PRVPV Proudly presents Casa Metta in the luxurious SAYAN INDAH! Perfectly located on prestigious Calle Santa Barbara on the sandy, serene shores of Amapas Beach in the Romantic Zone and adjacent to the popular complexes of SAYAN BEACH and SAYAN TROPICAL, INDAH is certain to become the next SAYAN address of choice in all of Vallarta. This new, modern complex has two large infinity pools and two large hot tubs, one set on the third floor and one set on the roof with stunning full views of the Pacific. Each pool area also has a full restaurant and bar with excellent, reasonably priced food. The large gym has a broad selection of equipment, weights, and cardio.

Casa Metta is approximately 2600 sq. ft. and has4 bedrooms and3 full bathrooms, that will leave you breathless with aspectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. The condo has a large balcony that has a table and chairs and an outdoor couch.

The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances that includes a gas stove top, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, blender, toaster andcoffee maker, granite counter tops with two barchairs. The separate laundry room has a full capacity washer/dryer.

The dining area has a gorgeous dining table, which easily seats 8 people.

The living room offers a 65inches Smart TV with Apple TV and Satellite TV Streaming channels. All TVs can also stream your popular subscription services, like Netflix. The living room has comfortable chairs and full sectional.

The Master bedroom offers a king size bed, 55 inches Smart TV and Satellite TV and spacious walk-in closet with huge shower and double sinks. There is also for a private reading sofa.

The second bedroom offers a king size bed, 55 inchesSmart TV and walk-in closet with private bathroom, large shower and double sinks.

The third bedroom offers a king size bed, 55 inches Smart TV and walk-in closet. This room shares a bathroom, large shower and sink with the main hall and queen room.

The fourth bedroom offers a queen size bed and closet.

CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.

Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD (tax included) or equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment, which must be paid in cash, and collected by concierge.

Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone (same as Mexico City, GMT-6).

You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $25.00 *USD (tax included). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.
  • Damage insurance: Every client that makes a booking, is now required to pay an additional $35.00 *USD (tax included) which is for a non-refundable damage insurance. The $35.00 non-refundable damage insurance covers damages up to $500.00 *USD. For additional information please refer to our BOOKING CONFIRMATION POLICY.

Several issues with the unit! The 3rd floor pool was directly over our unit, and we were kept awake at night with the sound of the pumps and motors, Also water damage due to the pool on the terrace. The master en-suite bathroom toilet seats didn’t work correctly, the safes were not t mounted making them useless, We had no idea when the maid showed up, she just showed up, never given any advance warning.

La piscina del tercer piso estaba directamente sobre nuestra unidad, y nos mantuvieron despiertos por la noche con el sonido de las bombas y los motores, y también el daño del agua debido a la piscina en la terraza. Los asientos del inodoro del baño principal no funcionaban correctamente, las cajas fuertes no estaban montadas, lo que las hacía inútiles. No teníamos ni idea de cuándo apareció la criada, ella solo apareció, nunca dio ninguna advertencia por adelantado.

Property Policy

No pets

Registered guests will have access to the condo and common areas after you complete registration with PVRPV, who will help you register with Sayan Indah building security at the start of your stay.

All guests must be registered before getting access to condo or Sayan Indah common areas, such as the restaurants, bars, pools, and gym.

Deposit required upon arrival for onsite food and drinks and use of pool towels. The deposit will be refunded if not used for food and drinks. The deposit is $5,000 pesos (approx. $250). The deposit is to ensure that guests do not depart without paying their bills, which you sign for after each meal and which are added up and settled at the end of your stay with PVRPV. The deposit also ensures that guests do not walk off with pool towels which are free for pool use (leave them at the pool -- we supply enough towels and beach towels at the unit).

Towels for pool use are available at the pool.

At this juncture, building management is working on a plan of how to handle registered guests being allowed to bring outside guests into the building to use the restaurants, pools, etc. -- this is not a public building and there is concern about security, overcrowding of pools, restaurants, gym and whether a fee should be charged to outsiders using facilities. You can bring outside guests to your unit, but at this time outside guests are not permitted to use the facilities until a plan is approved. Please ask if you have any questions about this or if you want to know if new rules have been approved (we may have an update for you).

No smoking permitted

The A/C is very nice and quiet and can cool the entire condo in under 5 min. Please help us conserve energy, reduce condensation, and help the environment by turning off the A/C when away or when sliding doors or windows are open. A comfortable temperature range is between 22 and 25 degrees C (72 and 77 degrees F). Each bedroom has a separate thermostat.

The marble in the showers and on bathroom counters can stain and etch so please do not leave anything on them such as soaps, or hairspray bottles.

Please dry off before exiting the pool area and no wet bathing suits or towels on furniture.

Please be respectful of neighbors, staff, and other guests in the building. No loud parties in the condo or on the rooftop. Always turn down audio volume if requested. No loud music before 10 am or after 10 pm.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THE CURRENT RATES FOR JAN-OCT 2019: This is a new building that is currently finishing construction. There is the possibility of some minor daytime construction noise and amenity interruptions during your stay. The unit is fully furnished, however we also have artwork and a few decorative furnishings that we have ordered to complete the setting. The discounted pricing for the unit currently reflects these possible issues.

Inside security cameras

When cameras move inside, things get a little more complicated. Again, cameras are only allowed in areas where one does not have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Thus, store security cameras used to prevent shoplifting are generally okay. But, what happens when the camera is situated someplace where one expects privacy but that is also an ideal location for one to conceal store merchandise?

Similarly, other areas like rented rooms, hotel rooms, and locker rooms are generally off limits for security cameras. Again, the expectation in these places are for complete privacy, and one should feel comfortable undressing in these locations without having to worry about someone watching or broadcasting the footage.

Building or Complex specific regulations for COVID19

Due to unforeseen circumstances, when or if deemed necessary to maintain healthy and safety protocols for COVID19, the building administration may introduce new guidelines for renters or common areas within the complex. Although PVRPV and team will make every effort to advise our guests of changes, we may not always be made aware of last minute changes or government guideline changes for a specific building. We cannot be liable or held responsible for these changes.

Cleaning & Maintenance

New sanitization processes and protocols have been implemented in an effort to combat COVID19. Our supplies and cleaning products are industry standards and do not pose any environmental concerns for the occupants of the unit or space.

In an effort, to maintain safe social distances for you and our team members, we will ask you to vacate your rental unit while they perform their cleaning duties. Should a major maintenance issue arise that will require our maintenance team to be in your space for a lengthy period of time, you maybe asked to leave while they complete their task. Please keep in mind, we will always do our best to accommodate a specific time or date you wish to have your rental unit cleaned, but may not be able to guarantee it. Our customer service team is here to help you facilitate any special requests you may have for cleaning or maintenance scheduling.

Cancellation Policy

At this time we do not have a specific COVID19 cancellation policy for future reservations. Our Booking Confirmation Policy would apply to all future bookings. For more details: Click here.

Puerto Vallarta is receiving guests. Some countries may offer travel advisories regarding future travel but no travel ban has been implemented. Should government changes be introduced, a policy will be implemented for those guests impacted by changes.

Date Change - Rescheduling Fees Waived

Should you make a future booking or have a future booking and at the time you are schedule to travel you are unable to travel due to COVID19 we will work with guests and property owners to allow a date changes. Currently all reservation / booking date change fees are being waived for guests with travel impacted by COVID19. ALL date changes are subject to availability and per night rate increases. The number of nights of the original booking will be the number of nights granted for a date change, additional nights will be subject to the nightly rate.

COVID19 Testing & Traveling

Canadian Government & the United States CDC require proof of testing prior to boarding an aircraft destined for Canada or the USA. Rest assured, there are many clinics and possibilities for testing.
