior, behaving with probity and respect to others, always keeping as previously expressed a behavior according to the rules of morality and the good customs, these will be at all times responsible for the loss of objects and values of their property that neglect or neglect leave within the COMMON AREAS

Only those CONDOMINIUMS that are up to date with their ordinary, extraordinary or reserve fees that must be covered for the maintenance of the CONDOMINIUM may use the COMMON AREAS OF COMMON USE.

A) LOBBY. C) SPORT BAR, TERRACE AND DOGGIE PARK:
SPORT BAR AND TERRACE: The condo has a sport bar area, which can be licensed or subletted to a professional for its operation properly equipped, with armchairs and televisions, for the use and enjoyment of the inhabitants of the development, which could be used by condominium owners and their visits, which may not exceed five persons per condominium owner, who must be present at all times, while using the common area. This area may not be set aside for exclusive use events, and may be used from Monday to Friday and Sundays until 11:00 pm and Saturdays, with an additional hour being extended until 12:00am.
The consumption of intoxicating beverages will be under the responsibility of the CONDOMINIUMS that ingest them, the consumption of them should be in moderation,always respecting the rights of third parties, always acting in accordance with morals and good customs. D ) POOL AREA, AREA OF FOGATA, BAR AND JACUZZI: The CONDOMINIUM has a pool area, bar and jacuzzi, areas properly equipped for the use and enjoyment by the condominium owners. Its use is allowed from 8:00 am until 10:00 pm, and the following regulations must be followed:
* POOL: The use of the pool will be under the own risk of the CONDOMINIUMS, and VISITS of these which will not be able to exceed of 5 visits by private unit, will not be counted on guardavidas on the part of the CONDOMINIUM having to take the corresponding security measures for the use of it.
* For the enjoyment of the pool CONDOMINIUMS AND VISITORS should wear the right clothes, such as swimsuits, only babies can be brought into the pool with diapers intended for such use that resist water. Users should take a shower before entering it, this in order to remove waste oils or creams that can contaminate the water.
* The consumption of intoxicating beverages will be under the responsibility of the CONDOMINIUMS that ingest them, the consumption of them should be in moderation, always respecting the rights of third parties, always acting in accordance with morality and good customs.
* In the pool area sound devices are prohibited, you can only listen to music on a personal basis with the use of headphones.
* It is forbidden to separate the sundecks, caves and rest chairs located around the Pool to people who are not physically in the wet areas and near the Pool.
* They can not make use of the pool, people who suffer infections on the skin, in the eyes, ears, or any other contagious disease, or with severe burns, cuts, open wounds, patches or any type of bandages.
FOR SAFETY, HEALTH AND AESTHETIC REASONS THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS ARE PROHIBITED:
Violent games
1 Run around the pool
2 Diving is not permitted.
3 Enter with t-shirts, pants or clothing not suitable for the use of the pool.
4 Introduce pets to the pool.
5 Put furniture in the pool.
6 Insert objects or glass containers.
7 Enter the pool while intoxicated.
8 Play or abuse the furniture in this area.
9 Throw garbage, stones, dirt or materials that damage the operation of filtering equipment.
10 Introduce inflatable objects to the pool that, due to their size, exceed the height of an adult person.
11 Perform acts that attempt against morality and good customs.
* JACUZZI: The condominium has a jacuzzi area, which can be used from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. It is forbidden to enter it with jewelry or metal objects, this site can not be used to shave, wax or manicure of any kind, while the use of swimsuit is mandatory.
The maximum capacity for this area will be five people, it will be the exclusive use of owners and successors, being prohibited access to children, who may use it for a maximum of 30 minutes and must take a shower before entering it. It shall be the responsibility of each CONDOMINIUS to respect the regulations in force and not to cause inconvenience to other CONDOMINIUM occupants of the CONDOMINIUM. As far as prohibitions are concerned, the stipulated guidelines for the pool area will be followed.
BAR, FOGATAS AREA, CAVANAS AND CAMASTROS: Exceptionally this furniture, bar area and bonfire, may be used until 12:00 pm, moderating the volume of the music, which should not cause inconvenience to other occupants and third parties who are making use of the area.
E) ROOF-TOP AND OPEN TERRACE: The condominium has an open bar and terrace area, duly equipped for its use and enjoyment by the condominium owners, an area that may be used by the condominium owners and their visitors. The maximum number of visits per private unit will be 5 people plus the condominium owner, who at all times must be with their visit while they are in the common area.

Inside security cameras
