It is right in front the famous Amapas Area, and just a few minute walk away from Old Town, which offers many delicious dining options, fabulous galeries, boutiques, nightclubs, beaches and cafes.

The instant you walk to the main door, you will be impressed by the artistic design of the unit. This Chef's kitchen was remodeled in 2018 to include a brand new carrera marble and mosaic tiles with designer cabinets. With an option to dine for 6 on the outside balcony to soak up the breathtaking unobstructed ocean views. A sofa, 2 chairs and coffee table gives you more options for outside living. The breathtaking balcony is nestled between a garden and a candle walls, overlooking the bay of Bandera and the coastline all the way to Punta Mita. The night views of the bay and town are spectacular! Watch the fireworks from the balcony most evenings. What more can you ask for with this magical ambiance?

The living room offers comfortable seating options to enjoy the view or watch the flat screen USA streaming T.V. There are 3 apple T.V�s, all with flat screens for your viewing pleasure. There is one in each of the two bedrooms, and one in the living room. The apps are set for U.S. channels and includes Amazon prime and Netflix. We have a Bluetooth radio available for you to listen to your own music. Games, puzzles and cards are also available for your use.

The Large master bedroom bathroom has ample space for all your clothes. A Japanese soaking tub, marble rain shower and double sinks with plenty of drawer space will await you. Enjoy the impressive city; ocean and mountain views from the Master bedroom with pull down blinds and large ceiling to floor sliding doors. There is even a vanity table with magnifying light mirror.

The second bedroom includes their own TV with Apple TV device, a king size bed and ensuite bathroom, with access from the main hall.

The common area has is a 200 foot long infinity swimming pool with a swim up bar and tanning shelf for year round enjoyment that overlooks the coastline and downtown with a shower and bathroom facilities. The beautifully manicured and mature common ground gardens include multitude of pool lounge chairs, table and umbrellas. The building offers 24-hour security and assigned parking spaces. Constructions Notice

Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming such a popular hot spot that we are now experiencing a more than average increase in Construction Sites in the Romantic Zone. There are more then 14 new construction sites happening around the zone, as of 2017, for the next 2 years. The construction normally happens Monday to Saturday between working hours, but there is no guarantee. The construction will cause noise and dust. Since there are so many different new buildings, it is hard to get away from it during the day. We encourage our guests to visit the different beaches and different parts in and around Puerto Vallarta during the day. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department.



ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS
Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 PM. will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 AM. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 PM.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In case your rental is less than this or require additional services the cost will be $25.00 USD per day
  • Damage insurance: $ 35.00 USD - Damage insurance non refundable is now mandatory for all clients. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happens during your stay to a property of up to $500.00 US Dollars. Property Policy

This property has its own policies, please read carefull

No Pets
Parking spaces are for use by owners.
Vehicles must be parked in the assigned space. Parking spaces cannot be rented or loaned to non-residents of Paramount. The number of vehicles allowed cannot exceed the number of parking spaces assigned to the owner. The board must approve any other use.
Security staff are not allowed to leave their posts to escort non-owner occupants to their unit and are not responsible for providing guest services.
Please insure that your Property Manager/representative is aware of their responsibilities; The PM is to provide Paramount Administration with a guest authorization showing: 1. Names of guest 2. Date of arrival 3. Day of departure 4. Signed documentation that guest has received Paramount Rules & Regulations.
Property Manager/representative is responsible for checking in/checking out and letting the guest know that if there are any problems/issues with the unit they must call the Property Manager/representative.
Owners that have overnight guests staying with them must provide Administration/Security with name, arrival & departure dates and vehicle description if any and indicate parking space authorization.
Paramount Administration and Security will not hold or provide keys for owners or renters.
The property manager is responsible for providing the key to the renter at or before check-in and for collecting the key at checkout. Residents must meet delivery people in the lobby, receive the delivery there or escort the delivery person to their unit and back to the lobby.

Gym Rules:
The gym is to be used only by owners, renters and guests of owners (residents) that are staying in the owners unit. If you have guests staying with you they can use the gym, if you have a guest visiting for the day, the guest cannot use the gym. Gym hours from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Use of the gym is at your own risk. No one under age 16 allowed unless accompanied by an adult. Always keep the doors closed to prevent condensation from the AC. Bring a towel to use during workout. Use a towel on seat back when working out. Wipe down the equipment with spray disinfectant after use. Return the weights to racks after use. Do not slam or drop weights. Keep free weights away from windows. 30 min limit on machines when people are waiting. Return the TV remote control to security and turn off TV and AC after finish.
Report equipment problem to Security or Administration. Pool Rules: The pool is to be used by owners/residents and their overnight guests, if you have a guest for the day the owner/resident must be present at the pool with the day guest. Pool hours are 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Daily.
No glass or breakable objects allowed in or near the pool Food is prohibited inside the pool. No furniture is permitted to be placed in the Pool at any time (lounge chairs, etc.) Furniture and chaise lounge chairs are first-come, first-serve. Please do not chairs by placing towels or other personal items on chairs. Please return Pool furniture and chaise lounge chairs to where you found them. Swimming attire must be worn at all times when using the pool.
Street clothing is not allowed. For safety reasons, inflatable mattresses, boats, tires, etc. are not allowed
Please shower before entering the pool. No diving, running or horseplay in or around the Pool area is allowed. Only headphones are permitted at the pool to listen to music. Please dispose of all trash in the appropriate receptacle. Any damaged items will be repaired or replaced at Guest expense.
An Adult must accompany children under 12 at all times. Children in diapers are not allowed in the pool at anytime. No one is ever permitted to sit on or jump from the Pool bar counter at any time.

Garbage Garbage collection is Monday to Sunday at 11:00pm. Garbage must be leaved outside of your unit next to the stairways. Please do not put liquids in your trash bags-the liquid spills from the bags and causes stains and attracts unwanted critters. Please take the garbage out at night after 8:00 PM till 11:00 PM so it can be collected. There is no garbage collection during the day; if you need to dispose of garbage during the day please take it to the containers on E2.

ANY BREACH TO THE CONDOMINIUM'S REGULATIONS, ITS ARTICLES OF ORGANIZATION OR THE LAW SHALL BE CAUSE OF IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION AND THE ADMINISTRATOR SHALL BE ABLE TO ASK FOR THE VACATION OF THE PRIVATE UNIT AT HAND AND THE CONDOMINIUM BY THE OFFENDERS. Inside security cameras

When cameras move inside, things get a little more complicated. Again, cameras are only allowed in areas where one does not have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Thus, store security cameras used to prevent shoplifting are generally okay. But, what happens when the camera is situated someplace where one expects privacy but that is also an ideal location for one to conceal store merchandise?

Similarly, other areas like rented rooms, hotel rooms, and locker rooms are generally off limits for security cameras. Again, the expectation in these places are for complete privacy, and one should feel comfortable undressing in these locations without having to worry about someone watching or broadcasting the footage.
