El Nogalito is one of Puerto Vallarta's hidden secrets. Located just a few minutes drive from the action of town, this small pueblo is set beside the jungle and mountains. Enjoy the peace and quiet offered in this beautiful setting, so close to nature, with numerous species of birds in the immediate area, and easy access to hiking trails, and seasonal dry creeks.
Some of the wildlife you may encounter in or near your residence may include wild flocks of parrots, parakeets, tropical butterflies, woodpeckers, and maybe even a lizard or two, as well as a wide variety of local tropical plant species.
If it is peace and quiet and experiencing some of Mexico's tropical nature that you are after, this is the place for you. Yet, you will still be close enough to town and the beach to enjoy the city life as well.
The 3 bedroom apartment offered here is located one block off the main street in El Nogalito, in a new 2 story 2 unit building, constructed in the traditional Vallarta style, with extensive use of stone, brick and tilework, with some exposed wood beams and plenty of windows.
The property features 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and private ensuite baths. There is a large open living and dining area and fully equipped kitchen, all opening onto the large full length balcony, with views of the town and jungle and mountains.
Enjoy your morning coffee as the town wakes up, and listen to the singing of the local bird species.
Also featured in this great apartment is air conditioning, Satelite TV to keep you connected to the outside world if you so wish, and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
The property is easy waking distance to numerous hiking trails in the area including one that leads to a small waterfall, as well as local convenience store for supplies, a spa by the river, plus a great local restaurant, and a local church.
