PVRPV Puerto Vallarta Vacations presents this amazing two bedroom two bathroom condominium in the wonderfully upscale neighborhood of Amapas, just above Old Town and only 4 minutes from the famous Los Muertos beach and all of the restaurants and art galleries that make Puerto Vallarta famous.
This luxurious, fully equipped condominium features over 1,400 square feet of inside and outside living space and is tastefully furnished, inside and out. The fully equipped kitchen features a full size range, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, disposal and all the other kitchen amenities you could want. The washer and dryer in the attached utility room are always available for your use.
Other features of the condo include separate air conditioning units in the living room and both bedrooms, cable TV, telephone for local calls, a closet safe, iron and ironing board, and unlimited sheets and towels.
The living room features a large sofa and love seat with a side chair, flat-screen TV and also includes a dining room table with seating for four. Additionally, the terrace features a dining table with seating for six, lounge chairs and patio chairs with a cocktail table and a full size gas barbecue grill for your unlimited grilling.
The master bedroom has a King Size bed, television, private bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fan, closet space, and access to the fully covered terrace that features a full 180 degree view of the Bay of Banderas.

Constructions Notice

Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming such a popular hot spot that we are now experiencing a more than average increase in Construction Sites in the Romantic Zone. There are more then 14 new construction sites happening around the zone, as of 2017, for the next 2 years. The construction normally happens Monday to Saturday between working hours, but there is no guarantee. The construction will cause noise and dust. Since there are so many different new buildings, it is hard to get away from it during the day. We encourage our guests to visit the different beaches and different parts in and around Puerto Vallarta during the day. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department.



ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS
Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 PM. will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 AM. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 PM.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In case your rental is less than this or require additional services the cost will be $25.00 USD per day
  • Damage insurance: $ 35.00 USD - Damage insurance non refundable is now mandatory for all clients. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happens during your stay to a property of up to $500.00 US Dollars. Angel was great in addressing a hot water issue we had on our second day; however, during 7 of the 8 days of our stay we had no television service. Although the television problem was not as important as having hot water, we were still disappointed that the tv problem was never fixed. If we ever return for a third visit to Estrellita del Mar, then I would want to know in advance that the cable tv is working or we will choose elsewhere.
Overall, a great trip!

I had a wonderful experience and plan on coming back to stay at the same place!
I did have one inconvenience--the cable tv did not work properly despite an attempt by the cable people to fix it. I did not want to worry about being present again in the unit (and missing valuable beach time!!) for them to come back the following day to try again to fix it.
Other than that, I absolutely loved staying at Estrella del Mar!
Vicente was always available by cell phone to answer any questions I had and he was very informative and professional.

Building Policies:
a) Condominium Estrella del Mar is a private residence, not a hotel. Unruly behavior will not be tolerated.
b) The halls, corridors and stairways of the buildings where the Private Units are located shall not be used for any other purpose other than the provision of access to the Owners’ Private Units.
c) Except by special agreement among the Owners, it is expressly prohibited to make excessive noise in the Common Areas after 10:30 PM.
d) The use of the pool and terrace shall be from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM, except by the special agreement of the Owners.
e) Children under the age of 12 (twelve) must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area and, if they are not fully toilet trained, they must wear “swimmer style diapers” before they are allowed to use the pool.
f) Portable music devices must be used with head or ear phones in the pool area.
g) No glass containers of any kind are allowed in the pool area.
h) Reserving lounges for future use is not permitted.
i) Pool furniture must remain on the hardscape, not the grass.
j) Smoking is not allowed in the common area or the pool area, with the exception of a designated smoking area on the pool terrace.
k) The Owners shall maintain their Private Units in an orderly and sanitary condition, according to the decorum of the building, avoiding at all times the piling or accumulating of items in deteriorated condition on their balcony.
l) The Owners, Guests and Renters shall under no circumstance, hang towels, garments or any other such objects on the balconies or terraces of the condominium building.
m) Owners, Guests or Renters shall not throw any objects from the roof tops, terraces, or balconies.
n) Rentals shall be limited to a maximum of 2 (two) persons in a one bedroom unit and 4 (four) persons in a two bedroom unit.
o) Trash from Private Units may be placed outside the Unit’s door, Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, where it can be picked up by the Condo staff. All other times, trash may be taken to containers located on the stairs behind the pool.
p) Parking spaces (which are numbered according to the corresponding Unit) are reserved for the use of Owners and their Guests.
q) Property managers and contractors are not allowed to work in the common area of the Building without the approval of the Building Administrator.
