I have been thinking how I can thank you and your staff for my three weeks at Casa Caracol in Puerto Vallarta. It was the best three weeks of my life. You always answered my emails promptly and I appreciate your help with small things when I was in PV. The photos of the house did not do justice to the beauty and tranquility of the home and I spent many hours roaming around enjoying the views and facilities. Your website is THE BEST anywhere and I still go to it periodically looking for next year's holiday. I don't have any suggestions on how to improve your service. The apartment we rented was even better than the pictures showed. The view was fantastic. The location, at the north end of the malecon and east a couple of blocks, was perfect for exploring Puerto Vallarta. We really enjoyed watching the whales in the bay and the cruise ships steaming in and out almost every day. The excursions we went on were all very enjoyable. The appartment complex was very clean and well maintained, with a gorgeous infinity pool, offering spectacular views of Old Vallarta The appartment was very well equiped, air conditioning was a blessing. Tim, Just left a testimonial. Of course we had a great time! And the service was great! This trip we saw the whales, turtles, dolphins and sting rays which were the highlight of the trip. Chico's Paradise is always a must. Thanks again. The only problem I had was after the trip. When I got back I got sick! Cough, fever, sinus etc. That recycled airplane air can be a killer and our flight from Denver was delayed almost 4 hours. I heard that a product called Airborne could have helped but I found out about it when we got back. The good thing is I don't go back to work till next Monday. You have a wonderful and successful year in 2006 and I'll see you in December. We hope to have some more people traveling this time so I may turn them on to you for accommodations. Michael

We rented at Casa San Antonio del Mar during the last week of October '08. The PVRPV rep was waiting for us at the property and showed us the condo and pool area, explaing the keys while asking for any questions. The pictures on the web site did not do justice to the layout, furnishing, and especially the view. From the balcony, we had a 220 degree view of the whole bay; it was interupted only by a single palm tree. We had cocktails at sunset every night. The unit is very large, with a Master Suite and a guest bedroom with separate bath. There is a Service Room with washer & dryer, iron & board, spare towels and cleaning supplies. The kitchen has a full size frig/freezeer, oven/stove, microwave, and plenty of pots, dishes & utensils. The location is on a short street (6 buildings) above the surrounding area. Sometimes we had to give specific directions to the taxi, but in general they knew the area. One block below is a fantastic Spanish restaurant specializing in Tapas, and Cafe de Artistes is a short 10 minute walk away. I would definitely rent this unit again, and have many people interested after I showed my pictures. Thanks Tim & Crew

We have been going to Puerto Vallarta for over 25 years, so we have watched it grow up. We had a superlative first week of March at the Suites Claudia! There was not one aspect that did not meet or exceed our expectations. The staff of PVRPV and of Suites Claudia are excellent. I do not, as a rule, make recommendations because individual taste varies so widely, but I would make an exception in the case of PVRPV. In fact, we are booking again through them this October. After finding this website online for a 40th bday celebration in PV with friends i caonnot say enough great things to say about the service. From the time i informed them of what i was looking for to the day we left to come home the staff of PVR was exceptional. They found me the perfect house in the perfect location. I was very impressed in their knowledge of the area and their insite of what i wanted. I WILL reccomend PVRPV to anyone planning a trip to PV. My friends and i already decided to plan another trip next year and we will use PVRPV again. Thank you guys so much for making my 40th bday a great no hassle memory i will never forget!!!!!!I fell in love with The Villa Hermosa the minute it saw it online. Rented it the first week of may 08. The place is even better in person. My friends and i had a great time. The staff Chela and Aldolfo were super nice and never bothered us. The staff here at PVRPV were so professional and i could not have asked for better help in finding this place. I celebrated my 40th birthday with 9 of my best friends and we had a blast. The location of VH to the gay area was excellent. All i could say is that if your going to celebrate with your friends/family this is a super fun house to do it in. I would leave the kids at home. Lots of stairs and many nicknacks that could be a problem with small children. I would reccomend this place 100'xs over to anyone.....

Tim and staff are fantastic! They saved us after a horrible experience with Orbitz as our booking agent for PV. We were literaly on the street with nothing more from Orbitz than a - Oops! Here is your money back - sorry your in a forign country with no place to stay! Within 5 minutes of walking into Tims office he had helped us rent a beautiful condo which, frankly, was much superior to our other booking which left us stranded. We wouldn't think of traveling to Puerto Vallarta and booking through anyone else ever again!

On March 13, 2007 my friend and I stayed for one week in the condo Bendita Casita. The experience in this lovely condo was fabulous. It was clean, convenient, roomy, more than adequately equipped and delightful. The view was lovely especially in the evenings and early morning. We could see the fireworks clearly. The mornings were cool and crisp~~short sleeve temperatures and the evenings were very pleasant with a cool breeze coming off the Bay. The cool white walls and warm accent colors used on one wall made this condo so warm and inviting. Everything was in great working order including the coffee maker and laundry room appliances in the condo. I highly recommend this condo for a stay. One is able to be in the neighborhood to get a genuine feel for living in Mexico. The neighborhood is friendly and safe.

Working with your agents was a wonderful experience. We stayed in upper Conchas Chinas, in Los Grillos, what a view!!!!!! Very peaceful. There was construction going on, which was a little noise at times but also interesting to watch. Thank you for welcoming us home. We had a great time once again in PVR. Your service was great and the condo we stayed in was just what we had hoped it would be. The only thing that was difficult was the customs process, which I realize you can do nothing about. Our flight from Denver was 3 hours and 10 minutes. We stood in line at customs for 2 hours and 15 minutes. We overhear several first time visitors comment that " if this is the way it is we will never return". As we love PVR and have not had this problem before, we assured them that this was probably just a fluke. There were probably 1000 people in line with only three customs windows open. Surely the airport knew that so many people were there at the same time. We saw several people suffering from the heat and had not used a bathroom for several hours. As we were leaving PVR we noticed the same thing happening with arrivals. Four to five planes all arrived within minutes of each other and passengers were all standing in line again. Now that I have that off my chest, your services were great and we will be returning to PVR soon and hope to work with you again!

Hello, Positives: We liked the location of the condo, great access to the beach and the restaurants/bars of down town. Lots of amenities such as laundry, groceries and internet just around the corner. The condo was very quiet. It was away from the sounds of the bars and there was no construction around as there seemed to be at other condos we visited. The presence of security personnel during the night is certainly a comfort. The views from the pool deck were good. The care take Louis was courteous and informative. He does a great job along with the maid staff. The information provided by the rental agency and arranged pickup were all good. We didn't have a single issue with getting to the accommodations. Over all we were happy with the building and staff and are considering renting in this building again (one of the upper units with a balcony). If the rental agency could give us some information on the other units in the building available for rent that would be appreciated. Jeff

With a specific request for a two bedroom two bath condo, ocean front in Old Town, PVRPV took the challenge and offered not one but three options for our dates. We emailed some questions and Tim was quick to respond with a specific recommendation. That made our booking online quick and easy. What an incredible feeling we had, arriving at the Playa del Sol with Lee waiting for us as the taxi pulled up. With a quick check-in, our bags were sent to our suite. We just knew the two weeks were going to be perfect… and they were. The condo was exactly as portrayed on the website, with no ‘creative’ shots… exactly as ordered. Even the sunsets were made to order. Each day from the balcony we experienced a beautiful sunset unfold and each different from the next. The PVRPV team is anxious to please and it shows in all they do. From the Welcome Basket in the condo on arrival to the charity work for the kids, we just felt great dealing with the entire team. What a great time. The week went by so fast. PVRPV took such good care of us. We stopped by daily with questions and the staff was always up beat, curtious and very accommodating. We signed up for a number of tours which were amazing. Rhythms of the Night is a must see excursion. Oscar went above and beyond to ensure we had the info we needed everyday as we walked around the city. Our accomodations we perfect. We left all of the doors and windows open for seven days with superb weather. Many of the restaurants make the guacamole fresh at your table. The food is just the best and the margaritas you must hold on to with two hands - wow. Plus everyday from noon to 6PM most bars have two for one prices. I hadn't got a chance to tell you that when we left Alejandra was on-time to show us out and even went out of her way to go get us a cab and bring it back to us. I enjoyed Selva Romantica. PVRPV did an exceptional job for us!! We booked a rental for October 2005, and had to cancel just days before we left due to a very serious medical emergency in my family. PVRPV was great. They called the owner of the unit we rented who agreed to give us one year to use the condo without forfeiting a penny for the last minute cancellation! We recently retunred from the rescheduled trip to PV. The condo, #201 in the PLaya Bonita, was great! It is right on the beach next door to Blue Chairs, so the location was perfect! The 2 bedroom condo was comfortable, clean and nicely furnished, and the staff was extremely friendly. This was our second time in PV and we cannot wait to go back. Many thanks to PVRPV and the condo owners for their great concern and assistance during our emergency!!

Upon our arrival, everyone was so helpful with our stay even beyond getting us settled into our condo. We spent months planning this trip, and PVRPV was there all the way helping make this a trip to remember. Casa de las Brisas was everything we'd hoped it would be. The unit is beautiful and perfectly located on Los Muertos Beach. To fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves each day made it hard to wake up in a very cold Columbus, Ohio upon return. Beautiful Condo, great views and having a vonage phone system and DSL were all the reasons that caused me to pick this unit. Hopefully more places in PV will get DSL. Jimmy the houseman was perfect...great cook, very friendly and took great care of us and the condo. The entire experience with PVRPV was a real pleasure - the entire staff were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Beautiful unit with fantastic views. Views from the pool are amazing as well. The pictures don't do it justice. Two blocks off the main drag makes it close enough to the main streets for easy access, yet far enough away to be a quiet environment. We are so certain we will return that we bought a unit in Selva Romantica of our own. PVRPV was a great management company. They acted as our concierge in setting up all of our activities. They even set us up with our own personal chef, Julie, one evening and we ate yummy classic Mexican food, all at a bargain price. (She even did the dished, I would recommend her to everyone.) What a wonderful experience from making the reservations by phone through checkout. Being greeted by two staff members and making sure that we had everything we needed before they left made all the difference once on site. Also, getting the second set of keys made within an hour was service par excellence. The unit itself was adorable and most comfortable. The sound machine in the master bedroom was a perfect gift once I realized that the rooster desired to rise far earlier than I desired to do so. The only thing I would add would be a safe to lock up valuables. Thanks for making this such a wonderful stay. There were many days during the following week when I was staying at the Mayan Palace in Nuevo Vallarta, that I wished I was back at Iguanas #5. All the Best!

Our second week at Selvia Romantica was spent in Villa De Cielo and it was beautiful. Truly breathtaking sunset views over the bay and the sunrise over the mountains. We actually saw Humpback Whales swimming across the bay on two differnt days from our balcony. It was such a charming and well appointed condo. The only drawback for us was the 170 steps to the street! Only because we would grocery shop and have to carry everything up all those stairs, but hey, we are in our 60s~~~~ PVRPV was so wonderful and helpful in the transition from Villa Safari for the first week to this one the second week. It was our second time here at Selvia Romantica and we will definitely be back again as well as recommend both it and PVRPV to all our friends and family. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and relaxing.

Good Morning Tim, I wanted to take a moment to recognize a very special person who currently is working for your organization. Jamie Chartrand has spent the last several months assisting me with the retrieval of my wedding ring. A group of us brought in the new year in Puerto Vallarta. Are accommodations were arranged through PVRPV, and I must admit they were quite spectacular. I was very impressed with the unit and the view was breath taking. The onsite staff were professional and very accommodating, but nothing compared to those working behind the scenes. On the last day just before we headed to the airport, I had taken my wedding ring off while using lotion on my hands, forgetting to place it back on my finger. I noticed the ring was missing while awaiting our boarding call. I contacted PVRPV immediately and Jamie was the PVRPV employee who took my call, immediately going into action attempting to locate the ring and deliver prior to my departure. Without all the in between details, Jamie spent almost three full months coordinating the return of my ring. This was not a small feat as several obstacles were presented. Jamie truly (although cliché) went the extra mile and my ring is now back on my finger. I am so grateful for her perseverance and kindness that I felt compelled to impress onto you the fortune you possess by having Jamie as one of your employees. Jamie has reinstated my faith that customer service is the fundamental element for a successful business operation. We booked directly through the owner, but the staff of PVRPV were first class. They were helpful, professional and prompt. I would highly recommend PVRPV to anyone wanting perfect accommodations, outstanding service! Vista Romantica was everything it was advertised to be! The walk to the beach wasn't quite 10 minutes-and the hills to get there were a bit treacherous-but worth it as the condo was beautiful with a view to die for! I will be back in 08 and will definitely book again!

Tim, I thought your staff and service was great. The only thing you may want to consider is putting in the reservation information how to contact PVRPV if there is a last-minute change (as in our case, with the airlines). The only number we had on our reservation that we could use from a US airport was the toll-free number (1-877-462-7720), we called it and left a message that we'd be late, and you didn't get it anyway. So a sure-fire way to be able to get in touch with you in a pinch would have been helpful. Other than that, everything else was fine. Also, you may be getting a call from another owner at Escondido who may want to rent... I gave him your info. Regards- Brent

In September 2005, I visited Puerto Vallarta for the second time. My first trip, I stayed at a rather unimpressive hotel found on travelocity.com. For my second trip, I had heard about PVRPV from a friend. Tim and his team did a wonderful job finding two condos for my friends and I at just the right price. The experience of booking through PVRPV and quality of the properties was 100% better than a hotel. I would highly recommend PVRPV and will be booking with them again soon!

From the moment you enter Selva Romantica and the apartment Casa Leone, you feel an intense calm settle over you---in the middle of everything but sheltered, serene. The views from the pool and the apartment are fantastic---all city and Bay views, beautiful any time of day. The apartment itself is totally complete with good beds, furnishings, kitchenware, etc. We lacked for nothing. It was the best place I have stayed in PV, and I have been to the city ten times previously. And PVRPV had someone to meet us and answered all questions during the week. We brought our friends, Tex and Sharon. Their first visit, our second. Our last stay was in Mismaloya. This time we stayed in Old Vallarta at casa Osita. It was by far the better of the two. The beach view and surf sounds with coffee every morning was extaordinary. The location was within walking distance of nearly EVERYTHING. The condo was perfect. Our maid Gloria was the BEST. The condo was immaculate. The service was perfect. The PVRPV staff was efficient, helpful and friendly from our first contact thru our departure. The web site description and pictures were beautiful but they did not do justice to how beautiful it really was. We are already planning for two weeks next year. And we will only book with PVRPV and in the same location.

Paraiso number 4 was tastefully decorated and is very accessible to the pool while being on a quite street. Great great property in historic old PV makes this place a great choice. We stayed in Casa Armonia (Altazor Condos). There was a hill, but we got over it quickly once we saw the view of the mountains and the city from our balcony. The rooftop pool was also the best because it gave us the view of the city, and at night it was breathtaking. We are planning on staying here again in the future because it was close to downtown and a few blocks away from our favorite carnita taco stand! We have great memories and this condo met our expectations. The decor was great, a little Wisconsin thrown in; and the air conditioning/ceiling fans in our unit was most grateful and deeply appreciated after our full day of activities in the hot sun. The A24 condo in loma del mar in olas altas was excellent. It came highly recommended from a friend and did not disappoint. A much better deal than a hotel would have been, and booking online was easy--we didn't even have any problems and we waited until the day before. The accomodations were excellent, as well as the location, the shortest walk to the beach. All the pvrpv personnel were also very courteous and helpful. Very positive experience all around.

Hi Armando, Wow, thanks for the rapid response. Do keep me posted about that as I really did like that condominium very much. A good thing my friend and I found was to keep the sliders to the balcony open and open the front bedroom window which allowed a nice breeze to cross right through the condominium. The owners have a lovely place there, it is a perfect size and in a nice quiet area. Even if the rates for that unit go up due to air conditioning, I would more than likely be willing to pay the extra. As you may or may not know, in the past 4 trips I have never stayed at the same place twice as trying to see different locations and price points, and this one caught my favor. As always, thanks for your rapid responses to any questions I have had or may have in the future. Please consider me a client for a long time to come. Also, if you talk to the gentleman that picked me up at the airport and the condo, please thank him for me, he was very timely and a nice fellow as well. I last visited Puerto Vallarta (PV) in November, 2005 and stayed at two different hotels. While the proprietors were cordial and helpful, I really was not impressed by the decor or amenities offered to the guests. While lounging on the Blue/Green Chairs at Playa Los Muertos one day, I noticed a condo building along the beach: Playa Bonita. I thought how wonderful lit would be to stay at that location. I was making holiday plans earlier this year and noticed the condo complex listed on the PVRPV website. After a bit of surfing, I came across the Alegria unit. The online photos of this unit really impressed me, so I reserved it online, which was easy to do. When I arrived, I was greeted by a PVRPV representative who was most courteous and helpful with information about my stay at Bonita. When I entered this until, I immediately fell in love with it - the amentias were great. Over the course of one week, I felt like I was staying in my home not a rental unit. It's such a fantastic space that I plan to revolve my future vacations to PV around the availability of this unit. Thanks to all at PVRPV. I've already recommended you guys to several friends in the Boston area, so expect some new guests soon! Cheers!

Tim - Thank you for your e-mail. We had a great time in Puerto Vallarta and big part of this was because of PVRPV. We stayed at Casa Coco in the Alta Vista Section of Town. We loved the location (the steps gave us our daily exercise) and the house and grounds were beautiful. We were VERY disappointed with the construction next to us, and the lack of a stronger note about it on the property description. It is terrible that PVR officials allow this kind of value destroying construction to take place. Nevertheless, Carmen, Fidel and the rest of the staff were wonderful and made our stay pleasant and kept the pool clean of those nasty styrofoam balls (from the nasty construction)! I found all of your colleagues at PVRPV to be professional, friendly, and efficient. We will be in touch upon our return to Puerto Vallarta. We won't however be staying at Casa Coco, given the massive and obtrusive building going up next to it. We were very happy with Casa Manana. Being right on the beach was pure bliss, and the short bus ride into town was very convenient. The view from the condo was outstanding, and the whales were very entertaining. Did you arrange for that, too ?? The condo, the pool, and the grounds were very clean and the concierge/staff were friendly and helpful. We were especially grateful to the PVRPV staff in your office in town, as we had to leave the condo at 2pm and our flight out of Puerto Vallarta was later that night at 8:15pm. The staff allowed us to leave our luggage in the office while we strolled around town for those few hours before leaving for the airport. We love Puerto Vallarta, and PVRPV made our vacation perfect. Thank you very much for that.

The staff at PVRPV are just great - very warm and friendly. Roger is a sweetheart. I visit PV 4 to 5 times a year and have used other rental companies in the past. The other companies are just okay and do the basic but PVRPV stands out in the crowd. I will DEFINITELY use PVRPV again. The condo was perfect. It's in one of the best locations - on the beach and near everything! Everything you could need is either on the same block or less than a block away - internet cafe, banks, stores, laundrymat the best best best restaurants, and the beach is just outside the door. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andale's on the Bay #6. Even though it was the smallest unit in the building it was brand new and in tip-top shape. The location was absolutely perfect, right on Olas Altas close to everything. The rooftop pool and palapa were also a treat. Thanks for letting us check out late due to our late flight. PVRPV services with respect to booking our unit at Portofino were excellent! The unit was just as described,even better! The beach at Portofino was, in my opinion, one of the best. So smooth and manicured daily. The views were AMAZING. I wake early so I always saw the staff there taking care of the pool, grounds, etc. The complex was kept extremely clean. The security there is strict so you feel safe. The check in process with our unit was very smooth. They even accomodated our early arrival. That was so nice and helpful. The Condo was just as it was presented to us and more! It was perfect. Directly on the beach (the waves putting us to sleep every night and waking to a perfect sunshine). Hi Tiim We really enjoyed our stay at the property. I felt like customer service as really great. From the click-to-chat session to talking on the phone, I thought the service was great. Specifically, I dealt with Jamie and Omar and both were wonderful.I think the only two recommendations I would make is that 1-there are enough keys for the number of guests staying at a location so that each one has the flexibility to return as they desire and 2-that the noise level is explained in locations where clubs and bars are nearby. Having been to PV before I had a pretty good indication but some of the first timers in our group didn't. All in all it was an amazing visit and an amazing condo. I will definitely use and recommend PVPRPV rentals to others. Actually, I'd like to work for you and move down there *LOL*. Thanks for the follow up. My wife and I stayed at the Bendita Casita in Old Town and found it to be perfectly located. Old Town seems to be where the real residents and artists of Puerto Vallarta live and play. It's far enough away from board walk to be out away from the noise but still walking distance to beach. If one wants to visit Puerto Vallarta and live amongst the locals, Bendita Casita is the place to stay. highly recommended

Good location and decent upgrades. I recommended our rental agent, Jeff Frank, to many of our friends in P.V. and handed several of his business cards out. PVRPV'S website is great. It is easy to navigate and it seems your team is making it more and more user friendly. One quick note on something that is very important in the rental business. (I am also a rental agent). I was absolutely amassed at how thorough our housekeeper was. She must have been there for almost 2 hours each time she stopped by. I tend to think that we are tidy people and I wouldn't think the place was in a disarray at all. Each time she left, the place looked brand new. She was VERY good. After having come to Puerto Vallarta for 10 years I was unable to rent the place I stayed at for the last 6 years. I searched around and found the PVRPV Website. The penthouse condominium was wonderful, beautifully furnished, sparkling clean, spacious and open, and best of all right on Los Muertos Beach! Judith kept the casa immaculate, and probably makes the best salsa and quacamole we have ever tasted. Although we couldn't have been more pleased with our accommodations, the folks at PVRPV are the people that made the difference. They set themselves apart from the multitudes through their professionalism, itegrity and personal attention to detail. How refreshing to find a group that I truly trust will make every effort to ensure that everything is just right. The 'premier' in their business name couldn't be more appropriate. After doing lots and lots of research on hotels (of which I read mixed reviews on every single one), I came across your webpage and I am soooooo glad that I did. From the beginning to the end dealing with PVRPV was a pleasure! Your website is very easy to navigate, and it was simple to make a reservation. I was a little worried that it was too good to be true, and that the condo would not be as great as shown in the pics. However, I was more than pleasantly surprised; it was beyond our expectations!! I don't think I would ever be able to stay in a hotel again! I had forgotten to let PVRPV know when we would be arriving, but I simply called the 800 number when I arrived to PV and the keys were ready by the time we got to the condo. As a matter of fact, a representative had already been there, but missed us since we hadn't set a time. However, he left a note, t-shirts, and information on PV that was very helpful. Although, they had already left us all the information, a representative came to our condo later in the day to make sure everything was ok. Also, Everyone working in the condo was very courteous and helpful. I can not express enough how much this made our vacation so much more enjoyable! We had a WONDERFUL two week stay at Bendita Casita! The place is so cute, comfortable and convenient. Just a short walk from the Casita are some of the best restaurants and shops in PV. We especially liked El Brujo, Encuentro and Joe Jack's Fish Shack. After a long day at the beach or walking around, the air conditioning was a godsend in the PV heat. At the end of every hot day, we also cooled down by taking a dip in the pool before heading up to the Casita where we watched movies, played games, read books and really unwound. Being able to do laundry was more helpful than I could have imagined. It was also great to be able to take short day trips to the cute towns outside of PV (Yelapa, Mismaloya, Sayulita) and not have to drag all of our junk with us everywhere. Plus, PVRPV was totally responsive to all of our requests and the housekeeping was excellent. We can't wait to come back!

This was the first time I had ever been to Mexico. A friend of mine went along and we had a great time. The condo was unbelievable and the views of the bay and the town were outstanding from the balconies. The condo was in a great location, as some of the best restaurants and attractions were in the near vicinity. I really enjoyed staying in this area, as it was away from the tourist areas and it really made the experience much better than any other destinations I have been around the world. We spent alot of time by the pool and met alot of great people that were staying in the other units. The pool was unbelievable and I will definitely be back. The staff at PVRPV were excellent at meeting us when we arrived and it was convenient when we departed. We absolutely loved the Ababa condo in Puerto Vallarta. The value of this beautifully appointed and spacious condo matched our hopes and completely exceeded our expectations. We loved the beach front property with its easy access to the Blue Chairs and the old town area of PV. Our friends stayed at a property called the Vallarta Shores few doors to the south but when they came to visit they were very jealous of our luxury, security and amenities at the Ababa condo building. What a joy it was to have the open air in the main rooms while able to close off each of the bedrooms suites in order to enjoy the air-conditioning. Our group of four didn't have the time nor the desire to cook during our 6-day stay, but the kitchen was organized very well and could have easily been used to prepare gourmet meals. It was pure delight to have a washer and dryer in our unit. The 24-hour front door staff / security was a nice feature and were so friendly and welcoming...it can't wait to go back to PVR and to this same property.

We stayed at Amazonas Casa De Dante at Selva Romantico for our first five days, then moved to Casa De Amor at Villa Tizoc for the remaining 4 nights. Everything was handled so smoothly and even when our flight was late getting in Oscar was there to meet us. When it was time to move, Oscar was kind enough to help my husband with our bags, even though that was definitely not in his job description!..Thank you again Oscar :). Puerto Vallarta was one of our most memorable vacations EVER! I have to say that our accommodations at Plaza Dorada was one of the #1 reasons why...it was beautiful. The internet pictures didn't do it justice. We were expecting "nice", but not "WOW....really nice"! We walked in to a remodeled unit, a spacious and inviting living area, AND A VIEW TO DIE FOR! We were right on the beach with a wrap around deck (which was where we spent most of our time), and all the comforts of your own home. It was hot outside, but air-conditioned inside (much needed after a day on the beach). There was a fabulous staff to greet us everyday, a relaxing pool and the ocean two steps away! But the nicest thing about it was that we were right in downtown PV where you got to hang with the locals, shop, and experience great food and music! We were so glad we weren't in the "Hotel" atmosphere! We (4 of us) will definitely come back to this condominium again, and refer it to all our friends! Puerto Vallarta Rentals Premier Vacations was a great company to work with. It all began with an initial phone conversation for a recommendation on which condo to pick, and continued with informational emails all the way up until our visit! They offered pick up at the airport, suggestions for things to do, a great and "easy to read" website and friendly staff. When we arrived in Puerto Vallarta our representative Roger Dubois greeted us at the condo with coffee in hand (oh thank goodness)! He gave us ideas of places to eat, and things to do. He also was able to sign us up for activities so we didn't have to deal with the "timeshare sharks"! Roger checked on us throughout our vacation, which was nice...we felt like we had a "local" friend! We will call him direct from now on to book our trips! Thanks Roger! We were six family members coming together for this vacation from Washington, DC, Philadelphia, PA and Austin, Texas and we all felt Sierra del Mar was the most beautiful spot on the bay! It was a spacious condo, where we could be together but had lots of space to accomidate all of our needs. We never missed the beautiful sun sets that we could view from the balcony. PVRPV was very responsive and informative. Our first choice of condos was not available but they recomended Sierra del Mar and we were not disappointed in the least. During our phone conversation, I received lots of information, and was signed up to rent the condo in a matter of minutes. Painless! Roger met my cousin at the condo and was very helpful and informative. We found being a 15 minute drive from the bustle of the old town to be peaceful and restful but close enough for us to take a trip into town for a wonderful meal each night. All in all it was one of the most wonderful trips we have all taken and we thank you for facilitating it.

We stayed at Casa de Amor in the Villa Tizoc condominiums at Puerto Vallarta. We can not say enough about the condo, it was absolutely wonderful!. If you are looking for comfort and location, this is for you!. We had a short walk to the beach and downtown, which helped wear off the great food that we found in PV. The condo had everything that you would ever need for vacation; it was definitely home away from home. The staff at PVRPV were very helpful; right from taking our reservation to us checking out...and we were happy to have them set us up with a couple of tours too. All I can say is if you are looking for a great place to stay in PV and don't want to be in the 'new' part...but really want to experience PV as it should be, then Casa de Amor would be an excellent choice! Good Afternoon, I wanted to let PVRPV know that Sandra Arbizu who I have dealt with extensively while trying to find suitable accommodations for my month stay in Puerto Vallarta has been an absolute pleasure. Not only was she extremely helpful, but delightful to deal with. I made a point of stopping in so that I could physically meet this lovely woman. I forgot a couple of little birds (toys) that my girls gave to me when they were quite young and that have a lot of sentimental value. She immediately called the Holiday Inn where I left them and was able to find them for me. This all happened within an hour. Impeccable service and staff. Thank you all and I will definitely be back next year. My very good friend and her daughter as well as my oldest girl and her friend are already making plans for our month getaway next year. I think I will probably start looking a bit earlier this time as a lot of the properties that I found attractive were already booked during certain periods in May. This was my 3rd visit to Puerto Vallarta and the first by myself. A friend of mine who lives in Vallarta had introduced me to Tim & Augustin last year and I had kept the business card. When it came time to book my trip, I logged into the website and started looking around for places that suited my needs. I settled on Ababa 201 at the Playa Bonita Condominiums. The condominium was perfectly located for where I wanted to be and in very close proximity to everyplace I wanted to go. The condominium itself was beautiful, in a nice quiet complex with a very helpful and friendly staff that saw to all the needs I had. The view, well, it speaks for itself...(the pictures on the website were perfectly representative of the unit and the view) I found myself out on the balcony quite frequently just admiring the fantastic view I had of the Bay of Banderas which was literally right across the street. Jamie was very helpful when it came time to actually make the reservation, and Roger was already waiting for me when my taxi pulled up from the airport. Sadly, the 9 days I was there went far too fast, but I am already thinking of how quickly the next trip down can occur, and will certainly be in touch with Jamie and Roger to set me up in Ababa again.

Hi Oscar - I have received your email, Thanks. We had a wonderful time at Apartmento para Amigos! This is the second rental we have booked through PVRPV. We were not disappointed with either. We had stayed at Casa Encantada #704 in Mesa del Mar our previous trip, and while it was beautiful as well, so high up and a lovely view, this trip and condo at Playa Bonita was PERFECT!! Considering 2 gay men decorated it for us gay men, the condo felt like home. It is really how we all like our own homes. And we felt like we we're at home. I'm even thinking of doing a shower here like the one in our bedroom! And the beds were SO NICE! It's the best bed I have slept on in MX! The unit was close to the beach and Blue Chairs, yet very quiet. We had no issue with noise. Get A/C too! Easy access to the street and short walk to the Centro! Roger and Jeff have a beautiful place in Vallarta and we thank them for sharing it. I left a note in they're guest book as well. Rigo did a fine job getting us at the airport, and picking us up for departure. We meet, Kevin? I think at checkout. I was a little surprised no one from PVRPV checked in with us at arrival, or during our stay to see how things where going. Not a big deal, I know how to find PVRPV if I needed to. But it would have been nice. The staff at Playa Bonita were very cordial. And the pool is WONDERFUL! Although it was down for a day for maintenance. Mike Baremore was super with all of the extra arrangements that he provided for my son's Honeymoon. I asked for the refrigerator to be stocked with goodies and fresh flowers for the kid's arrival. There is one picture that looks like there are curtains drawn well behind those curtains is a most fabulous view of the beach and surrounding areas. We decided in late October (2005) to go to PV in December. I tried the hotel route first, but came up empty searching for a nice place. Then PVRPV saved the day by booking us in a very nice condo: clean, spacious, with amenities and close to everywhere we wanted to be. Our recent trip to PV was all we had imagined. Great thanks go to Mike and Tim at PVRPV for the help with choosing the right villa. Villa Leonarda was perfect for our group of four couples - private, but in the heart of everything - and Cecilia made us feel like royalty! Booking a place over the internet can be a little sketchy - especially when you're required to make full payment before ever meeting anyone or seeing the property. But PVRPV made us feel comfortable through the whole transaction and we highly recommend them as we will certainly use them again.

PVRPV's web site made it easy to find just the right rental property. The rental process was handled very professionally. I found PVRPV to have excellent customer service. All of my questions via e-mail, and telephone were addressed with good speed by staff . Plus the PVRPV staff went out of their way to help us with any inquiries we made during our months stay in Puerto Vallarta. Our unit Iguana #9 came with a wonderful property manager, Kevin Meehan . He was more than helpful, and made sure our stay was comfortable, and that all our needs were met during our stay. Our unit was well appointed, and had wonderful views of the bay, and the town. Which included a great view of Our Lady Of Guadeloupe Church, and nightly fireworks from the pirate ship that sailed in the bay. The unit was special, we totally enjoyed our stay. Our month in Puerto Vallarta was all we hoped it would be.... And PVRPV had a big part in making our stay unforgettable...

Tim Longpre's PVRPV service is the best. Every e-mail sent regarding rental of a condo was answered promptly and professionally. We enjoyed our trip very much. The condo (Casa del Desvan) was perfect for our needs and the walk to town was no big deal at all. The view was fantastic. Although we have been to Puerto Vallarta many times before, we opted for the pick up service that Tim offered. Glad we did. Driver was on time and courteous. An ordinary taxi driver may not have known where to go. Tim, FYI - the pick up did not have beer or a wet cloth for us. He did have bottled water. The condo, Vista Mar, was not only just what we wanted, but it was also a couple of blocks from the beach and restaurants and had an unbelievable beautiful view from right outside our very own balcony!!! We stayed at Casa Haber, at La Palapa Condominiums in Zona Romantica, and were highly impressed with both the accommodations as well as the service provided to us by PVRPV. The location, right on Playa los Muertos, was simply perfect. We had spectacular views from our balcony and were within easy walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, shops and bars. Oscar, especially, was most helpful in making our vacation virtually stress-free and memorable. He arranged to have someone meet us at the condo to show us in, and also made our reservations for snorkeling and canopy tours. We would definitely use PVRPV the next time we travel to Puerto Vallarta and will recommend the service to friends and family.

Our stay at Condo Paloma, Villa Blanca C-3 was very enjoyable. Great location, very clean and well-kept building. Met right on time by your representative who was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The bottled water and bag of coffee were a nice touch and very useful! The building manager did a great job during our stay, and really went out of his way to help us out when my roomate lost his cell phone in a cab. He was not there when we checked out, however, so we missed the opportunity to thank him, and to leave him a tip which he well deserved. Please tell him "good job." We're coming to PV again next month and we'll stop by and make it up to him.

We had a great time the apt. was lovely and accommodating to our needs, however may I suggest that in the future you tell your clients when your rental buildings are going thru their yearly maintenance chores as they where when we stayed at playa Bonita. It was very disturbing not to have water for a day, not to be able to walk down the hall way to get to the apt. because they had moved the mass of plants located on the walkway to paint. What can I say? We absolutely loved it. It was great for the grandkids as they could run around the house and not stuck in one room. The veranda was great for relaxing and enjoying the jacuzzi. We could catch a bus a short distance from town and no time flat we were there. Jimmy was fantastic in helping us in every way and Martha did a wonderful job. No crib was available but Jimmy took care of that from the locals. The small stores around the house will probably miss us as we bought quite a few cervezas and groceries from them. We had the pleasure of staying a week at Bendita Casita in early December. The location is perfect! Not too close to the beach crowds but within walking distance of everything interesting including great restaurants and the bus that takes you to Yelapa Beach. The casita was very comfortably appointed with a lovely balcony from which to enjoy the sunsets with a cold cerveza. Jumping into to the pool was the perfect way to end a long day at the beach or exploring the town.

All I can say is excellent. We stayed in La Palapa Condo's right on Los Muertos Beach. View was magnificent. Room was 1 BR but large and was quaint, very clean, and very private. Security was also excellent. It could get noisy at night on the alley(street) sometimes but not too bad. PVRPV concierge who met us was very nice. The perfect choice for us. Back again next year. We stayed the 1st week in March 2008.

Just back from PV - had a wonderful visit! Oscar from PVRPV was great, and our stay at Iguana #9 at the Selva Romantica was fantastic. The complex is perfectly located overlooking old town PV, well away from all the tourist traps and timeshare salespeople. Our unit was tastefully decorated and very well equipped - and CLEAN, which is definitely not a given with condo rentals. Kudos to PVRPV for maintaining such high standards. We will definitely be back.

Dear Tim, Thanks, we enjoy a lot the condo, it’s really nice and the view form the terrace is gorgeous. Even when we couldn’t see you when we arrived to Puerto Vallarta (the fly was delay) we didn’t have problems the personnel at Playa del Sol was very kind (although they didn’t give us all the information complementary about the facilities at Playa del Sol, we needed to ask each time we need something) . About the condo’s details….it need maintenance ….some furniture are really damage I guess because if the weather, we have a toilet leak (they repaired it in half day), the worst part…cleaning lady only appeared once in 9 days (I need it at least twice a week). The rest was perfect; we had a nice time there. My friend Tim we need to keep in touch because we will back this December so I’d like to know your offers within Playa de Los Muertos area, of course at the better price. Have a great year, I wish you only the best for you and you team.

From the moment I arrived in PV, the PV Rentals Premier Vacations team made me feel special. I was greeting by a friendly driver at the airport and taken to my condo. He answered my questions and showed me different parts of the area as we drove along. My condo had the most beautiful view of Banderas Bay I have ever experienced--rivaling that of the rooftop bars in the hotels. Tim and his team (I got to know Omar, Elizabeth and Mike) were always in the office near Olas Altas or available by phone, if needed. Hi Guys!! Sorry that I didn't get a chance to pop in and say goodbye. The last day was sort of crazy because I suddenly came down with a really bad cold. Thanks for letting us check out late. I don't think I could have dealt with sitting at the airport for hours and hours. The condo was spectacular; definitely our favorite place to stay so far. Thanks for your advice on seeing a tequila factory. We did visit Werner, the man who owns the tequila shop next to Pharmacia Guadalajara, and he offered to drive us to the town of Tequila! We had a blast! And it was fun to see other parts of Jalisco. Looking forward to our stay over New Years. Excited to be "taking over" all of Arbol de Limon. Hi Jeff. Greg and I had a wonderful vacation and want to thank you for all your help assisting us with our rental accommodations at Casa Alegria in Playa Bonita in February. We were so impressed with the condo itself, the amenities, location, and the friendly and helpful staff. The services that PVRPV provides are first class. Just as an example, we were having a problem with water on the balcony in the mornings because the watering system for the plants was on an automatic timer, and we were afraid that the balcony wasn't draining properly. We talked to the front desk and within hours, one of the owners came to take care of the problem. I met the owner, and he was deeply apologetic, which wasn't really necessary (because the problem wasn't yet a major one), but his interest in ensuring our stay was perfect was so much appreciated! Please pass along our thanks to the owners and if possible to all who were involved in making our vacation such a great one. We are not sure of our vacation plans next year but will certainly keep PVRPV in mind. In fact, my brother-in-law and sister-in-law have already booked accommodations through PVRPV for next year! As well, I have referred your agency to several friends who have been inquiring about renting next year. By the way, I did mention to the owner that I broke a wine glass, but I also replaced it with two new ones! I hope we left everything else in order. Well another great time was had in Puerto Vallarta. Having not travled there in 13 years I found Tim's website on the internet and started viewing the properties he represented. I will be honest and say that the website was the best in all that I visited in trying to view what the condos actually looked like and most importantly where they were located. Once I decided on the location and sent a request, Tim was the most responsive as well as the quickest, most sites didn't even respond. Payment procedures were easy and meeting upon arrival was perfect. The condo was great, a bit noisy when they decided to steam clean the patio on Monday, but they were CLEANING! Something you have to do stay up on the humidity down there. Most importantly, since our condo was located close to the PVRPV office, if you had a question, you just stopped by, or you would see them about the area and you had a sense of "being local" I want one of those vw's that Agustin cruises in! On the flight home I told a nice couple about PVRPV and have made my visit to the web site already, planning my next trip. Thanks to the internet, Tim will always remember me as the one who sent my photo before arrival.

Hi - We spent two weeks here, during eater break. This is a very nice unit, in the best location in PV.The street is very busy but lots of fun. We saw wales, almost every day along the malecon. Sunsets were beautiful and people very friendly and helpful. The home tour of conchas chinas was vry worthwhile, we recomend it. We enjoyed most all of the beachfronts, restaurants, sunset from the roof is geat, also.

Hello, We stayed for two weeks this summer at Estrellita Del Mar #101. We have been coming to Puerto Vallarta for the past 15 years. We have never stayed in a nicer condominium. The owners have made Estrellita Del Mar a home away from home. What sets Estrellita Del Mar apart from all the rest is the attention to detail. The sheets are 400 count. The bath towels are luxurius. All of the appliance, pots and pans etc. are brand new and top of the line. The TV and DVD player are nicer than what we have at home! The decorating is beautiful. The best part is that you can walk to Old Town in under 10 minutes, but when you want to relax on the veranda at the end of the day, it is very peaceful in Amapas. We would love to visit again soon!

This was our fifth stay in PV and the fifth different place to stay. Now that we have found Selva Romantica condos we are finished with our search to find the perfect place in PV! To reach Basillio Badillio (sp) all we had to do was walk down a set of steps,yet the condos were quiet and secluded. Our condo was professionally decorated with washer dryer, full kithen and free phone calls to US. We had views of the ocean from almost every room and french doors that we kept open for ocean breezes. The infinity pool with swim up bar and hot tub big enough for 20 was great after a hard day of eating and drinking. Good Afternoon, I wanted to let PVRPV know that Sandra Arbizu who I have dealt with extensively while trying to find suitable accommodations for my month stay in Puerto Vallarta has been an absolute pleasure. Not only was she extremely helpful, but delightful to deal with. I made a point of stopping in so that I could physically meet this lovely woman. I forgot a couple of little birds (toys) that my girls gave to me when they were quite young and that have a lot of sentimental value. She immediately called the Holiday Inn where I left them and was able to find them for me. This all happened within an hour. Impeccable service and staff. We had a fabulous time in Puerto Vallarta and loved staying at La Palapa #703. The condo was beautiful-we love the decor of the condo and the charming talavera tile bathrooms. The view was incredible. We spent a lot of time on the balcony of the condo and at the rooftop pool, which was always the perfect temperature. Since it's not too deep, we had a lot of fun playing with our 2-year-old son in the pool. With the beach right in front of La Palapa, we spent most of our time lounging in the beach chairs of El Dorado (I think that's what it's called) and sipping drinks and eating the fabulous fruit and shrimp that the vendors would walk by with. We had such a blast in Puerto Vallarta, and La Palapa #703 was the perfect place to stay. After leaving the condo, we spent 3 nights at a resort in Nuevo Vallarta. Big mistake! It was a nice resort, but nothing beats staying in a beachfront condo in the romantic zone of Puerto Vallarta. We would definitely consider coming back, and we don't usually vacation to the same place twice! Thanks!!!

We had a great experience using PVRPV. The staff was very friendly but most importantly well accommodating. Tim is great, he helped us tremendously with a crib that was needed for one of the couple's baby. Jamie went above and beyond to find a Nanny for us, which worked out really well, and Omar personally came to the house to show us activities that we could book while in Puerto Vallarta. The Catamaran tour watching the humpback whales was truly an experience. As for the house we rented, it was called Casa Chiminea. We had three couples at this house and it was extremely comfortable. The home is large and has an amazing view. It is up the hill from downtown, so if you don't mind climbing up several stairs and getting a bit of a workout then you will enjoy this house. There is a delicious Tapas restaurant on the corner that we loved...the Sangria is excellent! Thank you to PVRPV for helping us experience a wonderful Vacation.

Our thanks to the owners and the PVRPV staff! In late October, we stayed a week at “Casa Christina�, a 2 BR condo located in the hilly "romantic zone" of PV. What a great experience we had! We enjoyed all the modern conveniences provided in this spacious condo combined with the traditional Mexican feel provided by the great decore! It was a wonderful place to stay. Special thanks for providing all the "little extras" like full-size shampoo bottles, bar soap, salt, pepper, sugar, bottled water, paper towel, great bath & pool towels, full laundry facilities, plenty of pots and pans and beautiful dishes (including the plastic ones that made us more comfortable enjoying our snacks and drinks on the tiled patio outdoors.)We just bought groceries and moved in! (Due to the unique design, it was a bit of walk to haul the groceries - but the PVRPV staff was very helpful too.) The whole condo complex is beautifully designed, well maintained and provided us a safe comfortable atmosphere after our days and nights of exploring old Vallarta. We enjoyed the infinity pool overlooking the Bay and downtown PV. We also enjoyed the view from the walk-out patio (that includes a beautiful small patch of lawn and greenery!) We saw a lot of activity from that vantage point, including: school kids assembling in the mornings, cruise ships sailing in and out and even fireworks! Thanks for the welcome and parting gifts. Everything was above and beyond our expectations!

Recently, I found out that I could squeeze a 2 week holiday in the middle of two projects, but I just had a few days to get it organized. PVRPV.com was the only place I could go and get it all done in just a few minutes. I don't think there is another web site that will allow me to shop for vacation rentals using virtual tours, see what amenities there are with the unit, check the availability and reserve it with a credit card online. I don't know how you guys do it, but no one else comes close. Casa Coco was a dream come true as well. Thanks to you and your staff for another great PV visit. My best to all.

This place was amazing!!! i have travelled the world and this condo rates high in my book. once we arrived, we were greeted at the airport with a driver who took us to the hill top oasis. once there, a concierge met us to help plan our vacation. he greeted us with cool drinks and a spectacular view of the sun setting over the ocean. the view from this condo is about 180 degrees! there is a balcony in both rooms with the same amazing view of the city and the ocean! the condo is in the heart of the city so getting around was a breeze. we could dine out or in depending on our mood because it had a full kitchen with spices and all!! a little market was walking distance away. all in all, i can't wait to go back. it was like staying at a friend's home while being spoiled with a housekeeper. i recommend this condo to everyone i know because it was truly a beautiful experience.

My sister and I stay in Andales #5 in Puerto Vallarta and loved it! I dealt with Eric who was fantastic. I told him the important things we wanted in a condo and he delivered. Andales is about one block from the beach, is located on Olas Atlas which is the main street through old Puerto Vallarta. We left the balcony doors open every night so we could hear the bars and street noise. Considering we were across the street from a bar, the noise was not bad at all. This place is Location, Location, Location. It is safe and well looked after. The condo itself is huge and not what we expected. Large living room with couch, chairs and dining room table. The kitchen is perfect for what we needed. The plus is it had 2 bathrooms! The balcony was roomy with a view of the street. You couldn't see the beach but that was ok. I would recommend this condo for people who want to be downtown, like the street life and all the little nuances and charm of being in Mexico. My many thanks to Eric for a job well done. This is the third year in a row that I have used PVRPV agency to rent a condo / house to stay in during my vacation. I have never been disappointed with the place or the people working at PVRPV. They are always very helpful and attentive. It was a wonderful week and all 3 of us sure hated to return to the cold north !! We are looking forward to our visit next November 2009 !! Ken

I couldn't have asked for better accomodations than I had at Andales on the Bay #6. The location is perfect and having the condo on the inside of the building made for a very quiet stay. The unit was extraordinarily clean and kept that way by wonderful maid service. I particularly enjoyed the roof top pool and sunning area --- much more peaceful than the beach during the Easter holiday. Thanks for a wonderful stay. RWK

This is the stuff dreams are made of. We honeymooned at Casa Vista Del Sol and it was the absolutely the nicest place I've ever seen! Great job here, no disappointments...tip---- Hire Margarita the cook she will make you the MOST amazing meals you have ever tasted. Thanks to ALL at PVRPV Lawrence

A perfect experience. The condo was just what it looked like in the photos...no surprises. The location, view and amenitites were excellent. The rooftop pool was our second home. Someone from PVRPV was there to greet us when we arrived and they were right on time at check out. The staff at the condo were very helpful and friendly. I'll be back.

Don't waste your time scanning through all the other websites to find a place to stay in Romantica Zona. Everything you'll need will be provided by PVR/PV with personal assistance from Tim, Mike, and Elizabeth. My condo was perfect! It was a clean, air conditioned, fully appointed apartment...with washer & dryer and full kitchen...and bottled drinking water!!! It's only 50 steps to the beach...which means 50 steps hike back to the condo...great cardio workout! Be sure to bring along very good walking shoes or sandles. When you're at the top of the hill...it's then a short walk down the other side of the hill to the Old Town community. Lots to see and do. Be cautious of the vendors and time share folks...they're everywhere. Surfers...be sure to take a bus up north to Sayulita...winter swells dominate. Romantica Zona is a totally gay friendly community...be sure to visit palapas on the beach at Blue Chairs. Excellent restaurant near your condo...visit Archie's Wok, 5 star cuisine with resident harpist. Walk along the malecon after midnight...you may see las tortugas laying her eggs. Don't get too close and intimidate her. Hola Coco y Sandy...mis perritos! Adios

I just wanted to send you a note to say thank you. The condo was fabulous and we couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay. The staff was great and very helpful. Roger the concierge was great.
