PVRPV Puerto Vallarta Vacations presents Casa Conchas Chinas, a fabulous condo, located in the Costa de Oro building, in the south side in upper Conchas Chinas area of Puerto Vallarta.
The gorgeous in ground heated swimming pool in the Costa de Oro building has stunning views of the Banderas Bay, is well maintained and has lounge chairs and tables and umbrellas available for your days in the sun or evenings under the stars.
The well-maintained building has security gates and cameras, an elevator, underground parking and security guards 24/7. Just a 15 minute walk from Old Town and only 5 minutes from the famous Conchas Chinas beach. There are two delicious restaurants across the street, a taxi stand and bus pickup.
Casa Conchas Chinas vacation location of Puerto Vallarta is an amazing, roomy, two bedroom, two bathroom condominium which features over 1700 square feet of inside and outside living space and is located in the wonderfully upscale neighborhood of Conchas Chinas. This luxurious, fully equipped condominium is tastefully furnished in classic, Mexican style decor. The kitchen features an oven, 6 burner gas stove with a grill, dishwasher, refrigerator and all the other amenities you could want. There is a full size washer and dryer in the utility room available for your use. Other features of the condo include filtered water, central air conditioning, cable TV, wireless internet, telephone for local calls.
This charming condo also features a large, flat-screen TV and DVD player in the living room with a good assortment of DVDs. There is enough seating for a small gathering. The living area with ceiling fan opens up to a large terrace with a dining table with seating for 6 and gorgeous views of the bay. There are also games, cards, books and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy. The dining room table has seating for 6 with beautiful table linens and serving dishes.
The master bedroom is very spacious and features a king size bed, opens onto a fully covered terrace that features a full 180 degree view of the Bay of Banderas. In addition you have an en-suite bathroom and flat screen television, ceiling fan and air conditioning and plenty of closet space.
The guest bedroom which is also very spacious features two twin beds that can be put together to make a king and a small sitting area with a large window that lets in natural light- a perfect area for curling up with a good book. Also included in an en-suite bathroom, closet space, ceiling fan, flat screen television and air conditioning.
This condominium is ideal for your stay in Puerto Vallarta, whether it is for a few days, weeks, or months.
***two beach chairs available to be used during your stay but if at checkout inspection the chairs are damaged, this will cost $40.00 USD per chair.


CHECK IN and CHECK OUTS

CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.

Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD (tax included) or equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment, which must be paid in cash, and collected by concierge.

Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone (same as Mexico City, GMT-6).

You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $25.00 *USD (tax included). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.
  • Damage insurance: Every client that makes a booking, is now required to pay an additional $35.00 *USD (tax included) which is for a non-refundable damage insurance. The $35.00 non-refundable damage insurance covers damages up to $500.00 *USD. For additional information please refer to our BOOKING CONFIRMATION POLICY.
    *USD or equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the pesos on the date of your payment.

“Las Conchas Chinas is a very scenic place just south of Puerto Vallarta. The condo is beautiful, very well equipped and maintained. The pool area is great with lovely sized pool and not too busy. Arrangements for check in and out were faultless. Communication was great. The downside for us was traffic noise, which is intrusive, both in the condo and by the pool. Beach is accessible just a short (3 mins) walk away. Very beautiful. Restaurants and small shop nearby. 15 min ride (80 pesos) in a taxi into town. ”

“Staying at Conchas Chinas was the best experience ever, beautiful view, very quiet and in peace, we had the pool practically for ourselves since no one else was around. Tim was an excellent mediator and surely gave us a great experience. The photos and the place were exactly as portrayed, and everything was how it was supposed to be. Nevertheless the beach wasn\'t as great as we expected it to be, there were a lot of rocks and no space for us to sit, although they rent umbrellas for you to have a little shadow and enjoy the view. Above all that, everything was awesome. We\'ll be coming back definitely, and being in contact with Tim. ”

CONDOMINIO COSTA DE ORO RULES AND REGULATIONS

GENERAL

Homeowners and Non-owner Occupants are required to acknowledge receipt of these Rules and Regulations and pertinent By-Laws and accept responsibility for their actions and conduct while on Costa de Oro property. Violations will be fined at $1,500 pesos per day or per incident.


? Non-owner Occupants and maids of Homeowners must contact the Homeowner or their agent for any problem in the unit. The Operations Manager will assist only in case an emergency.
? The Operations Manager supplies gate cards only to Homeowners.
? No smoking is allowed in the building or around the pool. Smoking is allowed only in the private units.
? No towels or laundry are to be hung over the balcony railings nor displayed in any manner that is visible from the exterior.
? Use of the hallways, stairs or other common areas for play is prohibited. Noise must be kept to a minimum in these areas at all times.
? Children under age 12 years of age are not allowed in common areas, including the elevator, without adult supervision.
? Non-owner Occupants are not allowed to have pets overnight.
? Cars and taxis may be allowed to enter the parking garage to drop off or pick up people with disabilities and / or baggage.
? Security Guards do not assist Non-Owner Occupants with their baggage, groceries or other personal items.
? Maintenance staff are not to be asked for assistance except in case of emergencies.
? Any suspected illegal activity will be reported to the police.

SWIMMING POOL

? Swimmers use the pool at their own risk as there is NO LIFEGUARD on duty.
? No diving, running, jumping or roughhousing.
? Pool hours are 10 AM to 10 PM.
? Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult over 18 years of age at all times.
? No pets are allowed on the pool deck or in the pool.
? No glass is allowed on the pool deck or in the pool.
? o rowdy behavior or excess noise is permitted.
? No audio equipment with external speakers is allowed.
? Do not enter the elevators or the building with wet feet.
? Pool toys and floating devices are not to be stored or left in the pool area.
? Pool furniture may not be �reserved� in advance by placing personal items on the lounges or chairs.


Inside security cameras

When cameras move inside, things get a little more complicated. Again, cameras are only allowed in areas where one does not have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Thus, store security cameras used to prevent shoplifting are generally okay. But, what happens when the camera is situated someplace where one expects privacy but that is also an ideal location for one to conceal store merchandise?

Similarly, other areas like rented rooms, hotel rooms, and locker rooms are generally off limits for security cameras. Again, the expectation in these places are for complete privacy, and one should feel comfortable undressing in these locations without having to worry about someone watching or broadcasting the footage.
