CHECK IN and CHECK OUT

CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.

Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $500.00 MXN tax included which must be paid in cash, and collected by concierge..

Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time zone (same as Mexico City, GMT-6).

You will be issued 1 set of keys per person for the property you are visiting.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In case your rental is less than this or require additional services the cost will be $500.00 MXN per day
  • Damage insurance: $ 703.50 MXN - Damage insurance non refundable is now mandatory for all clients. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happens during your stay to a property of up to $10,000.00 MXN. For additional information please refer to our Vacation Service Reservation Policy and Agreement.

Excelente servicio y atención por parte de agente de ventas Annuar, siempre estuvo pendiente desde la reservación al proveer opciones y durante la estancia al atender las solicitudes y preguntas que fueron surgiendo con mucha amabilidad y paciencia. Además la camarista Nora nos dio un excelente servicio y atención, yendo incluso más allá al pedir ayuda para que nos arreglaran el sistema de cable y trajeran toallas adicionales, además de que dejó el lugar impecable. Llegar con dos personas a revisar el tema del cable y las toallas quienes también nos dieron un excelente servicio y atención.

Desafortunadamente la experiencia con nuestro concierge Ángel Cocula no fue del todo satisfactoria, lo intenté localizar un día previo a nuestra llegada para aclarar algunas dudas y respondió con un "ESTOY DESAYUNANDO PERO DIME", lo cual me pareció una actitud alejada de los valores de servicio que promueven. Annuar llegó a tiempo a entregarnos las llaves y encender/apagar el televisor y se fue sin darnos un detalle del condominio ni de cómo funcionaba el servicio de comida en el edificio ni nos presentó con el Administrador, nos dejó solo una llave y nos dijo que al día siguiente iban a ir a entregarnos un par más pero no nos dio más información respecto a la hora y la persona que iba a ir (solo mencionó que era su día de descanso). A partir de ahí cuando tuve alguna duda como el día que iba a venir la camarista y su nombre la atención venía de parte de Annuar.
Finalmente Ángel vino a recoger las llaves sin más.

Hello,
We enjoyed staying at Casa Emma. The only downside was the construction noise from the building of the new HOT TUB. We were expecting the noise from the new building next door, but not from the hot tub construction. I wished we would have been told about this before we rented. Also, when we arrived there were no hair dryers in the condo, though PVRPV delivered one the next day. You should let the owners know to add more to the condo. I really like staying at Sayan and plan on more visits in the future.

The rental property itself was very nice. Great features in the condo, pool was very nice, etc. The only reason I\'m not rating this a 5 is that the location was a bit inconvenient. Not anyone\'s problem, we just found the walk into town a bit of a nuisance, especially on the cobble stone streets.

Property Policy

This property has its own policies, please read carefull

Children are allowed, 6 night minimum, 8 people maximum, no pets.
RULES AND REGULATIONS EVENT ROOM: POOL: Inside Pools and Jacuzzis: Neither food, nor glass is to be inside. No pets. Pool Temperature: Top pool will be set at: 31 Celsius (87.8 F) Middle pool will be set at: 32 Celsius (89.6 F) Lap pool: is not controlled Jacuzzi Pool Temperature: Currently working to get them up to 33 Celsius (91.4 F), not there now, because the cold of the sand where connections are. *Children may jump or dive into the pools, but it will be at their own risk and the responsibility of each parent. GYM, SPA, STEAM ROOM: -A guardian must accompany kids under the age of 13. -Nobody can enter nor be in the GYM wet. -If using the Jacuzzi or Steam Room, you must be dry before leaving the area. -Please do not take towels from the gym. Inside security cameras

When cameras move inside, things get a little more complicated. Again, cameras are only allowed in areas where one does not have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Thus, store security cameras used to prevent shoplifting are generally okay. But, what happens when the camera is situated someplace where one expects privacy but that is also an ideal location for one to conceal store merchandise?

Similarly, other areas like rented rooms, hotel rooms, and locker rooms are generally off limits for security cameras. Again, the expectation in these places are for complete privacy, and one should feel comfortable undressing in these locations without having to worry about someone watching or broadcasting the footage.
