Property Policy

- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
During the 3 months: December 28 to March 28: construction problems, very noisy and produced sleep problems, fatigue, headaches, difficulty sleeping, stress and cleanliness problems: lots of dust. Construction lasted from 8 am to 10-23 pm.
-Shortage of propane: 4 days waiting for propane.
Problem with air conditioning: water ran.
Long delay (3-4 days) for owner to repair kitchen doorbell.
Problem with front door. Impossibility to leave due to lack of information: operation of the handle, the door closes badly.
Thanks to Ms. Tania Lozano, who was very kind and helpful, I was always in contact with the owner, and for each problem I always sent her supporting evidence, which she sent to the owner. It took her a long time to solve the problems, 3-4 days of waiting. Special thanks to Mrs. Lozano.

Durante los 3 meses: del 28 de diciembre al 28 de marzo: problemas de construcción, muy ruidosa y produjo problemas de sueño, fatiga, dolores de cabeza, dificultad para dormir, estrés y problemas de limpieza: mucho polvo. La construcción duró desde las 8 de la mañana hasta las 22-23 de la noche.
-Escasez de propano: 4 días esperando el propano.
Problema con el aire acondicionado: el agua corría.
Mucho retraso (3-4 días) para que el propietario reparara el timbre de la cocina.
Problema con la puerta principal. Imposibilidad de salir por falta de información: funcionamiento de la manilla, la puerta cierra mal.
Gracias a la Sra. Tania Lozano, que fue muy amable y servicial, siempre estuve en contacto con el propietario, y para cada problema siempre le enviaba pruebas justificativas, que ella enviaba al propietario. Le llevó mucho tiempo solucionar los problemas, 3-4 días de espera. Un agradecimiento especial a la Sra. Lozano.

When we arrived, the condo was not very clean.We cleanead it ourselves.
We had several problems: fridge and water dispenser, toilette, windows ...

We have engages a housekeeper only once of PVRPV and were satisfecit with his work.

Cuando llegamos, el condominio no estaba muy limpio. Lo limpiamos nosotros mismos. Tuvimos varios problemas: refrigerador y dispensador de agua, inodoro, ventanas ... Hemos contratado a un ama de llaves solo una vez de PVRPV y quedamos satisfechos con su trabajo.

Comments, Praise or Recommendations for the PVRPV Team:
Hello - I have provided the same feedback to Jonathan, but wanted to include it here. Jonathan was on time for my arrival and the check in process was easy, and for departure as well.

Condo issues:
Jonathan had indicated that this was a newer unit in your listings, so I thought I would provide additional feedback:

Keys - although we had booked with four guests, we receive only 1 set of keys. Jonathan explained that he would try and get more, but that did not happen, he did indicated that there were not a lot of keys available. I had keys cut and those have been provided back to the company for your use. I would suggest that if a booking is known to have more than 2 people you need to provided multiple sets of keys, a set per person would still be best.

Maid service - I was told maid services would be in once in the week, and there was no maid service provided - not a huge issue as I did the laundry mid week, quick clean etc....

Cleaning services - the floors were dirty when I wiped them down on arrival and the build up of dust and grim on top of shelving units was significant, which means that the shelving areas are not cleaned between guests. The cleaning service left damp towels in the dryer which has resulted in a mood smell in the dryer. I did rewash the towels in the dryer several times and dry them to try and remove the mold/rotting smell. There was not much I could do with the dryer, so found that after drying, if I aired stuff out immediately I could mediate the smell.

Linens - the comforter on the main bed smells of mold and use, there were body stains on the cover. I removed the comforter and put it onto of the shelving unit - suggestion is to either ensure that this is sent out for laundering between guests, or switch to a similar cover/blanket as the other room as this will not hold the smell the same way.

Throw pillows - the throw pillows on the bed also smell - I know it is a damp climate, so I would suggest removing the throw pillows in the bedrooms. I also put those on top of the shelving unit to remove the odour as much as possible from the bed area. Recommendation would be to remove the throw pillows from the bedrooms and then upgrade the bedding linens. I did leave a set to higher thread count white sheets, that I brought down with the intent on leaving.

The living room pillows are fine, as having the curtains open once in a while and sunshine helps keep them from being damp and keeps them fresher.

Bathroom - bathroom was fine, limited amount of toilet paper (1 roll), no soap, or shampoo. I think all three of those are simple adds that would make your guests stays better. The addition of bathmat would also be advisable - I used hand towels and just rotated them with the laundry.

The issues were not major, but I think the company needs to be aware, and that you can clear up these issues for future guests.
