Santa Barbara Shores II places you in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, walking distance from Los Muertos Beach and Los Muertos Pier. The condominium complex features a large heated infinity pool with lots of deck space, entertaining area, easy beach access, onsite security 24/7, enclosed 2 assigned parking space for each unit, in the dining room area, you will find a large glass table and seating capacity for 6 people. Adjacent you will find the living spaces both the living and dining room as well as the patio blend seamlessly for indoor and outdoor entertaining, WI-Fi internet through the unit. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, electric cook-top stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender and all that you would need.

The master bedroom with a queen size bed, with a stunning ocean view and balcony with outside sitting area to make your stay more pleasant. This bedroom has flat screen TV, air conditioning and adjoining ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, color tempered glass walls for privacy on the shower and toilet area and a walk in closet.

The second bedroom is beautifully appointed with a queen-size bed, and separate air conditioner, the sliding glass doors gives you access directly to the terrace and has view of the Bay of Banderas.

This bedroom also has a flat screen TV, a walk-in closet and a full bathroom.

CHECK IN and CHECK OUT

CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.

Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $500.00 MXN tax included which must be paid in cash, and collected by concierge..

Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time zone (same as Mexico City, GMT-6).

You will be issued 1 set of keys per person for the property you are visiting.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In case your rental is less than this or require additional services the cost will be $500.00 MXN per day
  • Damage insurance: $ 681.10 MXN - Damage insurance non refundable is now mandatory for all clients. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happens during your stay to a property of up to $10,000.00 MXN. Condo was clean upon arrival but there was no maid service during our 8 night stay. Luckily, there were tons of cleaning products (and we aren’t too messy). Great experience overall.

The security door and code at the pool level was out of service twice during the stay. It was fixed twice and the security guard was helpful on site. There was one lockout to the unit due to the unit door lock failing to work with the code, but that was a technology issue and resolved quickly, and followed with a personal call from the owner. Overall this is a wonderful property and we are satisfied with the service. Thanks.

La puerta de seguridad y el código en el nivel de la piscina estaban fuera de servicio dos veces durante la estancia. Fue arreglado dos veces y el guardia de seguridad fue útil en el sitio. Hubo un bloqueo en la unidad debido a que la cerradura de la puerta de la unidad no funcionaba con el código, pero eso fue un problema de tecnología y se resolvió rápidamente, y siguió con una llamada personal del propietario. En general, esta es una propiedad maravillosa y estamos satisfechos con el servicio. Gracias.

All was perfectly fine though there was a mix up on our arrival time, but didn’t bother us. We did have no hot water for 2.5 days. Response time was very slow and that was a significant issue. Ultimately the issue was resolved and again, we survived and our happy. Thanks for all you do.

Property Policy

This property has its own policies, please read carefull

Please treat our home like you would your own, with respect. We would like and hope that you will want to return and have it in great shape.
- Please no drinks or wet stuff on wood furniture
- We have rubber coasters and cloth ones for over the rubber ones. This works great! We stole this idea from a local bar!
- No Smoking
- No Pets
- After beach, rinse off at pool area. There is an outside shower and one in the changing/toilet area.
- NO Sitting on inside furniture with Sun Screen on!!
- If using Spray Sunscreen, please spray outside
- Do not move couches. It marks up the floor
- Please no standing on walls on the terraces
- Do not move any planters. It scratches the paint on the walls and breaks the pots/holders.
- If you want to utilize the gray water fountain w/lights, make sure it has water in it and turn off when you are not present so that it does not run out of water. Its remote is a little white remote in that area.
- Look the Blue Informational Book located in the Condo.
- Please, if you break or damage something, let us know. Please do not try to hide it. We are reasonably forgiving, but need to know about any damage so we can fix/replace. That way the property stays in great shape.

Safety & Security
1. Non-owner occupants must be identified and authorized by the Owner or his personal representative prior to arrival. All persons must register with Security, the responsible party providing proof of age (minimum 25 years), address, phone number and signing that he has read and accepts the obligation for all to respect and obey the Rules and Regulation of Santa Barbara Shores.
2. Non-Owner occupants who lose their unit door key must obtain a replacement from the owner and/or his representative. The administration office and Security are not allowed to distribute keys at any time. You will also be charged with rekeying and key replacement which can be in the hundreds of dollars (US/Canadian).
3. Guests of non-owner occupants must register all guests and if they are entering between 10pm and 6 AM they must leave identification with Security which will be returned upon exiting the property.
4. Non-owner occupants are not allowed to have pets.
5. Parking for non-owner occupants on the premises must be in the designated space of the unit they are occupying if unoccupied.
6. Setting glasses and all other items, which might fall off terrace railing or throwing smoking material and other items from the terrace is hazardous to the occupants below and strictly prohibited.
7. Under no circumstances can occupants take away the uniform aesthetics of the building by leaning cushions against or hanging anything on terrace railings, including towels, clothing, and the like.
8. In accordance with the Bylaws, noise from within a unit, including voices and music, must be kept to a minimum after 11 PM.
9. The Pool Door to the beach is not to be used from 10pm to Sun Rise.


Pool Rules
Use of the pool is at one�s own risk, no lifeguard or attendant is on duty.
A. An adult must accompany children age 12 and younger at all times.
B. Moral behavior and respect for others at Santa Barbara Shores is expected always.
C. Babies must be in swim diapers and are not allowed to be nude in the pool.
D. Non-owner occupants must have no more than 4 guests and be present at the pool when having guests.
E. Lounges, chairs and umbrellas cannot be reserved; they are for use on a first come first served basis.
F. Glass and breakable objects are not allowed in the pool or on the surrounding terrace. Exception: Pool Bar maybe utilized for Set up of Drinks and Food.
G. Eating is not permitted in the pool.
H. Smoking is not permitted in the pool or on the surrounding terrace.
I. Behavior and excessive noise around the pool and all communal areas that lessen the enjoyment of others in the area or disturbs the occupants of units nearby is not permitted.
J. Pool is closed from 11pm-8am. Use from 8am-10am must be done quietly.
K. Running, diving and climbing on the edges is not permitted.
L. Inflatable rafts and toys must not interfere with the use of the pool by others.
M. Chairs are not permitted to be moved into the pool.
N. Washing sand from your feet/body before entering the pool is required.
O. Personal items and garbage must be cleaned up when leaving the pool area.
P. Use of the pool, and surrounding terrace for private parties is prohibited without prior approval of the Administration.
Q. Personal music should not disrupt others.
R. Use a towel while sitting or lying on chairs.
S. When leaving, please dry off thoroughly before entering the elevator.
T. When leaving the pool area close any umbrellas that are open.
Proper bathing attire is expected. Public nudity is against the law in Mexico.


ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS
Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 p.m., will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 a.m. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 p.m.

Our standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. We will do our best to accommodate early check-in requests based on availability. Please make sure to discuss any such requests in advance with PVRPV.


Check-Out
Our standard check-out time is 11 a.m. Again, we will accommodate special requests for late checkouts when possible.

Housekeeping: Renting for more than a week, you will get weekly maid service.

Parking: Our unit has two assigned parking spots. If you have rented a car(s), let PVRPV and Security know upon your arrival. They will direct you to the spaces in our parking garage. They are located next to each other right in front of the Building Managers Office in the Garage. Security will open/close the gate for you once you have established yourself as a guest. You can also get a remote from PVRPV if you have car(s).


Garbage: Garbage cans are located on the level for Parking (Estacionamiento). If possible, put in the sealed bins. Security will guide you if not obvious


Inside security cameras

When cameras move inside, things get a little more complicated. Again, cameras are only allowed in areas where one does not have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Thus, store security cameras used to prevent shoplifting are generally okay. But, what happens when the camera is situated someplace where one expects privacy but that is also an ideal location for one to conceal store merchandise?

Similarly, other areas like rented rooms, hotel rooms, and locker rooms are generally off limits for security cameras. Again, the expectation in these places are for complete privacy, and one should feel comfortable undressing in these locations without having to worry about someone watching or broadcasting the footage.
