About Penthouse Las Estrellas - Estrellita del Mar

PVRPV Puerto Vallarta presents a beatiuful and luxury Penthouse Las Estrellas, privately-owned Penthouse condominium located in a small, safe and gated boutique complex with only 16 units. This modern building, Estrellita del Mar, includes a large heated swimming pool and garden area with great ocean views and is located in the upscale neighborhood of Amapas, just above Los Muertos Beach and Old Downtown South.

This Penthouse has approximately 1,800 square feet of living space including a large terrace with panoramic 180-degree ocean views. (Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and Terrace ALL with Ocean Views.) Free high-speed wireless Internet connection.

The terrace features a unique design, half is covered for shade, the other half open for tanning.

A professional driving service is sent to meet you at the airport upon your arrival and bring you directly to the penthouse, at no extra charge.

Everything you could possibly need is included: beach towels, large bath sheets for the bathrooms, a fully stocked, newly remodeled kitchen.

A quick walk down the stairs places you in the heart of Vallarta with the best restaurants, shopping and night life that Puerto Vallarta has to offer. Taxi rates within this area are $3 to $4 US dollars, including from the beach back to Las Estrellas. Due to its unique location, Las Estrellas is close enough to walk to everywhere you want to go, yet just far enough from the traffic and noise to provide the quiet tranquility you desire.

Please note that the condo is located in an area of Puerto Vallarta that is busy.  During the day, you will be hear buses going by, starting 6 a.m.  until 11 p.m. , regular street noise, and during the evening,  as you are located in an area of night clubs, you will hear noises from the bars, music, which are opened in some areas until 6 a.m.  There are some clubs that are completely closed off, where you cannot hear the sound, however, some bars are not noise proof, and we wanted you to be aware.   

The condo is located in the heart of Vibrant Old Town / Zona Romantica. Puerto Vallarta is a bustling city with Old World Mexican charm, and the sights, sounds and flavors that come with that. With ease of access to the beach and the finest galleries, restaurants and nightspotIs. You are just steps away from all the excitement. The condo is located on a city bus route providing ease of access to downtown and the surrounding areas.


Constructions Notice

Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming such a popular hot spot that we are now experiencing a more than average increase in Construction Sites in the Romantic Zone. There are more then 14 new construction sites happening around the zone, as of 2017, for the next 2 years. The construction normally happens Monday to Saturday between working hours, but there is no guarantee. The construction will cause noise and dust. Since there are so many different new buildings, it is hard to get away from it during the day. We encourage our guests to visit the different beaches and different parts in and around Puerto Vallarta during the day. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department.



ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS
Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 PM. will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 AM. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 PM.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In case your rental is less than this or require additional services the cost will be $25.00 USD per day
  • Damage insurance: $ 35.00 USD - Damage insurance non refundable is now mandatory for all clients. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happens during your stay to a property of up to $500.00 US Dollars. For additional information please refer to our Vacation Service Reservation Policy and Agreement.

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at Bobs place. It is so perfect. You have a nice ocean breeze all the time. It's very hard to leave the condo because it is so nice. You are so close to town it's just a short walk into town with great restaurants and shopping. One last thing Angel was such a big help with everything we needed. We have been coming here for years and by far this is the place to stay. Thank you so much Bob for providing us with your condo. We love it and we will definitely be back again.

Our stay at Estrellitas del Mar could not have been more pleasant, beginning with our airport pick-up that even included a phone call from Bob to be sure all was OK. A concierge met us at the apartment upon our arrival and showed us where to find everything. There were instructions and good advice all along, including an arrival handout Bob emailed in advance with advice for getting around, where to eat and shop, etc. The apartment itself was perfect, starting with a panoramic view of the bay and Los Muertos Beach. We even saw dolphins coming in to feed one early morning. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for cooking although we opted to eat out most meals except breakfast. The local food is excellent, and we did not have a bad meal in Puerto Vallarta. (Our favorites included Olla, Anejo Limon and Joe Jack's). We are walkers and enjoyed walking to the beach and into town and back, but the walk back up is quite steep (258 stairs). However, for those for whom it is too strenuous, there are cheap taxis everywhere. I cannot recommend this condo highly enough! Bob's hospitality and attention to detail are unmatched. I have stayed in VRBO properties all over the world, and this was my favorite so far! Thanks for everything!

Our fourth time here. The penthouse is comfortable for one or four. Beautifully furnished reflecting old Mexico and has all of the creature comforts. Huge deck overlooking the bay is the place to be for the morning coffee and evening cocktails or dinner. Enjoy all that Puerto Vallarta has to offer within a short walk to town. Or if you prefer you can generally find a taxi right outside the door for 50 pesos into town. Given the amazing meals we have down here the walking is refreshing. Great pool area just a short elevator ride downstairs and it's heated. Looking forward to a return visit already.

The condo is lovely and the pictures describe the furnishings well. The terrace and views of the bay are worth booking the condo --- they will not disappoint. However, it is quite a walk down to the beach and restaurants and not an easy walk at that. The kitchen is very modern and well stocked. However if you do not intend to cook at lot while on vacation then be prepared to get in your 10,000 steps per day. We loved the condo itself but was ready to leave the long treks to town everyday

We stayed at Las Estrellas with our friends this past February and could not have asked for a nicer holiday! Bob was great to deal with prior to (and during) our trip, very responsive and gave very good recommendations for places to eat and see. The condo itself is spotless, views from the balcony are incredible and the pictures do not do it justice. The services provided by Angel (concierge) and Carmen (our cleaning goddess!) were exceptional, they both went out of their way to take make our stay an enjoyable one. You are a short 10 minute walk to downtown PV, the walk down is fine but back up can be challenging but if you are in good shape, it should not be a problem. Angel made the arrangements for a chef to come in one evening to prepare a meal for us. The food and service were very good and Benjamin, our chef, was a wonderful. Would we recommend this rental? - in a heartbeat!

The owners place is awesome. The view & location are perfect. It was very upscale and private yet close to everything. Being from Seattle I appreciated that half of terrace was covered so I could relax and not worry about my Pacific Northwest ginger skin. My wife and daughters birthday are a day apart so we always take a trip in April and this is now #1 and will be hard to beat so we'll just have to come back. Bob was super easy to get a hold of and Angel the concierge was there anytime we wanted to book a day trip. Thanks ... you have a good thing going here!

This is the best equipped place I have ever stayed anywhere. Beautifully decorated, and everything you need is already here. You know how some places are sparsely furnished? Like cooking utinsels, towels or whatever, something is usually missing? Well, not here. Plus the concierge will do whatever he needs to make you happy. I have not been in a more comfortable place.

This penthouse is unbelievably beautiful and the view......WOW!!! It was so quiet and peaceful. It is a fairly small complex and most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. Once in awhile, we would meet some owners and have wonderful chats. Everyone is so pleasant and friendly. Having vacationed in PV many many time, I can definitely say that this is the most exquisite place I have stayed. We invited some friends (who happen to live in Puerto Vallarta) over for dinner. They were in awe. An extra treat was be able to watch the whales while having coffee in the morning. Really no need for the air conditioning. With the front door open, there was a wonderful ocean breeze that blow through the condo. The only negative in the whole trip was having to leave. Nothing I can say would do this amazing property justice....You need to experience it for yourself.

HAD A GREAT TIME AT THE CONDO. The place is all you can ask for. Tastefully decorated and a great location. Very clean and a fantastic view, will definately repeat.

The place is everything already mentioned and more. The bay view is to die for especially when sipping some wine on the terrace. The management company is outstanding as is the cleaning lady. The pool is very nice and had a chance to meet some of the neighbors who were very hospitable. Would definately recommend the condo and definately stay there again.

What an awsome place ! I have been vacationing in Puerto Vallarta for the last twelve years and the condo is , by far, the best place I have stayed in. First class furnishings, top of the line appliances ( Bosh ) and fantastic views from the terrace. The unit, the building, the pool and the grounds are kept in top shape and the location is great.
I can not wait to return to this condo next year. Great job !!

We are 13 days into our 16 day stay here and we are so glad we found this condo. After a day of beach, shopping or whatever you do you will look forward to returning " home" to this condo. The view and deck can't be beat and the elegant decorations will make you feel pampered. Coming back here each evening to a quiet building with a great pool is perfect. The building is well maintained and Carmen keeps the condo clean with her 2 days of cleaning each week. It's an easy walk in to old town and a wealth of shops, restaurants, bars and activities. We've loved every minute here and hope to return another year.

Building Policies:
a) Condominium Estrella del Mar is a private residence, not a hotel. Unruly behavior will not be tolerated.
b) The halls, corridors and stairways of the buildings where the Private Units are located shall not be used for any other purpose other than the provision of access to the Owners’ Private Units.
c) Except by special agreement among the Owners, it is expressly prohibited to make excessive noise in the Common Areas after 10:30 PM.
d) The use of the pool and terrace shall be from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM, except by the special agreement of the Owners.
e) Children under the age of 12 (twelve) must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area and, if they are not fully toilet trained, they must wear “swimmer style diapers” before they are allowed to use the pool.
f) Portable music devices must be used with head or ear phones in the pool area.
g) No glass containers of any kind are allowed in the pool area.
h) Reserving lounges for future use is not permitted.
i) Pool furniture must remain on the hardscape, not the grass.
j) Smoking is not allowed in the common area or the pool area, with the exception of a designated smoking area on the pool terrace.
k) The Owners shall maintain their Private Units in an orderly and sanitary condition, according to the decorum of the building, avoiding at all times the piling or accumulating of items in deteriorated condition on their balcony.
l) The Owners, Guests and Renters shall under no circumstance, hang towels, garments or any other such objects on the balconies or terraces of the condominium building.
m) Owners, Guests or Renters shall not throw any objects from the roof tops, terraces, or balconies.
n) Rentals shall be limited to a maximum of 2 (two) persons in a one bedroom unit and 4 (four) persons in a two bedroom unit.
o) Trash from Private Units may be placed outside the Unit’s door, Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, where it can be picked up by the Condo staff. All other times, trash may be taken to containers located on the stairs behind the pool.
p) Parking spaces (which are numbered according to the corresponding Unit) are reserved for the use of Owners and their Guests.
q) Property managers and contractors are not allowed to work in the common area of the Building without the approval of the Building Administrator.
