PVRPV introduces The Summit! This unique complex with only 8 condominium units is designed for the eco-conscious consumer. The Summit is where sustainability meets stylish living. There's elevator access to upper common area pool & terrace with barbecue for entertaining and gated 24 hour security with a two car park space for each unit. Its location on the hill will make you appreciate the Puerto Vallarta bay, city and mountain. You will enjoy this most from the rooftop pool where it is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunsets that Puerto Vallarta has to offer.

Casa 6 is a brand new 2 bedroom (1king and 1 Murphy queen size bed), a pull out bed (queen) 3 bathroom on two floors. The unit is air-conditioned equipped on both floors. The kitchen is fully equipped so that every guest can prepare their favorite recipes. Its modern d�cor is inspired by local artist and the indigenous natives of Mexico. You can enjoy the evening on the casa�s private dipping pool, outdoor dining & lounge area and gas barbecue while viewing the mountains and bay. Smart televisions are available in all rooms, giving you the option to rest, watching your favorite series on your personal Netflix account. Complimentary touches such as toiletries and a welcome package with maps are available to guests during their stay. You will find that everything is just steps away from your stay! Please note that this incredible unit is up a hill and will need to consider the use of a taxi or a 10 minute walk to the Malecon and Romantic zone about a 5 minute driving distance.

Phase 2 of the complex is under construction; the construction is immediate and adjacent to the rental and may have noise, dust and disruption during business hours. The pricing has been adjusted to reflect rental cost until finished in a year

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta

Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.

Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy


- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

This property has its own policies, please read carefull.


1.- No excessive noise Its not permitted to make any noise that may be excessively harmful to other guests or neighbour, specially after 11:00 pm

2. Nudity or sexual acts are not allowed in open areas.

3.- Non- Violence Acts against any person, including staff or between residentes of the same rental unit, will not be tolerated, and as a results the guest will be removed from residence without reimbursement for the remaining days.

4.- No damage to the property/ unit rented: Any from malicious or intentional damage to the unit or property should be report and pay directly to the authorities in this building.

5.- No drugs/ alcohol: The use of ilegal drugs is s strictly prohibited as are inappropriate behaviour cause by the effect of the thereof. This include the inability to act in your five senses in the drunk state in the public areas within the property implying that it could put your persons safety at risk in the event.

6.- Please refrain from hanging the laundry, towels etc over the balconies.

7.- No pets allowed 8.- Smoking only on terrace. We really appreciate your respect to other residents who are not on vacations. If you area playing music after 11 pm, please turn down the volumen, as well as is if you are talking in the terrace, we invite to moderate the volumen too, or continue talking inside your place. We encourage you to help us keeping the peace and tranquility of everyone being respectful with these simple rules.
