PVRPV proudly introduce Amapas 353! This condo is on the 6th floor and offers 1 master bedroom with king size bed and 1 guest bedroom with queen size bed and his own big bathroom with glass doors. This is a Boutique style condo with ocean view in the Romantic Zone professionally and tastefully decorated with all comfort to make your vacation unforgettable. We choosed a crisp design with materials they can hygienic be cleaned and disinfected.

Located in the heart of the romantic Zone on the beach PLAYA DE LOS MUERTOS, the building is a piece of heaven itself. Amapas 353 has just 21 units and all balcony with beach and ocean view, also little terrace or balcony to the back. 100% privacy.

Our property gay owned and straight friendly ! It is located right behind the Blue Chair Beach, it offers ocean and beach view from the balcony and you just go down with the elevator go some steps and you are on the Los Muertos Beach. The condo offers a luxury ambience with 1 bed room ( king size bed ) with TV 43 inch flat screen, 2nd bedroom ( with queen size bed )closets with a lot of store room. Full equipped kitchen with granite counters, with fridge, Microwave, stove, toaster, blender and coffee maker.

This condo offers nice size living room with TV, dining table sitting area and a sofa/bed for additional guests, also TV 43 inch, WI-FI. The 2 bath rooms nice designed with granite counters. From the big balcony with table and chairs you have a beautiful view to the ocean and you see the romantic sunset. Great for gays, close to all gay beaches clubs, bars, and restaurants, you can�t stay closer to the beach and to the town.

This is the newest building in the Romantic Zone/ Beach area. On top of the building you have a pool and sun deck with WI-FI, lounge area, grill, bath room and an amazing view. If you like comfort, style and art this is the right place to stay. No car needed and no mountain climbing.

*2 cleanings per week included. The rate is based on 4 guests.

CHECK IN and CHECK OUTS

CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.

Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD (tax included) or equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment, which must be paid in cash, and collected by concierge.

Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone (same as Mexico City, GMT-6).

You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $25.00 *USD (tax included). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.
  • Damage insurance: Every client that makes a booking, is now required to pay an additional $35.00 *USD (tax included) which is for a non-refundable damage insurance. The $35.00 non-refundable damage insurance covers damages up to $500.00 *USD. For additional information please refer to our BOOKING CONFIRMATION POLICY.
    *USD or equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the pesos on the date of your payment.

Property Policy

This property has its own policies, please read carefull

1. No Smoking. 2. The A/C is very nice and very quiet and can cool the entire apartment in under 5 min. Please turn off the A/C when away or when sliding doors or windows are open. 3. The marble in the showers and on bathroom counters can stain and etch so please do not leave anything on them such as soaps, or hairspray bottles. Please try to wipe down shower after use. 4. Please dry off before exiting the pool area and no wet bathing suits on furniture. 5. Please respect our neighbors. No parties in the apartment or on the rooftop. Always turn down audio volume if requested.


Inside security cameras

When cameras move inside, things get a little more complicated. Again, cameras are only allowed in areas where one does not have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Thus, store security cameras used to prevent shoplifting are generally okay. But, what happens when the camera is situated someplace where one expects privacy but that is also an ideal location for one to conceal store merchandise?

Similarly, other areas like rented rooms, hotel rooms, and locker rooms are generally off limits for security cameras. Again, the expectation in these places are for complete privacy, and one should feel comfortable undressing in these locations without having to worry about someone watching or broadcasting the footage.
