PVRPV Puerto Vallarta proudly presents Cafeto Unit 2, one of the newest additions to our collection of vacation properties. Cafeto is located ideally close to Los Muertos Beach at the end of a cul-de-sac offering privacy in the heart of the Romantic Zone in the old town of Puerto Vallarta.

Cafeto is an established property that is hidden from the hussle of the town, but only steps away from it all. It is generously and classically appointed and sure to be a hit amongst vacation travellers to Puerto Vallarta. From the roof-terrace, you can enjoy a swim in the pool while immersed in ocean views and local views. Located 2 short blocks from Playa de Los Muertos, Cafeto is walking distance to almost everything else including grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, galleries and the fabled PV nightlife.

Unit 2 is located on the second floor of Cafeto and is 925 square feet that has been thoughtfully decorated with modern amenities while maintaining classic charm. The corner terrace, accessed off the open concept kitchen, dining and living room is perfect or evening cocktails or for a relaxing afternoon reading a book while sunning an enjoying cooling breezes. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathrooms condo is located on the North/West corner, affording relaxing views.

Please Note: There are 48 steps from the street to the unit. There are an additional 69 steps from the unit to the pool. There is no elevator in this building.

Kitchen & Dining
The open kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser, 4 burner gas cooktop with oven, microwave, as well as a toaster, blender, and coffee maker. In addition, the apartment is outfitted with a washer and dryer, wireless internet, and individual A/C units in the bedrooms.

The open dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and living room with a large open area to entertain family and friends. Should you prefer a night in, you can take in a movie on the 50" Smart TV or watch a cable program.

Principal Bedroom
The principal bedroom has a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, individually controlled air-conditioning, plenty of dresser space, a 40" flat screen Smart TV with cable service.

Guest Bedroom
The guest bedroom also has a Queen size bed, separate air conditioning, ample closet space, and a separate door to an enclosed patio that also includes the laundry area with full sized machines.

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta

Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.

Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy


- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

Common areas
First gate coming from Calle Cafeto should be closed at night for security purposes.
Main building gate must be closed and locked at all times to prevent unwarranted entry
Rooftop and grill can be used by renters during the hours of 9a.m. and 12a.m.
Glass is not permitted on the rooftop area for the safety of other guests
Pool solar cover needs to be replaced when finished
Waste generated on the common areas needs to be removed and disposed of within the rental unit
Smoking (including vaping or any type of electronic cigarettes) is not permitted in any common area
Children under the age of 12 need to be supervised at all times on common areas
Guests of renters are limited to parties with no more than four people per rental unit
Personal property cannot be stored in common areas or on unit patios
Towels, clothes, . . . or the like are not to be hung on patios, balconies, or railings

Pets
No pets of any kind are allowed on the common areas or within a rental unit

Parking
Cars, trucks, motorcycles, bicycles, fourwheelers, boats and trailers, and similar items are not permitted on the premises.
Bicycles used by renters must be stored off of the property or, with permission of the owner, within the unit.

Noise
During the hours of 10p.m. and 10a.m., sound/noise must be kept to a minimum.
Sound that is loud enough to be heard in another unit is not permitted during these hours.
Portable sound systems are not permitted in any common area, including the roof top terrace, except for small speakers connected to a mobile phone
Music, radio, television, or sound system will not unreasonably disturb or annoy others at any time
