PVRPV Puerto Vallarta Vacations presents this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo at 5 de Diciembre.
You will enjoy this quiet, and private home. The single story unit is one of only 4 units in the building. The building features a private pool for the exclusive use of the residents and guests of the 4 units.
The master bedroom has a new king size bed and has a wall of closets. The large master ensuite bathroom has a huge walk-in shower and ample vanity space. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to one queen size bed if requested. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room with washer and dryer are ready for your use. The living room has a new sofa that also contains a hide-a-bed large enough for two.
The expansive coverd terazza has a Mexican style table with 4 chairs ready for you to enjoy your morning coffee or your evening cocktails while you take the pleasure of your beautiful Banderas Bay view.
The Malecon and all of the high-end shops, art galleries, and restaurants of El Centro are an easy 7 minute walk down the hill. The Los Muertos Beach is within an easy 5 minute cab or bus ride away.
The air conditioned unit features cable TV, phone service, high-speed wireless internet, and private gated parking. Everything is here for your short- or long-term stay at Puerto Vallarta.
