This new villa is built with respect for traditional Mexican architecture. There are 3 bedrooms plus studio 5 bathrooms. The view of both the ocean and jungle in one of the most prestigious gated communities in Puerto Vallarta. The 5500 square feet of space is very functional, open, light and truly restful. There is an infinity pool, interior water feature and lots more very special features. It is 15 minutes south of Puerto Vallarta, so close to all the 'action' but extremely peaceful when you want to be at home all of this in the exclusive Sierra del Mar private gated community.
