PVRPV proudly introduce Amapas 353! The 8th floor penthouse offers a beautiful view to the beach and ocean, overlooking the Banderas bay, the romantic sunset and at night to colorful lighted new pear.

Located behind the Los Muertos beach . No mountain climbing. Shopping, bars and all kind of restaurants close by. Our Boutique style penthouse and rooftop with infinity pool, jacuzzi and lounge area offering a relaxing ambiance.

Our comfortable living area with a big sofa and two chairs, flat screen TV, stereo, DVD, WIFI high speed internet and dining table for 4 guests offering also an amazing view to the beach and ocean, same like the full equipped kitchen with granite counter ( refrigerator, freezer, icemaker, cool purified water provider, stoof, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, porzellan and cooking utensils). For the whole condo we have our own purifying water system. Two safety boxes for each bedroom. Our master bedroom with king size bed, bed-table lamps on each side, closed and flat screen (43 inch) are nicely decorated. The bathroom has a vessel sink, marble counter and rain shower with glass door.The second cozy guest bedroom offers a queen size bed, closed and his own big marble rain shower bathroom with glass door. A washer and dryer, spare you to carry to much luggage with you or the way to the laundry. Additional store room for clothes is located at the corridor/entrance.

We choose a crisp design with materials they can be hygienic cleaned and disinfected. Overall the penthouse is professionally and tastefully decorated with art, style and real paintings and all comfort, 2 cleanings per week and exchange of bed sheets and (beach) towels, to make your vacation unforgettable, without any issues we are 24/7/365 reachable. This condo is on the 8th floor (highest floor in the building). Amapas 353 is the most popular building in Puerto Vallarta. Located in the heart of the Romantic Zone on the beach PLAYA DE LOS MUERTOS, close to all bars and restaurants. At night very quiet, compare the new buildings in downtown surrounded by 8 big constructions of high risers and all are in streets with a lot of traffic (specially by buses) and you hear till 6 am the music from the discos. The building is a piece of heaven it self. Amapas 353 has just 21 units and all balcony with beach and ocean view, also little balcony to the back. 100% privacy.

During the day along with regular street noise you will hear city buses just a few blocks away that offer daily service from 6 a.m. until 11 p.m. The close proximity to city bus routes provides easy access to downtown destinations and the surrounding areas. You are also in easy walking distance to a vibrant entertainment district, in the evenings you will hear music from nearby bars and clubs, and the sounds of people enjoying these late night/early morning venues..

Construction Notice

Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming a popular vacation hot spot and is currently experiencing rapid growth. As of late 2018 there has been an noticeable increase in construction areas within Puerto Vallarta..

Construction usually occurs Monday to Saturday during working hours, and will cause some noise and dust, but there are no guarantees. Since there are numerous new construction sites, it is sometime difficult to get away from the activity and noise during the day. We encourage our guests to take advantage of the various adventures Puerto Vallarta has to offer. For more suggestions contact our Concierge department..

CHECK IN and CHECK OUT

CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.

Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $500.00 MXN tax included which must be paid in cash, and collected by concierge..

Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time zone (same as Mexico City, GMT-6).

You will be issued 1 set of keys per person for the property you are visiting.

Important notes:

  • Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In case your rental is less than this or require additional services the cost will be $500.00 MXN per day
  • Damage insurance: $ 681.80 MXN - Damage insurance non refundable is now mandatory for all clients. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happens during your stay to a property of up to $10,000.00 MXN. Property Policy

This property has its own policies, please read carefull

1. No Smoking. 2. The A/C is very nice and very quiet and can cool the entire apartment in under 5 min. Please turn off the A/C when away or when sliding doors or windows are open. 3. The marble in the showers and on bathroom counters can stain and etch so please do not leave anything on them such as soaps, or hairspray bottles. Please try to wipe down shower after use. 4. Please dry off before exiting the pool area and no wet bathing suits on furniture. 5. Please respect our neighbors. No parties in the apartment or on the rooftop. Always turn down audio volume if requested.


Inside security cameras

When cameras move inside, things get a little more complicated. Again, cameras are only allowed in areas where one does not have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Thus, store security cameras used to prevent shoplifting are generally okay. But, what happens when the camera is situated someplace where one expects privacy but that is also an ideal location for one to conceal store merchandise?

Similarly, other areas like rented rooms, hotel rooms, and locker rooms are generally off limits for security cameras. Again, the expectation in these places are for complete privacy, and one should feel comfortable undressing in these locations without having to worry about someone watching or broadcasting the footage.
