Welcome to Paramount Chicke, brought to you by PVRPV Puerto Vallarta Vacations. Paramount Chickie is in the prestigious and luxurious Paramount Bay Condominiums, located in the hillside community of Amapas, overlooking the Old City, also known as the Romantic Zone and Los Muertos Beach.

This unique contemporary rental condo offers sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests. The first master suite has a King size bed and private ensuite, the second master suite has 2 queen beds and private ensuite. The third bedroom has a queen bed and is located directly beside the main bathroom with shower. All bedrooms offer towels, and great quality bedding and linens.

This upscale Puerto Vallarta rental condo offers spacious areas finely designed and decorated, including modern custom designed furniture, and marble floors in all rooms that highlight the zen-like modern feel of the space.

The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas stove and oven, microwave, and refrigerator with water filtration system and ice maker. Other ammenities include coffee maker, blender, toaster, as well as ceilings fans, alarm clocks, hair blowers, pool towels and central air conditioning with individual room controls.

The large living area offers a 42" flat screen HDTV with satellite programming, DVD player, wireless high speed internet, and a CD stereo with iPod/MP3 docks.

The spacious dining room and living room are highlighted by floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that extend the space outdoors and opens completely to the large full length balcony overlooking the Bay of Banderas, the Romatic Zone and Los Muertos beach. The views from this 8th floor are incredible, and the balcony includes beautiful outdoor furniture with comfortable and colorful cushions, the perfect place for a cup of coffee in the morning, or a margarita while relaxing with friends in the evening, watching the fantatic sunsets, evening fireworks and the spectacular city lights.

This upscale condo rental includes in-suite laundry, 24 hour security, elevator, handicap access, covered assigned parking, a wonderful heated infinity pool, beautiful lush gardens, and is only a few minutes walk to Los Muertos beach, restaurants, lounges, cafes and boutiques that line the quaint streets of the Los Muertos beach area.

NOTE: This is a completely non-smoking unit.
Unfortunately no guests under the age of 12 years.
No pets allowed.

Constructions Notice

Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming such a popular hot spot that we are now experiencing a more than average increase in Construction Sites in the Romantic Zone. There are more then 14 new construction sites happening around the zone, as of 2017, for the next 2 years. The construction normally happens Monday to Saturday between working hours, but there is no guarantee. The construction will cause noise and dust. Since there are so many different new buildings, it is hard to get away from it during the day. We encourage our guests to visit the different beaches and different parts in and around Puerto Vallarta during the day. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department.


ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS
Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 PM. will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 AM. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 PM.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In case your rental is less than this or require additional services the cost will be $25.00 USD per day
  • Damage Deposit: $ 35.00 — Damage deposit is now mandatory for all clients. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happens during your stay to a property of up to $500.00 US Dollars. For additional information please refer to our Vacation Service Reservation Policy and Agreement.

Check in was confusing. A person at Paramount gave us a package but did not tell us to fill it out and return it. Also there was not much help at the front desk. Pretty much no one there the entire time. We went up the A tower but were actually in the B tower.
Also the gas stove top and range in the unit is not in working order and needs to be fixed immediately. Other than that the stay was fantastic as well as the property and PVRPV staff is always so friendly and helpful .

Thanks for getting the broken key fixed so quickly. Angel is AWESOME We will be back again. Bob (Roberto)

Question 2 Concierge, for check out i did not received an answer and we waste almost 2 hours, no general puerto vallarta information received.
Question 4 for Property Management , we had no water on our condo for a night and morning, they fixed a problem and said the water should return before 8 am but we had water till almost 12 pm

Angel was very helpful. He was very attentive to our needs and issues as they came up. He informed and guides us were it was needed. Exchanging money was tricky and need some clarification from Angel on where the best rates and how it was it was done, Angel addressed several of the condo issues that came up quickly with the owners representative. I would issue their service again.

I am very impressed overall with PVRPV!
They were very responsive when we tried to reach them.
If I had any complant, it is in regard to a couple of issues we had in the unit. Throughout our stay we experienced erratic delivery of sufficient hot water (this was regardless of what time of day or who else may have been using the water). The water could go from scalding to warm to cold wishin 20 seconds time)
Since we used the kitchen quit a bit, we attempted to use the dishwasher which never cleaned the dishes.
Although both problems were reported to PVRPV, the issues never were addressed.

Paramount was beautiful. The only complaint
would be within the kitchen. We enjoy preparing
meals at home and we found there to be
a shortage of kitchenware. Also the dishwasher
needs is missing a bolt which presented an occasional
problem. The second drawer, under cutlery,
has a loose metal strip which we all cut our
fingers on.
The lamp in the second bedroom was broken.
I knocked it over in the dark and it shattered.
Not sure why such a fragile item would be
placed in such an awkward spot? I Would like
to know what the replacement cost will be.
All in all a very good trip. Thank you Angel

All dealing with PVRPV staff was fantastic, Arturo, you are the best consultant of PVRPV you look for all needs and my expectations of a condo and ... you did it! you fulfilled to the 100%. Fili, concierge was very friendly, prompt and attentive to the needs that show up on the condo, which were just a few. The cleaning person did a great job, well the condo is in excellent condition, it's nice where you see it, the only problem is the security staff of the building who is too inflexible of rules to use the pool of all they are appeal to you if you laugh, if you seat here or there, if you splash, jajajajajajaja, at first it was uncomfortable, after I was somewhat sarcastic because with everyone in the building were equally inflexible. Therefore it is widely recommended for people looking to relax, do not recommend it for families who have young people. Todo el trato por parte del personal de pvrpv fue fantastico, Arturo eres el mejor asesor de pvrpv buscaste todas mis expectativas de un condominio y ...¡lo lograste! las cumpliste al 100%. Fili el conserje fue muy amable, puntual y atento a las necesidades que salieron dentro del condominio, que claro fueron muy pocas. La persona de limpieza realizó muy bien su trabajo, en fin el condominio esta en excelente estado, es lindo por donde lo veas, el unico problema aqui es que el personal de seguridad del edificio es demasiado inflexible con respecto al uso de la alberca, de todo te llaman la atención que si te ries, que si te sientas, que si salpicas, jejeje, al principio resultaba incomodo el que de todo te llamarán la atención despues me resultaba algo sarcastico ya que con todos en el edificio eran igual de inflexibles. Por lo tanto es amplimente recomendado para personas que buscan relajarse, no se lo recomiendo para familias que llevan personas jovenes.

Everything from booking to arrival to the stay and to the check out were pleasant and incredible. The building is astounding with fantastic amenities, the unit was gorgeous with spectacular views, and the whole experience was phenomenal. Even with the lobby being under construction and not being fully complete, it was a negligible inconvenience that was more than made up with everything else the building and its staff had to offer.

Thank you for the amazing experience and for bringing this property up for booking. Will definitely look into it again next year.

The selection, reservation and payment process is outstanding. The check-in & check-out were timely and curtious. What would make the check-in even better is if this staff had a checklist of items to review. Key items such as laundry, how the phone system works, maid service. Also, unit had ZERO toilet paper and broken/off hot water making our first day interesting. Also, last day electricity was turned off for maintenance. We were not informed.

Property Policy

This property has its own policies, please read carefull

Policies as indicated by the property condominium association. No Smoking. No children under 12 years. No pets under any circumstances. If a renter ignores this rule, they will be assessed an automatic flat rate of $125.00 which will cover any additional deep cleaning, vaccuuming and/or professional steam cleaning of sofas, chairs, cushions, lounge covers or any other fabric covered item that may have encountered any pet dander.

Any additional damages due to the existence of a pet in the property will be charged at the rate paid by the owner plus 15%. The knowledge of a pet in the property will be grounds for immediate eviction without refund to the rentor.

ANY BREACH TO THE CONDOMINIUM’S REGULATIONS, ITS ARTICLES OF ORGANIZATION OR THE LAW SHALL BE CAUSE OF IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION AND THE ADMINISTRATOR SHALL BE ABLE TO ASK FOR THE VACATION OF THE PRIVATE UNIT AT HAND AND THE CONDOMINIUM BY THE OFFENDERS.

NOTE: This is a COMPLETELY Non-Smoking unit. As a courtesy to all future renters, there is no smoking in the condo, no smoking on the terrace, and no cigarette/cigar butts in the garbage. Non-compliance will be firmed assessed a $200 penalty to cover professional cleaning costs."

Please ensure that all your concierge staff are aware of this so that they DO NOT give authorization to smoke ANYWHERE. It would be unfair for any non-smoking renter to base their rental decision on obtaining a non-smoking unit, and walk into a unit that smells anything like an old Las Vegas hotel room.

ADMINISTRATOR SHALL BE ABLE TO ASK THAT THE UNIT BE VACATED BY THE OFFENDERS.

A signed acknowledgement that the renter has received a copy of the rules and regulations is
also a requirement.

None withstanding the above, the joint owner(s) shall continue to be personally responsible of
all the obligations established in the regulations, the articles of organization and the
applicable law.

THE DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED TO THE PARAMOUNT BAY ADMINISTRATOR NO
LATER THAN 5 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE RENTAL AND MUST BE
