PVRPV Puerto Vallarta Vacations presents the Casa Maggy Luxury Condo, a beachfront paradise located in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. It offers many amenities, a spacious beach with lots of sand and shade on the gorgeous Bay of Banderas. Casa Maggy is perfect for the whole family or for two or three couples wanting a romantic getaway in the tropics.
This 3 bedroom 3 bath condo features 2 King Size beds, one of which can be split to two singles, and a queen size bed. This unit also features all the things you have come to expect in a vacation condo, Satelite TV, CD and DVD player, an I-pod docking station, wireless internet, and a fully equiped kitchen, as well as maid service 6 days a week. The maid is also available to cook meals, at your cost.
Property features a heated swimming pool (heated during hi season) and childrens pool, and 24 hour security.
PROPERTY POLICIES

INTERNAL REGULATIONS OF PLAYA ESMERALDA CONDOMINIUMS
GENERAL
A. These regulations has been done according to Federal and State Condominium Laws and to the decisions taken at the Assembly of proprietors, therefore all proprietors and their guests must comply.
B. Any damage from bathrooms or tubs caused by filtrations or humidity is the responsibility of the owner, as is any expense that this may present on their unit as well as any damage caused to other units.
C. When leaving the apartment, please check that all of the electrical appliances, fans, A/C, lights etc. are turned off and that the faucets are closed to avoid any unnecessary expenses, deterioration and/or accidents.
D. Any payments of maintenance quotas which are made by bank deposits must have the proprietor’s name and apartment #, please send the deposit record by fax to the Administration office so that your payment may be credited to your account.
E. Cash payments will only be received by the administration; don’t forget to ask for your receipt.
F. The board of directors can remove anything proprietors have installed in the common areas without authorization, any expenses incurred will be charged to the transgressing proprietor.
ADMINISTRATION
A. Administration hours are from Monday to Friday 10:00-2:00 and 4:00 – 7:00 Pm. and Saturdays from 10:00 – 2:00 pm
B. The telephone service the condominium provides is only for receiving calls; all messages will be deposited in the corresponding mailbox.
C. Administration services DO NOT INCLUDE THE INSIDE OF THE APARTMENS, care and maintenance is the responsibility of the proprietor and their guests.
D. The administration can assist any proprietors who request payment of their electric and phone bill and taxes, this service is only available to the owners who are up to date on their maintenance bills.
E. Guests will only be allowed to enter with the written consent of the owner. There is a maximum of 6 guests and they must obey the General Regulations.
F. A maximum of 6 guests are allowed per condominium in the pool area and the beach, except when request 8 days in advance to the Administration, and it is not during summer vacations, Easter or Christmas breaks.
COMMON AREAS
A. Any modification on the interior or exterior which affects the façade or the correct operation of the condominium must be approved by the Board.
B. The administration is responsible for keeping the common areas clean, as well as maintaining the pool and beach furniture. Please take care of them.
C. It is strictly prohibited to hang towels, clothes, signs etc. on terraces, balconies or halls.
D. No pets are allowed in common areas and all ball games are prohibited in these areas.
E. The use of the laundry room is exclusively for proprietors and their guests.
F. It is strictly prohibited to place equipment or antennas on the roof without prior authorization from the Board.
SWIMMING POOL
A. The swimming pool is open from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm
B. The condominium does not have a life guard on duty; therefore swimming is at your own risk.
C. Children 12 years or under must be supervised by an adult.
D. The swimming pool is exclusively for the proprietors and their guests; use by service personnel is prohibited.
E. Please remove any sand and suntan lotion using the showers located on the beach before entering the swimming pool.
F. It is strictly prohibited to take the pool furniture to the beach or to the apartments without permission from the administration.
G. It is strictly forbidden to save lounge chairs in the pool or beach area. The Administration may remove any towels or other objects being used for this purpose.
H. It is strictly forbidden to use inflatable rafts, kayaks or any kind of inflatable device of large proportions in the pool, as well as leaving them in areas surrounding the pool or star, you may leave them securely fastened on the beach area.
