The unit 407 is a 2 bedroom (kingsize) 2 full bathrooms. AC equipped and wifi connectivity will help you to spend some afternoons looking at your favorite tv series at your personal Netflix account or the Shaw tv satellite with english channels. Also you can enjoy looking to the most amazing sunsets that only Vallarta could offer. Full equipped kitchen and laundry room, are the features that make the unit complete.

This unit at Paramount Bay went through a floor to ceiling renovation in 2017. All appliances are brand new and each piece of furniture was custom made by local craftsmen. The dining table and counter are marble and quartz, perfect for time at home. There is a large wine-refriderator to hold your favorite bottles of wine. Please note that this condo building is located in a relatively busy area within the city of Puerto Vallarta, in the heart of Old Town/Zona Romantica. During the day along with regular street noise you will hear city buses just a few blocks away that offer daily service from 6 a.m. until 11 p.m. The close proximity to city bus routes provides easy access to downtown destinations and the surrounding areas. You are also in easy walking distance to a vibrant entertainment district, in the evenings you will hear music from nearby bars and clubs, and the sounds of people enjoying these late night/early morning venues..

Puerto Vallarta is a safe, moderately large, bustling city with plenty of old world Mexican charm, with all the sights, sounds and flavors that come with that. Construction Notice

Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming a popular vacation hot spot and is currently experiencing rapid growth. As of late 2018 there has been an noticeable increase in construction areas within the Romantic Zone. Construction usually occurs Monday to Saturday during working hours, and will cause some noise and dust, but there are no guarantees. Since there are numerous new construction sites, it is sometime difficult to get away from the activity and noise during the day. CHECK IN and CHECK OUT

CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge at: concierge@pvrpv.com.

Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $500.00 MXN tax included which must be paid in cash, and collected by concierge..

Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time zone (same as Mexico City, GMT-6).

You will be issued 1 set of keys per person for the property you are visiting.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In case your rental is less than this or require additional services the cost will be $500.00 MXN per day
  • Damage insurance: $ 673.05 MXN - Damage insurance non refundable is now mandatory for all clients. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happens during your stay to a property of up to $10,000.00 MXN. For additional information please refer to our Vacation Service Reservation Policy and Agreement.

We had to wait 45 minutes at check in. Very inconvenient so we could not pick up guests at the airport, they had to take a taxi. You should have send someone else for check in.

The only reason for the less than perfect rating is because the master bath shower drain was clogged with hair and other grunge when we first used it causing the water to go out onto the bathroom floor. I cleaned it out under the strainer and it worked fine after. 2) The ice dispenser did not dispense via the door. 3) We did not know the housekeeping schedule so we’re surprised when she came. 4) We washed sheets once (not knowing the maid would be there the next day). The mattress pad under the sheets needs to be replaced. It’s really nasty looking. It really was a very nice stay!

Enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was beautifully appointed and had great views. We’d stay here again and recommmend it to friends.

A couple of items (1) Bulbs need to be replaced in kitchen. We didn’t cook so it wasn’t a big deal, but could be an issue for a future guest. (2) The gym was not accessible unfortunately. The keyboard does not illuminate as instructed for us to key the code. The only way to get in is by using a FAB which other residents seem to use to access the gym. I’d suggest providing guests a FAB so that this is not an issue.

Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia. El condominio estaba hermosamente decorado y tenía excelentes vistas. Nos alojaríamos aquí de nuevo y se lo recomendaríamos a nuestros amigos. Un par de artículos (1) Las bombillas deben reemplazarse en la cocina. No cocinamos, así que no fue un gran problema, pero podría ser un problema para un futuro huésped. (2) El gimnasio no era accesible por desgracia. El teclado no se ilumina como se nos indicó para que ingresemos el código. La única forma de ingresar es usando un FAB que otros residentes parecen usar para acceder al gimnasio. Yo sugeriría proporcionar a los huéspedes un FAB para que esto no sea un problema. ¡Gracias de nuevo!

Property Policy

This property has its own policies, please read carefull

Parking spaces are for use by owners, their guest and renters. Vehicles must be parked in the assigned space. Parking spaces cannot be rented or loaned to non-residents of Paramount. The number of vehicles allowed cannot exceed the number of parking spaces assigned to the owner. The board must approve any other use.

Security staff are not allowed to leave their posts to escort non-owner occupants to their unit and are not responsible for providing guest services. Please insure that your Property Manager/representative is aware of their responsibilities;

The PM is to provide Paramount Administration with a guest authorization showing: 1. Names of guest 2. Date of arrival 3. Day of departure 4. Signed documentation that guest has received Paramount Rules & Regulations. Property Manager/representative is responsible for checking in/checking out and letting the guest know that if there are any problems/issues with the unit they must call the Property Manager/representative.

Owners that have overnight guests staying with them must provide Administration/Security with name, arrival & departure dates and vehicle description if any and indicate parking space authorization.

Paramount Administration and Security will not hold or provide keys for owners or renters. The property manager is responsible for providing the key to the renter at or before check-in and for collecting the key at checkout.

Residents must meet delivery people in the lobby, receive the delivery there or escort the delivery person to their unit and back to the lobby.



Gym Rules:

The gym is to be used only by owners, renters and guests of owners (residents) that are staying in the owners unit. If you have guests staying with you they can use the gym, if you have a guest visiting for the day, the guest cannot use the gym.

Gym hours from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Use of the gym is at your own risk.

No one under age 16 allowed unless accompanied by an adult.

Always keep the doors closed to prevent condensation from the AC.

Bring a towel to use during workout.

Use a towel on seat back when working out.

Wipe down the equipment with spray disinfectant after use.

Return the weights to racks after use.

Do not slam or drop weights.

Keep free weights away from windows.

30 min limit on machines when people are waiting.

Return the TV remote control to security and turn off TV and AC after finish.

Report equipment problem to Security or Administration.

Pool Rules:

The pool is to be used by owners/residents and their overnight guests, if you have a guest for the day the owner/resident must be present at the pool with the day guest.

Pool hours are 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Daily.

No glass or breakable objects allowed in or near the pool

Food is prohibited inside the pool.

No furniture is permitted to be placed in the Pool at any time (lounge chairs, etc.)

Furniture and chaise lounge chairs are first-come, first-serve ; Please do not save chairs by placing towels or other personal items on chairs.

Please return Pool furniture and chaise lounge chairs to where you found them.

Swimming attire must be worn at all times when using the pool. Street clothing is not allowed.

For safety reasons, inflatable mattresses, boats, tires, etc. are not allowed

Please shower before entering the pool.

No diving, running or horseplay in or around the Pool area is allowed.

Only headphones are permitted at the pool to listen to music.

Please dispose of all trash in the appropriate receptacle.

Any damaged items will be repaired or replaced at Guest�s expense.

An Adult must accompany children under 12 at all times.

Children in diapers are not allowed in the pool at any time.

No one is ever permitted to sit on or jump from the Pool bar counter at any time.

Garbage

Garbage collection is Monday to Sunday at 11:00pm.

Garbage must be left outside of your unit next to the stairways.

Please do not put liquids in your trash bags-the liquid spills from the bags and causes stains and attracts unwanted critters.

Please take the garbage out at night after 8:00 PM till 11:00 PM so it can be collected.

There is no garbage collection during the day; if you need to dispose of garbage during the day please take it to the containers on E2.

ANY BREACH TO THE CONDOMINIUMS REGULATIONS, ITS ARTICLES OF ORGANIZATION OR THE LAW SHALL BE CAUSE FOR IMMEDIATE EVICTION OF THE GUEST BY THE ADMINISTRATOR WITHOUT ANY REFUND.


ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS

Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 p.m., will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 a.m. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 p.m.


Inside security cameras

When cameras move inside, things get a little more complicated. Again, cameras are only allowed in areas where one does not have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Thus, store security cameras used to prevent shoplifting are generally okay. But, what happens when the camera is situated someplace where one expects privacy but that is also an ideal location for one to conceal store merchandise?

Similarly, other areas like rented rooms, hotel rooms, and locker rooms are generally off limits for security cameras. Again, the expectation in these places are for complete privacy, and one should feel comfortable undressing in these locations without having to worry about someone watching or broadcasting the footage.
