Executive Chef José Guerrero and chef Juan Carlos Nachón prepare breakfast oatmeal pancakes with blueberry 67p, fresh fruit plate with cottage cheese, squash blossom omelet, scrambled eggs over smoked salmon puff pastry, crêpes with mushroom and eggs Benedict. Now his widow Cyndi Alpenia, trained chef son Sergio and lovely daughter Kiyoki run it and the food is wonderful.
