Constructions Notice

Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming such a popular hot spot that we are now experiencing a more than average increase in Construction Sites in the Romantic Zone. There are more then 14 new construction sites happening around the zone, as of 2017, for the next 2 years. The construction normally happens Monday to Saturday between working hours, but there is no guarantee. The construction will cause noise and dust. Since there are so many different new buildings, it is hard to get away from it during the day. We encourage our guests to visit the different beaches and different parts in and around Puerto Vallarta during the day. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department.



ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS
Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 PM. will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 AM. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 PM.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In case your rental is less than this or require additional services the cost will be $25.00 USD per day
  • Damage Deposit: $ 35.00 — Damage deposit is now mandatory for all clients. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happens during your stay to a property of up to $500.00 US Dollars. For additional information please refer to our Vacation Service Reservation Policy and Agreement.

We had a wonderful two months at paramount Bay, and found both the PVRPV and Paramount Bay staff to be above professional. We thought the unit was a little expensive...but overall, it was money well spent. We would definitely use PVRPV again, and would recommend using them for your rental property needs.

Pvrpv is wonderful. Angel is amazing and goes above and beyond for his guest. It always a pleasure working with him. I have been renting this unit for many years. The unit itself is seeing its age. The details of broken pieces (the stove and the ice maker) or chipped furniture is making the unit loose its luster. It will be time for the owner to buy new furniture in the near future. mostly the coffee table. The towels continue to smell of mold (as it did the first year i rented the unit).I love this unit its just a point to really look into the details and make sure it continues to look amazing...

PVRPV is the best rental agency in Puerto Vallarta, Arturo is the best rental coordinator, he need to be promoted his job is phenomenal!! Fili is the most helpful concierge I have ever had in the time I've used the services of PVRPV, for several years, the condo has everything you need for a quiet stay, just one detail, the covers on the breakfast area need to change as these are exposed on the terrace as these are somewhat damaged by the sun which is logical. The condo is very nice but the best is kids allowed! Thanks for considering the kids of families. The security staff of the building sometimes are excessive at work they are so strict and it is uncomfortable to stay in the pool. I do not consider myself or my family as a problematic or noisy people, much less special, but on my opinion it is excessive, I have been to several condominiums that PVRPV rent and i have never seen something like that.

PVRPV eres la mejor agencia de rentas en Puerto Vallarta, Arturo asesor de renta, pide un ascenso tu trabajo es fenomenal, Fili conserje, eres el conserje más atento que he tenido dentro del tiempo que he utilizado el servicio de pvrpv, que vaya que ya han sido varios años, el condominio cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estacia tranquila, solo un detalle, falta cambiar las fundas del antecomedor que se encuentra expuesto en la terraza ya que estas se encuentran algo dañadas por el sol que es logico. El condo es muy lindo pero lo mejor !aceptan niños! gracias por tener en cuenta a los peques de las familias. El personal de seguridad del edificio en ocasiones si se excede en su trabajo llaman tanto la atención que resulta ser molesta la estancia en la alberca, no me considero persona problematica ni ruidosa y mucho menos especial, pero para mi punto de vista si es excesivo ese punto , he estado en varios condominio que renta pvrpv y en \'\'ninguno\'\' había visto algo así.

I am attaching the email I sent to angel regarding the issues.i also realized that I did not include that the drier was not operating by the end of the trip. Overall the attention to details of the condo is what is lacking and appropriate communication and compensation of the construction that was happening. Please read the email sent to angel.

Help Angel,

I hope you are well. I however am very disappointed in what I have experienced so far at paramount bay. I have been renting this unit for the last 3 years and I must tell you that I\'m noticing things change and not for the better: few things to take note:

1. There are several stains and general damage to the furniture. I\'ve taken pics to ensure I am not charged but most of these have been here since last year I reported them and they still have not been dealt with.

2. Again as last year, I had to get the propane replaced.

3. The AC was out from Saturday until Tuesday when it was finally fixed

4. There is loud construction in the main entrance. Which I was never informed of before checking or at all since I reserved. I\'m awaken to this since Monday. Not the best thing to wake to.

5. Now they are working on the lobby way which means we have to walk all the way around and can\'t use it until Saturday. This also I did not know was going to happen.

6. Now the maid service has been reduced to one a week meanwhile the price has increased in the rental.


Here is the thing. I love renting this space and its always been a place I\'ve come to relax. But if I\'m having to deal with broken things and construction and all kinds of disturbances it\'s not that relaxing to me. The apartment is starting to feel a bit run down and it seems like attention to detail is falling aside.

I love this place and we pay a lot of money for this and I don\'t mind it because its amazing but with the construction and less care to detail I\'m a little discontent.

I feel like some adjustment needs to be made to our rental. I want to continue to book through you guys and this unit but I think we need to discuss some of my concerns.

The Concierge Manager, Angel, provided exceptional service from even before we arrived, and then all the way through our stay. Checking in to make sure all was well, taking care of little problems quickly and just generally such a nice, helpful person. He\'s a big asset to your company! Regarding the unit, #702, four small problems which we did not have when staying in #802: 1. The ice maker is either broken or make ice so slowly it\'s almost unusable; 2. The SKY satellite system has very limited U.S. news stations (FOX and CNN International were all we found, no CNN domestic, ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, etc. as #802 had); No iPod holder, so our music was limited to local stations and TV music stations; and 4. Bedding, especially hard pillows, was uncomfortable and sheets were not high quality. We would choose to stay in #802 again if we had the chance. Thanks to everyone at PVRPV for giving us a wonderful stay, especially Angel! Scott & Peter

We\'ve rented this property before and believe it\'s one of the best. There were some cleaning issues before (carpets dirty / no vacumn available) that were resolved to our delight. Microwave stopped working this time mid point of our visit. Mgt took old microwave but we were not proviced a new one. Quite inconvient as we depend up it throughout the day. Easy to replace this units. As for value, we rented property months ago at full rate and you\'ve help money for some time. It\'s difficult to feel like we have a good value when you have a SPECIAL for the unit for $80 less a day or approximatly $1000 less. Knowing we\'re paying $1,000 more for a property than what is the going rate can\'t make one feel they are getting a good value. OK, we know we signed the contract early and were guaranteed the place during these dates and so this is good. We fully understand this is how things go. But with many stores, services, companies offer in good faith an adjustment. We\'re very happy with your service, the property wished you stopped at Wal Mart or Costco to pick up a new Microwave but these are minor. All in all, you\'re a great company with great customer service. Happy New Year

Angel was amazing and was very attentive to my concerns and with helping with reservations for activities. I am discontent with the water and ice makers not working for several days as well as the cable and the water heater. I also nearly forgot that we were without the BBQ grill since there wasn\'t propein but angel did all he could to fix the problems. We paid a lot of money for the week and considering all the problems, a credit would be in line. Please let me know what we can work out. I do have to reiterate that angel was on top of it and did the best he could to relieve these problems but they were burdensome.

Regarding items 1 and 4 - overall, this is a lovely unit and could demand the price the owner is charging with the following exceptions: The dryer was not working when we checked in (although the property mgr knew he was waiting for a part). We had to find this out ourselves at a very inconvenient time. PVRPV was excellent at resolving the matter when brought to management\'s attention. Unit did not have a vacuum cleaner and area rugs, particularly in living room were filthy. (Again, mgt said they were working to resolve the issue). The day before we left, the AC went out in master bedroom - PVRPV was prompt in coming over and said the AC people could come over in the late afternoon. This being our last afternoon and about to take a nap, we decided to let them resolve this after we left. All in all the PVRPV staff are excellent in responding to requests. Again, the unit is lovely but to render the rate they are asking (compared to other units in the property) the unit needs to be spotless and in good working order. We anticipate PVRPV will address all this. Overall, PVRPV is an outstanding company with outstanding staff and customer service.

The unit is beautiful but could benefit by more color/art. The Euro styling though beautiful was still a bit hard. More warmth would better suit our tastes and make it feel more homey. All the plants were dead/dying. Key didn\'t work well in door...took upwards of a minute to unlock the door sometimes. The motion sensor in the hallway doesn\'t turn on when leaving the unit so you can\'t easily lock the door. In lieu of more dresser space in the bedroom additional dresser, shelves in closet. Shelves in closet need to be reinforced since they have just two prongs holding each up...dangerous. Microwave in the cabinet is odd. No tupperware containers.

Aside from all these details, we loved the complex, the views, the staff.

Property Policy

This property has its own policies, please read carefull

No Pets

Parking spaces are for use by owners, their guest and renters. Vehicles must be parked in the
assigned space. Parking spaces cannot be rented or loaned to non-residents of Paramount.
The number of vehicles allowed cannot exceed the number of parking spaces assigned to the
owner. The board must approve any other use.
• Security staff are not allowed to leave their posts to escort non-owner occupants to their unit
and are not responsible for providing guest services.
• Please insure that your Property Manager/representative is aware of their responsibilities; The
PM is to provide Paramount Administration with a guest authorization showing:
1. Names of guest
2. Date of arrival
3. Day of departure
4. Signed documentation that guest has received Paramount Rules & Regulations.
Property Manager/representative is responsible for checking in/checking out and letting
the guest know that if there are any problems/issues with the unit they must call the
Property Manager/representative.
• Owners that have overnight guests staying with them must provide Administration/Security
with name, arrival & departure dates and vehicle description if any and indicate parking space
authorization.
• Paramount Administration and Security will not hold or provide keys for owners or renters.
The property manager is responsible for providing the key to the renter at or before check-in
and for collecting the key at checkout.
• Residents must meet delivery people in the lobby, receive the delivery there or escort the
delivery person to their unit and back to the lobby.
Gym Rules:
• The gym is to be used only by owners, renters and guests of owners (residents) that are
staying in the owners unit. If you have guests staying with you they can use the gym, if you
have a guest visiting for the day, the guest cannot use the gym.
• Gym hours from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Use of the gym is at your own risk.
• No one under age 16 allowed unless accompanied by an adult.
• Always keep the doors closed to prevent condensation from the AC.
• Bring a towel to use during workout.
• Use a towel on seat back when working out.
• Wipe down the equipment with spray disinfectant after use.
• Return the weights to racks after use.
• Do not slam or drop weights.
• Keep free weights away from windows.
• 30 min limit on machines when people are waiting.
• Return the TV remote control to security and turn off TV and AC after finish.
• Report equipment problem to Security or Administration.
Pool Rules:
• The pool is to be used by owners/residents and their overnight guests, if you have a guest for
the day the owner/resident must be present at the pool with the day guest.
• Pool hours are 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. – Daily.
• No glass or breakable objects allowed in or near the pool
• Food is prohibited inside the pool.
• No furniture is permitted to be placed in the Pool at any time (lounge chairs, etc.)
• Furniture and chaise lounge chairs are “first-come, first-serve”. – Please do not “save” chairs
by placing towels or other personal items on chairs.
Please return Pool furniture and chaise lounge chairs to where you found them.
• Swimming attire must be worn at all times when using the pool. Street clothing is not
allowed.
• For safety reasons, inflatable mattresses, boats, tires, etc. are not allowed
• Please shower before entering the pool.
• No diving, running or horseplay in or around the Pool area is allowed.
• Only headphones are permitted at the pool to listen to music.
• Please dispose of all trash in the appropriate receptacle.
• Any damaged items will be repaired or replaced at Guest’s expense.
• An Adult must accompany children under 12 at all times.
• Children in diapers are not allowed in the pool at anytime.
• No one is ever permitted to sit on or jump from the Pool bar counter at any time.
Garbage
• Garbage collection is Monday to Sunday at 11:00pm.
• Garbage must be leaved outside of your unit next to the stairways.
• Please do not put liquids in your trash bags-the liquid spills from the bags and causes stains
and attracts unwanted critters.
• Please take the garbage out at night after 8:00 PM till 11:00 PM so it can be collected. There
is no garbage collection during the day; if you need to dispose of garbage during the day
please take it to the containers on E2.
ANY BREACH TO THE CONDOMINIUM’S REGULATIONS, ITS ARTICLES OF ORGANIZATION OR THE LAW SHALL BE CAUSE OF IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION AND THE ADMINISTRATOR SHALL BE ABLE TO ASK FOR THE VACATION OF THE PRIVATE UNIT AT HAND AND THE CONDOMINIUM BY THE OFFENDERS.
